Residents of California have been leaving the state in droves over the last few years due to radical policies and high prices governing the state. Many former residents have been settling in more politically red states, such as Florida and Texas, which have seen immense population growth. California is the home of Hollywood, the center of the film industry. Actor Dennis Quaid explained to "Jesse Watters Primetime" why there is a push from actors to move the film industry out of California to Texas. "We want to make Texas the film capital of the world. That's what Texas used to

OP: NO!
Virtually all the people involved in the film industry are liberals or farther Left, not to mention their thought patterns seem to favor emotionalism over rationalism. We already have Austin, we don't need Hollywood, too.

OP: We want them only if they can leave their left wing politics in CA. We have enough crazies in Austin.

A move to Texas from Ca. would increase their income by at least 25%. That is the easiest business decision anyone could make.

No!! Don’t come to Florida or Texas. Unless you’re willing to embrace sanity and what used to be called American exceptionalism we don’t want you.

I've started to see more and more videos from people who have moved to either Florida or Texas. I have a friend who lives in Texas who when going out into his backyard and had to kill a five-foot-long diamond back rattler before letting his young daughter out to play. Later while moving some boxes to find a certain toy which was located in the garage, he had to kill a scorpion which found it's way into the box. So, before moving to Texas realize there may be some issues one might have to deal with in your new state. In Florida, it's the mandatory insurance for tropical storms, hurricanes, and flooding. Insurance which apparently is expensive and is required for every home no matter where you live in the state. This is something quite a few people who are moving there suddenly realize that it's an expense they didn't factor in and makes the cost of living more than they bargained for not to mention the gators and pythons that might make a meal of your pets. So do your homework before making that move.

Put them in Austin and Travis county. That's where we stash all the Libtards.

And they will bring their uber-lefty politics, lack of morality and values, greed, and corruption with them. Texas beware. Your state will be hijacked.

As I said #9. Put them in Travis county with their progressive brothers. That way they can only screw up one already screwed up county. They can live with the tent cities in Austin which by the way are illegal within 4 blocks of City Hall or the State Capitol building (of course).

#7, don’t forget the HUGE roaches! A few decades ago there was a competition between FL and TX to see which had the biggest roaches. I don’t remember who won but I grew up in Florida and know that you can step on them and they just walk away. Plus, they fly.

Dennis Quaid making a vain attempt to attract attention to himself, to resurrect his dead career that he killed with his self-admitted daily cocaine addiction. He features Matthew McConaughey as one of his “California actors” who wants to join him in Texas. Matthew is a Texan, UT graduate and avid supporter, who even ran for governor. Quaid is in a very deep rahbit hole.

Suggest 2 places to move to: Rio Grande Valley is on the border and has palm trees, just like L.A., and there's no illegal invasion, according to your Big Guy, Biden. Austin is already full of elitist deviants, so Ho-wood people would be quite comfortable. The rest of Texas has way too many snakes, bugs, guns and normal human beings, so stay away, it's not a "safe space." Don't Mess with Texas!

People moving from Ca to Texas is not, for the most part, a win for the right side. It's an attempt to turn Texas blue and should not be celebrated as a win. Remember, these people play the long game. Most of the people in this state are brainwashed to cult levels and will not change their politics. They are parasites that will eat their hosts. If you want proof, just look to N.H. All the dopes destroyed Mass and then moved on to N.H. and destroyed that state.

Despite having lived next door In New Mexico for many years, I can honestly say I like Texas and most of the people I met there. The state rivalry didnt work for me. Thats why I would hate for Californians to ruin Texas Like they did New Mexico. Its bad enough they infected the small towns and outbid the locals on homes, then got into city councils and turned those same small towns into California. They and their values got into state government and made the place unlivable. I left there 15 years ago and dont miss it.

#7, #11 And ANOTHER thing - the humidity, in both Texas and Florida. Being a native of one and the citizen of the other, I'll put the Florida Panhandle around Tallahassee up against the bayous of Houston any day. Californians will just lay down and swelter into a puddle.
They were showing the original version of "The Yearling" on the Movie Channel. The commentator said the director wanted to film on the book's real locations, somewhat south of the panhandle, just as it joins the peninsula - Florida's Big Bend.
This was 1946, so no air conditioning. The director, actors and film crew managed to stick it out for two weeks before they retreated back to California.

They are already in Georgia. Especially south of Atlanta, Peachtree City area. Senoia was the place for many movies in the last 30 years. Walking Dead was headquartered in Senoia. Netflix Stranger Things had big scenes filmed at my local grocery store. Huge sound stages are under construction. This is in addition to the huge soundstages that have already been built in the last 15 years. There is an entire town west of Fayetteville that was created in just the last 15 years out of farm land. It is not uncommon to see well known actors at restaurants in Peachtree City. Use Google street view for Trilith Studios. Zoom in on Trilith Pkwy. All that was pine tree forests and farm land 15 years ago. And now another huge studio being built at the corner of Tyrone Rd. and Hiway 54. It's kinda exciting and scary at the same time. I hope all those actors don't take up residence and start voting.
