Companies, schools, amusement parks and even professional sports teams that have gone “woke” and adopted “diversity, equity and inclusion” measures are alienating many customers, leading to a drop in business, reports indicate. The latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows why: A strong plurality of Americans oppose such social activism rather than support it.
In recent months, companies as varied as Anheuser-Busch, Disney, and Target; the Los Angeles Dodgers; and major universities have suffered financial and reputational damage for pushing controversial DEI social and cultural issues on customers, fans and students.
To get to the bottom of this backlash, we asked

And TPTB still think they can cram this "stuff" down our throats.

I say no to all business political agendas. People buy goods and services, and do not deserve to hear their politics.

I don't know who is boycotting the LA Dodgers. They just played a 3 game series in L.A against the Giants and had 160,000 fans show up, so LA must not be that angry about it.

It's interesting that now this question of sexual degeneracy is being put to the "capitalism test."
Because Bud Light decides to commit financial suicide over "wokism," should Coors Light do the same? Or should Coors Light capitalize on their number one competitor's most unfortunate decision?
Perhaps there will be one or more beer CEOs who will emotionally jump on the Bud Light LGBTQxyz bandwagon, but at least ONE of those beer CEO's will decide to remain predatory in order to quickly grow market-share.
Bud Light was the undisputed #1 brand for years, and was therefore unable to keep "10% year over year growth" that CEOs are typically scored by for their compensation and bonuses by Boards of Directors.
The beer brands at #2, #3, etc. have plenty of potential and it's way too tempting to capitalize on the mistakes of #1. When all the CEOs in America tell the WEF, G7, Bilderberg, Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, George Soros, Warren Buffet, etc. to go pound sand then we'll see "DEI / ESG" scores go into the dumpster of business history.

My step-son, who has been a lifelong Dodgers fan, has become a Texas Rangers fan since they took their stance against the Catholic Church.
He's also Hispanic Catholic.
This would mean he won't be taking his son to games in the future, and they won't be buying gear.

It seems as though corporations pushing a woke agenda are in a willing, but poorly thought out partnership with nameless, faceless, and unaccountable government bureaucrats. Corporations are allowing themselves to be used to pressure their own customers into accepting obligations, rules and expectations the American people never asked for and do not support. What makes this "partnership" even worse, are the endless accusations against ordinary customers as "phobic," hateful, extremist and "science denying" dimwits, even as the government would have us believe that sex can be wrongfully "assigned" at birth rather than based on well known clues like healthy genitalia designating the newborn as XX or XY.
Taking pleasure in watching an obvious male perform a stereotyped "celebration" of his "365 days of "womanhood" is about as entertaining as watching performances in black face.

FTA ... To get to the bottom of this BACKLASH
Corps might finally be tumbling to the idea that it's NOT a boycott. Their customers are finding a product they like just as well that doesn't insult their intelligence and values and sticking with it. Bud is crying the blues and sucking up in an attempt to recover. Won't work.

#8, I think that he used the word "girlhood."
That word prompted Senator Cruz to point out that it is illegal to direct advertising to minors.

Not so well known is that the head genius of the Mensa organization fell hard for the George Floyd scam, hired a DEI propagandist and drove away many members who were actually intelligent.

I don't care much what two consenting adult perverts do in their own bedroom. But when grown men start parading around in outrageous make-up and teaching this behavior to children because they want society to normalize their behavior, count me out. And don't try to make me feel guilty because a few mentally ill teenagers feel suicidal over their sexuality. That's between them, their parents, and their psychiatrists.
