E. Jean Carroll threatened to sue Donald Trump for a third time over the 'vile' comments he made during the CNN town hall on Wednesday night.
Her latest legal threat came as the former President formally filed a notice of appeal after he was found liable of sexually abusing and defaming the Elle columnist, and she was awarded $5million in damages.
Carroll told The New York Times on Thursday that she was considering filing another defamation suit after Trump told CNN's Kaitlan Collins the story was 'fake' and 'made up'.

He called her a “whack job”. Now that she is really a public figurre, I believe he can do that without fear of reprisal.
Why doesn’t this dried up old crone take her money and buy herself a cabana boy before she kicks the bucket?

She called her black husband John Johnson an “ape”…
Some women age gracefully. Then there’s Elizabeth Jean Carroll.

It was fake and made up. I can tell you from experience that any woman who has been raped not only remembers the year but also the date, the time, the location, the circumstances, exactly what was done to her and who the rapist was if he was not a stranger.

That dried-up fossil needs to take her feline, named "Vagina," I believe, and head for San Francisco. Perfect Fit!! She couldn't PAY a man to give her a cursory glance in the lobby of a Motel Six, even in the Tenderloin District.

It's $5 Million to call someone a Liar? It's a WHOLE lot worse to call someone a Rapist, particularly when you cannot prove it, cannot even remember when it happened.
"Fake...Wack Job"? SHE wrote three books about "relationships", wrote a 20 year column giving relationship advice, had a cable TV show giving Relationship advice...she is a twice divorced, relationship failure, that testified(in order to claim damages) that she has not had ANY relationships of any sort since 1996. Not even a DATE.
She and her big money backers set out to change a LAW via the legislature in order to even be able to bring this suit, a law that ONLY has been applied to her...and Trump.I'd like to see the financial records and communications of those legislators that wrote it, and passed it. Did the Billionaires and mega Lawyers backing her donate(buy) them as well?

Trump was right. This woman is NOT his type. Neither am I but that is beside the point. I can easily refrain from using the c-word. However, I think the most fitting legal term is de minimis.

This is what happens to celebrities. When you are all over the tv and newspapers, you are subject to people that dislike you and what you stand for.

Given how she ripped off Dick Wolf's Law and Order show with her fantastical tale of woe, and even wrote an article years ago about how to accuse a guy of assault, she really needs to just shut up and go away. If she thinks Trump or the public is going to take her garbage lying down, she really needs to think again.

Supposedly, this woman has been attacked by about 19 men thru the years.
Hmmm, are all of them wealthy enough to provide instant wealth via a lawsuit?
It's interesting to see what some women will do to 'earn' money.

The 10 foot pole should keep her mouth shut. She may get her wish, a 45 lawsuit. This time with her as the sued and a Florida court as the venue. Discovery on that suit would be revenge served cold.

So - - she falsely accuses him of rape - - and SHE wants to sue HIM over his opinion of her!
Can she possibly be more stupid than she is?

It’s like a rich man once said in a private conversation, if you’re rich enough there’s lots of women you can grab by the pu&&y and get away with it.
There most definitely are lots of women who stick those things out there wanting them to be grabbed in the hopes that there’ll be a monetary payoff down the road. Think they used to be called “whores” back in the before “me too” days.

Somewhere I read that Carroll said that this "incident" happened in either 1995 or 1996. Now, if that were such a traumatic event, a woman would remember exactly when it happened. That whole thing was a political hatchet job and she and her advisors should be sued and then incarcerated.

The factual and legal challenge would be identifying additional economic damages caused by his new statements. No new damages, no case.

It's his opinion (and mine) that she is whack job. The defamation laws do not apply to opinions.

This whole thing was a farce-- Just like Christine "Ballsy" Ford (h/t Rush) tried to smear Brett Kavanaugh with NO corroborating witnesses, no evidence, and a shaky narrative.
Nothing more, but a made-up 30+-year attempt to "get Trump" from stopping the corruption in the system
