Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) asked Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg during a Senate hearing on Thursday how his babies were. Buttigieg adopted two babies after marrying a man who took his name. Pete Buttigieg and Chasten Buttigieg were wed in 2018. Three years later, the two men welcomed a son and a daughter into their union.“Mr. Secretary, How are your babies?” Kennedy asked with a smile during a Senate subcommittee hearing.“Thanks for asking. Every time I see something about Petey and his babies, I am reminded of an article I saw of two gay guys who adopted two boys, boys were older now and were removed from the two gay guys because of SEXUAL ASSAULT. That was back in the Fall. And I'm sure they are not the only ones this has happened to.

Someone has made the claim that socialism is being taught in our junior college in our town. Some official discounted that possibility and challenged him to "prove it." Now, that would be difficult to do. Socialism is defined in various ways, such as the ownership of the means of production or the control of industry. But one thing they all seem to have in common is that under socialism, the government does many things that individuals would usually do for themselves, or that would be done by private industry. Over the past several decades, we have gotten so used to government in our lives that we do not
