During an appearance on Tuesday’s broadcast of “Fox News Tonight,” Rep. James Comer (R-KY), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, explained how the FBI was doing all it could to block the release of a document related to a possible investigation involving President Joe Biden.
Comer disputed his counterpart, House Oversight Committee ranking member Rep. Jamie Raskin’s (D-MD) public account of the document in question.
The Kentucky lawmaker also hinted at possible prison time for FBI Director Christopher Wray for not complying with the congressional subpoena.

Is Comer planning to call the FBI on Wray?

Congress should have its own police force which has the power to raid/search/seize stuff from any federal office, including congressional offices, the white house, etc. (This authority should exclude non-government entities)

Did Eric Holder end up in prison? Comey is gaslighting. Being held in contempt of Congress is a badge of honor for people like Comey and Wray.
I’ve been listening to Dan Bongino for the last hour and he’s making the point that Wray isn’t protecting Xiden, he’s protecting 0bama. Who was definitely in on it. Xiden told us so himself in that video where he brags about withholding a billion bucks in order to get Ukraine to fire the prosecutor. When the Ukrainians asked about Xiden’s authority to hold the funds back, Xiden told them to call 0bama. What other proof does anyone need? I’m betting that joe got his 10% after 0bama got his 25% cut.

I cannot tolerate Pols like so many in DC that never follow thru with their threats. No one believes the threat as it is all Bluster and no follow thru. For once, Do it! Hold their feet to the fire, one time! Please! Wray has had more than ample time to comply, by definition he is CONTEMPTUOUS of Congress...make it official and agree with him.

Yes, Rep. Comer is still just talking, threatening and now hinting at jail on his interview last night. A Congressional subpoena has been officially ignored. Get off your duff and hold Wray in contempt of Congress. DO IT! Stop the stalling!!

Unfortunately, only DOJ has jurisdiction to prosecute a contempt of Congress. What are the chances Garland will appoint a special prosecutor?

Why does the FBI Director need an FBI plane to fly him to his vacations?

Someone keeps on blathering that No One Is Above the Law. They omit to enumerate the people who really ARE above the law. This Wray guy, that Strzok guy, those Biden people, the Obamas and the Clintons. For all I know the list includes the Bush people then and now. For sure my name is not on that list. Neither is yours. Nary a conservative on the list. Can you remember back when you were so very patriotic and proud of your country and the people YOU thought you had elected? Nah. It was all smoke and mirrors.

Contempt of Congress is meaningless because it is up to DoJ to prosecute it and since they think they and the FBI are totally independent and above the law it won’t happen and even if they did convene a grand jury to investigate there is no way a DC jury all of whom would be Democrats would indict Wray for telling congressional Republicans to shove their subpoena where the sun don’t shine. It is Al kabuki.
