Supreme Court's blockbuster week: Justices
will reveal decisions on Biden's student

The Supreme Court is entering its final week before summer recess and 10 cases remain on the docket. The high court left some of its most politically contentious battles for this week - including affirmative actions and student loans. The decisions will come down at a time when the court has come under fire for justices' hobnobbing with ultra-wealthy members of the business class - at times accepting free gifts from friends who would later have business before the court. Here are the most closely-watched cases left on the docket:

It all comes down to this basic point/. Is the US Constitution a fixed rock solid foundation of the Republic or a 'living document' subject to the transient whim of unelected judges. If at least five of the Justices feel the former , then all three cases are open and shut.

About this: “… whether businesses can deny service to LGBTQ customers.” I know it’s really about the Christian bakers, florists, and candlestick makers targeted by these leftist activists. How about applying the law of religious freedom already in the book?!!

If you can deny service with a simple sign that says, "No shoes, no shirt, no service", then you should have the right, as a business/franchise owner, to also determine the criteria for any service in your business.

Either way these decisions go, there are going to be millions of angry people out here. A bunch of politicians have been elected based on promises of reparations, student loan forgiveness and LGBTQ pandering while they all know that the money isn't there now and won't be for a long time. Still, the promises snare many gullible gimmedat voters. Leftist whackos like the Wide Latina and the affirmative action hires are guaranteed votes for the Left.

The way things are going, I am not hopeful that the Justices will deliver anything but justice of the social variety and completely ignore the document that clearly defines our laws. Being a Constitutionalist is out of favor in this country. Will the Justices have the courage to decide on what is actually lawful? Not getting my hopes up.

The loan repayment plan decision is critical because the legal validity and enforcement of contracts is a foundation of the USA as a nation of laws. With contracts become meaningless we are a banana republic on the road to a totalitarian state.

Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe Lowell is asserting that two Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblowers are part of a Republican smear campaign to damage President Joe Biden, but appeared himself to have spread multiple falsehoods in his letter to the Republican chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. A high-powered lawyer who has represented numerous Democratic political figures, Lowell wrote Friday in a letter to Republican Missouri Rep. Jason Smith that IRS Supervisory Agent Gary Shapley and an unnamed agent offered “unsworn and slanted statements” in a bid to “evade their own misconduct.” Lowell asserted that Shapley and the other whistleblower were not asked appropriate questions and lied to investigators, but

Since the election of Donald Trump in 2016, Democrats and their media lackeys have crafted a narrative that they, and only they, are defenders of democracy against encroaching fascism, authoritarianism, and institutional racism. They have also complained about the anti-institutionalism of “MAGA Republicans” who supposedly threaten America’s institutions and rule of law. Of course, this is a big lie considering the constant demeaning of the Supreme Court as “illegitimate” and “not normal.” To Democrats, democracy means getting everything they want and making sure conservatives, Republicans, and especially Christians never get anything they want. Democracy is simply a magical abracadabra word, having now taken on sacred and mystical feeling, to be

There is a three-year gap between his initial denials and recent repudiations, representing the establishment media’s failure to ask the president about the evidence that has

(Video) It was a great week for America on the eve of her 247th birthday. The Supreme Court ruled that so-called elite universities could no longer treat vulnerable and historically marginalized Asian students like second-class citizens. The 6-3 decision was a victory for the vast majority of Americans who oppose race-based affirmative action in college admissions. Alas, it was not a good week for President Joe Biden, a supporter of anti-Asian discrimination. The high court concurred with Nancy Pelosi's assessment that Biden lacked the authority to cancel student debt without the consent of Congress, and the president's staff once again failed to prevent him from opening his mouth in public.

The Supreme Court ruled President Joe Biden can't wipe away or reduce student loans held by millions of Americans. In a 6-3 decision, the high court's conservative justices agreed with the suing states that the HEROES Act does not authorize Biden's debt forgiveness plan. At issue was whether the administration had authority to broadly cancel federal student loans because of the COVID-19 emergency. Loan payments that have been on hold since the start of the coronavirus pandemic three years ago are supposed to resume no later than this summer. Without the loan relief promised by the Biden plan, the administration’s top Supreme Court lawyer said, “delinquencies and defaults will surge.”
