Michael Cohen, a former personal lawyer to Donald Trump, said in court papers unsealed Friday that he had accidentally given his lawyers fictitious legal citations generated by an artificial intelligence program — an admission that could undermine his credibility when he testifies against his former boss. The fake citations were used by Cohen’s lawyer, David Schwartz, in a motion submitted to federal Judge Jesse M. Furman, the New York Times reported Friday. Cohen had asked the judge in the motion for an early end to the court’s supervision of his case, after serving prison time and complying with the conditions of his release, the report said. He pleaded guilty in 2018

When writing about Michael Cohen why is, "a former personal lawyer to Donald Trump" always included? He hasn't been one of Trump's lawyers in years.

These "accidents" will be happening more often as people begin to accept the premise that AI has real intelligence. Apparently Cohen is devoid of that quality as well.

…and thus,Bragg has no case! He didn’t want to pursue this in the first place, but the White House pressured him into doing so. What gets me is that certain people keep saying that Trump will be out for revenge if he becomes president. Well, why wouldn’t he after all he’s been subjected to? Anyway, Cohen's testimony will be worth a pile of hot, steaming pile of…!

The process is the punishment. Any unlikely conviction would just be gravy. Time & money spent is the goal in all these indictments. And yes, there needs to be some form of retribution.

One would think that lazy government lawyers like Bragg would have checked Cohen's citations before running with his information. They thought they hit the jackpot and a goldmine of evidence. Now they just have egg on their face.

Presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis has announced his intent to pardon Donald Trump should he be convicted on any of the dozens of charges he faces. The Florida Governor made the declaration Friday when confronted by a reporter in Jasper County. DeSantis told NBC News he had 'already [promised a Trump pardon] long ago.' He then compared the situation to the one seen nearly a half-century ago between Richard Nixon and replacement Gerald Ford - who pardoned his predecessor in 1974 for crimes he may have committed to serve the country’s best interests.

President Joe Biden is ending his third term without his family dogs, both German Shepherds — Major and Commander — in the White House with him. That is because his dogs have bitten people more than one dozen times since moving in, prompting officials to formally kick them out after dealing with it for months on end. Biden adopted Major as a puppy from the Humane Association in 2018. Major was one of several litter mates who was exposed to an unknown toxic substance, making them sick, which forced hospitalization. However, they ultimately recovered, and Biden adopted one of them. Originally, Major was praised for being the first rescue dog

Here are some of the key campaign promises Trump has publicly made thus far. 1. End Woke Gender Ideology While it did not stand as an issue as pressing as the current day during his first term, Trump has promised to tackle the “left-wing gender insanity”

Both states have moved to exclude Trump over his role in the January 6, 2021, attack by his supporters on the Capitol. Trump has privately expressed concerns that the Supreme Court, to which he appointed three conservative justices while president, may side with Colorado and Maine so as not to appear 'political',

Tensions are increasing between President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. According to a new report at Axios, a frustrated Biden hung up on Netanyahu after a dispute about how to handle tax revenues the Israeli government collects for the Palestinian Authority. I wrote earlier this week about a report that Biden allegedly talked Netanyahu out of a "preemptive strike" on Hezbollah that Israel was reportedly planning in the wake of the Oct. 7 attack on Israel by Hamas. That report comes at a time when Biden needs to be seen as more of a competent leader, and Netanyahu shot it down. Now we learn

Beginning January 1, 2024, illegal aliens residing in California will become eligible for taxpayer-funded health insurance — the first state in the nation to enact such a policy. In June of this year, Newsom touted the budget agreement that will make California the first state in the United States to offer health insurance, subsidized by taxpayers, to the state’s estimated 4.4 million illegal aliens so long as they are low-income.Starting in the new year, illegal aliens in California will qualify for Medi-Cal, which is California’s state-funded version of the federal government’s Medicaid program. Since 2015, only illegal alien children qualified for Medi-Cal thanks to then-Gov. Jerry Brown (D).

After Joe Biden was purportedly elected president of the United States, he moved into the White House and still spends a good – some would say bad – 60% of his time living and “working” there. It’s convenient because it’s also the preferred residence of his make-shift physician, make-shift policy advisor, make-shift stair-assister and make-shift stage-navigator, “doctor” Jill. The White House has also been the dog house of several canine companions of Joe. The first First Dog went by the name of Champ, until he lost his title. He died and went to the White Dog House in the sky. It was the best thing any Biden dog has ever done.

Here's architecture author Aaron Betsky, who's written more than 20 books on the subject and believes architecture should be taught through the lens of CRT: We cannot turn away from the fact that many of the structures we hold up as examples, like Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello,

On Saturday, a coalition of Muslim leaders in swing states announced they are stepping up their efforts to make sure Joe Biden (assuming he's the Democrat candidate, which is anything but certain) loses the 2024 presidential election. Why? Because he supports Israel. The #AbandonBiden campaign officially began earlier in December, led by Muslim leaders in swing states like Michigan, Minnesota and Arizona, who disapproved of Biden’s support for Israel’s counterattacks against Hamas. The counterattacks have come at the cost of tens of thousands of innocent Palestinian lives. Now, the coalition intends to expand the pressure campaign to all 50 states.

For Republicans, it could be a very happy new year indeed. The 2024 elections hold the potential for a trifecta: winning unified control of the federal government, including all its elected branches, for the first time in eight years. “Could” is the operative word, however. Republicans have an opportunity, but they must capitalize on it to bring their electoral dreams to fruition. The fact that it takes more than good poll numbers and flawed opponents to win in a polarized political climate can itself be summed up in one of the most futile phrases of the past few years: the “red wave.” Just two years ago, Republicans looked to have a chance
