Durham's final report is RELEASED: Prosecutor

Special Counsel John Durham found that the FBI did not have enough 'factual evidence' to investigate allegations of Trump-Russia collusion, in scathing report obtained by DailyMail.com Monday. Durham's report is a summary of findings related to whether the then-Trump campaign in 2016 colluded with Russia to meddle with the election outcome. The special counsel transmitted the report on his four-years-long investigation costing over $6 million in taxpayer dollars, to top members of Congress including Senate Judiciary Chairman Dick Durbin and Ranking Member Lindsey Graham, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan and Ranking Member Jerry Nadler.

Understanding the frustrations but when it was dragging on, you knew no one was really going to be held accountable in the end, and that should not be what's needed now. This is a public report, and will be entered into the Congressional Record. What it essentially outlines is there was NOT a peaceful transition of power considering the lack of factual evidence to open such an investigation. Even Stzrok confirmed in Congressional testimony they would never have been able to do the investigation without the bogus Russiagate report, which the FBI could never verify, but used regardless. It was just another political tactic used against Trump in similar manner as the letter from the 51 intel agents obfuscating the Hunter laptop implications.

Durham put in writing what everyone already knew to be true. Now what. Since all involved are government employees in DC, absolutely nothing. Sure, there will be hand wringing and pronouncements of something must be done and this must never happen again. The problem is, this should have never happened in the first place! A President was impeached over these lies. These lies were used to help influence elections while those involved knew it was not true. The least that should happen is anyone involved should lose their jobs and any security clearances they have be removed immediately. They should also lose all government retirement benefits / perks. This should include those who have already retired or left government service like Hillary Clinton.

As far as I can tell, Bill Barr will come out ''looking clean and pure'' but to my way of thinking he did absolutely nothing to put the brakes on Crossfire Hurricane. IMO, he can just blow it out his chanter at the end of his tartan kilt. If he was in on it from the very beginning, it would not surprise me. (I miss Lucianne on days like this, and remember one of her front page photos of two little kids looking to see ''what was worn under a piper's kilt.'' In Agatha Christie’s “Murder on the Orient Express,” detective Hercule Poirot observes, “The impossible could not have happened, therefore the impossible must be possible in spite of appearances.” That may be the best summary of the findings of special prosecutor John Durham in his 305-page report issued yesterday. Not only did the impossible happen, but they all did it: the Clinton campaign, the FBI, and the media. In hindsight, it would appear impossible. A political campaign hatches a plot to create a false claim of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.

You don’t have to read all of special counsel John Durham’s report to get to the heart of the matter: On the third page of the executive summary, he writes: “The speed and manner in which the FBI opened and investigated Crossfire Hurricane during the presidential election season based on raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence also reflected a noticeable departure from how it approached prior matters involving possible attempted foreign election interference plans aimed at the Clinton campaign.” There you have it, the final verdict on the 2016 presidential election: A corrupt FBI tried to rig the outcome by favoring one candidate over the other.
