Recent reports show how the Washington ruling class, including career intelligence officials, the media and Big Tech, plotted well in advance to suppress and discredit the fully authentic and legitimate Hunter Biden laptop story, solely for the purpose of influencing the 2020 election. The greatest offense was on behalf of the news media, the constitutionally protected institution charged with holding the powerful to account. In 2020, they abandoned that mission to do the complete opposite.

President Biden is all in for another four-year term as commander in chief. While Mr. Biden has his reasons for seeking a second term, Americans have their grounds for wanting him out. When weighing both positions, it is clear that Biden 2.0 would put freedom to flight.
Mr. Biden launched his opening second-term campaign pitch by video last Tuesday with dark images of the U.S. Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, which ushered in his divisive rule: “The question we are facing is whether in the years ahead we have more freedom or less freedom,” he intoned.
Broadly speaking, Americans are divided into three groups over charges that Joe Biden participated in his family’s corrupt influence-peddling schemes.
First are those who, like me, are convinced the “big guy” secretly got his share of the foreign millions paid to his son and brothers over many years. Second, are those who are undecided because they haven’t heard of the charges or don’t know enough about them.
The third group refuses to consider the charges because they are serious enough to send Biden packing and elect a Republican, possibly the dreaded Donald Trump.
This third group comprises hardcore Democrats and the mainstream media, which are often indistinguishable.

The California Reparations Task Force formally recommended that the state offer payments of up to $1.2 million to every qualifying Black resident. The task force held a public meeting in Oakland, California, on Saturday and voted on the final set of recommendations to be sent to the state's legislators. The nine-member panel called on the state to offer its Black residents a formal apology in addition to the payments.
"Reparations are not only morally justifiable, but they have the potential to address long-standing racial disparities and inequalities," Rep. Barbara Lee, D-Calif., said after attending the meeting.

An Arizona School District settled a religious discrimination case Thursday two months after it was accused of illegally terminating a contract while its members blasted the Christian "Jesus" values of a university.
The Washington Elementary School District was sued in March for allegedly impugning on the religious rights of Arizona Christian University for terminating a partnership that had been ongoing for 11 years after multiple board members attacked them for their religious beliefs.
On Wednesday evening, the board restored a contract with the university. A settlement agreement also likely will include that the district will be responsible for thousands in legal fees.
