Greg Abbott has deployed the National Guard to re-install razor wire to deter migrants - as one mayor declared an emergency amid an influx of 14,000 people. The Texas Governor launched a blistering attack on Joe Biden on Wednesday, slamming him for 'cutting the wire' and assuring Texans he was having it repaired. He shared footage of members of the Texas National Guard unravelling the new barrier before putting it up along the besieged banks of the Rio Grande.

Former Trump White House attorney Stefan Passantino filed a defamation lawsuit against MSNBC’s Andrew Weissman, who served as lead prosecutor for former special counsel Robert Mueller, over Weissman’s claims that Passantino coached discredited January 6 Committee witness Cassidy Hutchinson to lie on the stand.
“Hutchinson’s third-hand testimony that Trump grabbed the wheel of his presidential limousine in an effort to force it to drive to the Capitol was rejected by the people she claimed had told her about it,” Breitbart News reported.
Passantino represented Hutchinson at the time of her testimony before the committee.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said he is exploring options on how to address problems at Colony Ridge, a massive housing development north of Houston that’s become a hub for illegal immigrants thanks to financing methods that circumvent any need for proof-of-citizenship documents.
Paxton, fresh off the sidelines after a failed attempt by the legislature to impeach him, said he received a briefing on the development this week after it was the subject of an investigation by The Daily Wire. “I got a briefing on this yesterday,” Paxton told radio host Michael Berry, calling it “completely insane that they can set up these villages with illegal immigrants.”

The younger Biden and his business associates at Rosemont Seneca spoke with Menendez’s office about CAF and secured meetings between CAF and DOT officials, archived emails show.
Project Veritas on Thursday served James O’Keefe with a lawsuit one day after announcing it was suspending all operations.
O’Keefe said there was between $6 million and $8 million cash on hand. “They’ve apparently spent all of it, raising almost no money at all since they ousted me.”

It was horrible enough that retired police chief Andreas Probst, 64, was hit and killed while riding his bike in Las Vegas.
But it got so much worse when a video came out about how he was killed, that he was run down intentionally by teens in a car, who giggled with one even saying "Hit his ass." You can see that graphic video here. After allegedly hitting Probst, they fled and left him lying there to die. The video was shocking and it went viral on social media because of the laughter, the seemingly deliberate nature of the act, and the filming of it.
