A Manhattan federal judge on Thursday allowed attorneys of former President Donald Trump to depose, for questions related to witness credibility, E. Jean Carroll, a writer who accused Trump of sexual assault and defamation. U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, a Clinton appointee, ordered that Trump’s attorneys, Joseph Tacopina and Alina Habba, can question Carroll on an apparent inconsistency in her sworn testimony in pre-trial depositions about how she funded her defamation lawsuit against Trump. It came after Trump’s attorneys learned days ago that—contrary to Carroll’s sworn statements in an Oct. 14, 2022, deposition that no one else is paying her legal fees—prominent Democrat donor, LinkedIn Founder Reid Hoffman,

From the day Donald Trump announced his 2016 presidential candidacy, he has been the victim of one grotesque narrative after another. The weaponization of our own government via wealthy surrogates, foreign actors, and corrupt insiders has failed to discourage President Donald Trump and his supporters from working overtime to return him to the White House. Some folks were too naive in 2016 to recognize the desperation of the corruptocrats inside our own government, who attempted to frame him as a Russian asset...with no right to be in the White House. But Americans know better. Our government isn't charged with deciding who can and cannot run for president. We know some insiders tried...and got caught. Today, Americans remember the better Donald Trump promoted for American citizens. They understand the folks who lied about President Trump, created endless election "irregularities," financed the "insurrection" and continue to support Joe Biden's dictatorial regime since his "win," have their own agenda. Why did Biden and the Democrats open OUR borders to the world? Maybe they thought Americans wouldn't notice their declining quality of life, the rampant crime, and their rapidly diminishing savings. Maybe they thought Americans wouldn't notice a difference in how Biden and the Dems talk about them, in contrast with Donald Trump who actually likes America and Americans. Big difference, and it matters now more than ever.

Arguably, the greatest indictment of leftism is its preference for the vagrant and the criminal over the law-abiding citizen and victim. A recent lawsuit is petitioning The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to publicly release Prince Harry’s immigration records after the Duke of Sussex admitted to illegally using drugs, namely cocaine, psychedelics, and marijuana, in his memoir Spare. In a release, the organization suing the DHS — the conservative Heritage Foundation — said Harry either “lied on the application and DHS needs to address that,” or “he told the truth and DHS granted him an exception.” If Harry did lie, can we really blame him? The Biden Administration has made it clear to the world that American immigration laws and border security are not a priority. Since Biden took office, America has experienced

Filter bubbles occur when someone is exposed only to one-perspective, or only to news that confirms his or her existing beliefs. repeatedly shows that when people only see one side, they become less tolerant of people and ideas that are different then they are. My friend and colleague, Dr. Maryanne Demasi has been studying the use of statins for years. She just had her meta analysis published in "JAMA Internal Medicine." This is an extremely important paper.(snip)The public health mantra about cholesterol has always been “the lower, the better.” This has been reflected in expert guidelines which have called on doctors to aggressively lower their patient’s ‘bad’ LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) with statin drugs to prevent heart disease. However, our new analysis published in JAMA Internal Medicine (paywalled) challenges that notion. Over the years, influential researchers such as the Cholesterol Treatment Trialists (CTT) at Oxford University, have monopolised the scientific debate on statins. America is rapidly imploding on many fronts – financial and economic, cultural, safety, and our place in the world. Does finishing the job mean erasing every achievement of former President Donald Trump? Or is he completing former President Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign promise, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America"?
