The CNN version of this story used the term "Fake Electors" in every single paragraph, nearly every sentence. The legally, historically, constitutionally, correct term is "Alternate electors". 100% legal, legitimate and there are several historical precedents. The most famous of which had Dems sending multiple slates of them, in the electoral count dust up after inside the congress they forced the incoming president(R B Hayes) to withdraw all US Troops from the reconstruction south so they could institute Jim Crow, and remove duly elected Republican Black legislators, and congressman from offices. It was nearly 90 years before civil rights and voting rights were restored.

It's called abuse of power. Also, Jack Smith is a gopher. Who is giving him orders? Think we already know the answer to that. He soils his pants at least once a week.

And this is why our side is so frustrated that when Republicans get back into power, they do nothing with it. And spare me the rule of law nonsense as the Dem have destroyed it. We are never gong back to the 1950s way of conducting political discourse is this country. Those days are long over - it started about the time the Republican "Leaders " told Nixon he had to resign. That started us down this slope in hades with our suede always caving until Donald Trump came along, but he can/could only do so much.

Former President Donald Trump rolled out a possible new campaign slogan Saturday night at the Faith & Freedom Coalition conference in Washington, D.C.: 'I'm being indicted for you.' Trump headlined the conference's Saturday night gala and continued to complain about the recent federal charges brought against him for mishandling classified materials, again arguing that he was merely an ex-president 'legally keeping his own documents.' He earned a 'USA' chant from the crowd as he proclaimed, 'I'm probably the only person in history who was indicted and my numbers went up.'

Donald Trump has lashed out at President Joe Biden following the Wagner Group mercenary uprising in Russia, claiming the crisis will benefit China. In a post on his Truth Social network on Saturday, Trump claimed, without offering evidence, that 'Biden will do about Russia whatever President Xi of China wants him to do.' The core of the accusation against former President Donald Trump is the allegation that he retained and mishandled classified information and national defense secrets. Special Counsel Jack Smith justified this unprecedented prosecution by citing the need to protect classified information and the rule of law. But do we really have “one set of laws in this country”? Here is a list of eight past examples of high-profile individuals who were never prosecuted for the same basic or similar allegations.
