The Biden administration was dealt a major blow in its efforts to control the ongoing border crisis on Tuesday when a federal judge blocked a rule introduced in May that makes migrants ineligible for asylum if they have entered illegally and failed to take advantage of expanded lawful pathways set up by the federal government.
Judge Jon Tigar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California blocked the Circumvention of Lawful Pathways rule in response to a lawsuit from a coalition of left-wing immigration groups, which claimed the rule was similar to a Trump-era transit ban that was similarly blocked. He found the rule is "both

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro "Monster" Mayorkas may seek advice from Attorney General Merrick "Gestapo" Garland. The Dems are probably looking for support from Mitch "MultiUseless" McConnell.

Why does a judge in Northern California, hundreds of miles from the border, suddenly, all by his lonesome, have absolute control over our borders? Didn't know we have a Black Robe Demigod dictatorship now.

Fine, send EVERY single border hopper that gets released by his ruling to that judges house, put them on "Home detention" with a tracking collar with a 100yd radius, any that violate it face immediate deportation.

If the Illegals wish to live here in Amer'ka, then they have to experience the red tape that the real citizens experience. Sorry. But life is tough!

You can’t believe anything the Biden crew says about the borderline or the numbers of illegal aliens they are allowing into the USA on Biden’s made up immigration law to apply for asylum. What Biden and his crew have been doing is assuming that all comers from the third world who fit within the minority group categories listed in Democrat identity politics should be assumed to be eligible for asylum in the USA. That third world population assumed by Biden and his leftist crew to be eligible for asylum in the USA actually amounts to more poor and uneducated third world people than the entire current population of today’s USA.

One of the clever methods the Democrats use to apply actions and deny they support them is to let some charitable organization bring a lawsuit to force the action the Democrats want and then fail to defend against the lawsuit after leftist judge has ordered the action. Then the Democrat is on the record as not doing what the Democrats have just done. I think that is what has happened in this case.

I just couldn't get past the first sentence 'The Biden administration was dealt a major blow in its efforts to control the ongoing border crisis'. Their efforts to control the crisis has been like filling fire hoses with gasoline to go fight forest fires.
