CONEY ISLAND, Brooklyn -- Three more buses carrying asylum seekers arrived at Port Authority on Saturday morning as backlash continues against New York City's plans on where to house the migrants. (Snip) New York City officials continue to look for places to house the influx of asylum seekers, and now one new place under consideration is PS 188 at the far end of Coney Island. Its standalone gym, not currently being used by the school, is among the sites the city intends to house adult migrants. Councilmember Ari Kagan says there has been an utter lack of communication from City Hall.

Comments:

They are trying to sneak the migrants into unsuspecting neighborhoods. So far - NY residents are not welcoming the uninvited guests.

First sentence contains error. "Asylum"seekers should read: Seekers of housing, education/daycare, medical treatment, food stamps, transportation, ability to bring in unlimited number of (alleged) kinfolk, and votes for Dem-tards, all paid for by citizen taxpayers... There, fixed it for you.

At least it won't cost the citizenry $400 per night as is the case at the downtown hotels where veterans are kicked out to make room for these illegals.

It is extremely difficult for foreigners to reside in Switzerland and almost impossible to become a citizen. Over there money talks. Oddly it is a multi-cultural country with at least three official languages but is a real republic where the cantons are the font of real power. Many of them probably forget who the president is.

How many of these invaders are child molesters? We don’t know. How many will sell fentanyl-laced pills to American school children? We don’t know. How many will start or join gangs to terrorize American neighborhoods? We don’t know. How many are thieves, rapists, violent or physically or psychologically vicious? No idea. How many are felons or repeat offenders? No one knows. And if a school gym, even a deserted one, can be commandeered by the Marxists why not the school cafeteria? Or the classrooms? Or the homes of students and their families? And if you think the last part is far-fetched you haven’t been paying attention. That is not an unhappy consequence of this invasion, it is the goal. Remember what Klaus Schwab said: “You will own nothing and be happy.” He meant the first part of that statement and couldn’t care less about the second part. Those people will need shelter and cities are running out of hotel rooms. With a depressed economy there will be no money for new housing. A question for Brooklynites, especially Coney Island residents: how is the right to own “assault” rifles looking to you now? Again I ask, where are our men? They should be down on the border sorting this mess out themselves instead of allowing it to come into their neighborhoods to dispossess American families.

President Biden remained mum on Friday as chaos continues unfolding at the southern border following the expiration of Title 42. Title 42, the Trump-era policy that was implemented during the COVID pandemic that deterred border crossings due to health concerns, lapsed overnight, prompting thousands of migrants to come to the US-Mexico border hoping to gain entry. Press were allowed in the Oval Office for Biden's bilateral meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez Friday, but White House staff pushed reporters out of the room as they shouted questions to the president. Biden sat silently for over a minute, offering a
