The California Assembly's Public Safety Committee has approved a bill that would ban the use of police dogs for arrests, apprehensions and crowd control, apparently a first-in-the-country measure. The authors of the bill cited the need for the removal of police dogs due to racial bias and violence against Black Americans and people of color. Assembly Bill 742 seeks to ban the use of police dogs for arrest, apprehensions or any form of crowd control. Comments:

K-9 units can save the lives of law enforcement. They are used because violent criminals will respect a dog more than they respect a human officer.

In some situations dogs are used because, frankly, dogs are more dispensable than people. Mostly, dogs are used because they are more effective than people in some physical situations. Also, police dogs (Belgian Malinois or German shepherd) can run about 32 miles per hour--"fur missile"--which is about five more mph than Usain Bolt, the world's fastest human, during his world record runs. No one can outrun a police dog; the criminal always gets caught, and he gets the nom nom nom nom treatment from the dog, which is quite painful, and can require stitches. Retired policeman Donut Operator analyzes videos of law enforcement versus various perpetrators. He calls a dog takedown avec chewing on a perp's arm, leg, or gluteus maximus a "bork bork nom nom." In one of the funniest, we see a criminal who couldn't flee, got stuck in a snowbank, and wound up taking refuge in his vehicle. The idiot perp tells the cops that he has a gun, then starts fumbling in his pockets (and nearly getting shot) for a lighter so he can smoke a cigarette. One of the cops yells, "I'm gonna put a bullet in your brain," and the perp responds with "Lemme smoke this cigarette" before the cop has had enough and lifts his dog into the driver's window. Nom nom nom nom ... "Owie!" the perp screams four times, each scream higher pitched than the last, before giving up. He was a tough fellow when he was on the run; he wasn't such a tough guy with the bork nom nom nomming on his leg. I got a good laugh from this one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jxMtMAAI3Pc&t=363s

I have a solution to all of the law enforcement related issues involving non-whites. It's really elegant in its simplicity: pass a federal law making all non-white people EXEMPT from arrest and prosecution. Period. Full stop. If police are called to a scene where a non-white is violating one of the white patriarchy's so-called "laws", officers should immediately arrest the nearest lily-white, honkie, cracka-ass white boy, using a suitable application of pepper spray and taser, and take him to jail (after giving the Noble Black Man at the scene a medal for civic service and a sizable cash award, naturally). Once the damnable white racist is in custody, he should be given a quick trial with an all-black, inner city jury and then handed over to a mob of oppressed "teenagers", who will then promptly beat him to death for his part in the 18th century trans-Atlantic slave trade. Brilliant!

One more for you: K9 "Red" gets his first bite! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llVyE7NNxGM Red was trained in German, as many police dogs are. What you hear his handler Deputy Whitson, say several times is "Packen!" which is German for "bite." "Packen, Red! Packen!" Dig the tattoo on the throat of the perp, named Bacon. It's of a gun pointed at whoever he's facing. I'm sure it will go over well in Raiford. Bacon did NOT enjoy having Red nomming on his leg; in fact, he enjoyed it so little, a cop had to tell him to quit his hollering, and stuff-oo! Incidentally, when Dep. The courts need to stay out of Cubafornia's insanity. They need to allow them to pass all the insane and evil laws they want, until the total lack of logic or reasons just implodes the entire state into a huge black hole. All the sane people living in Cubafornia can escape. Then build a wall all along the border with other states, and let the logical conclusion of all these evil and illogical laws destroy what is left. Then the good and sane people can go back and reclaim their state and make it California again.

When it comes to crime, it never occurs to the activists that maybe, just maybe, more Blacks are caught by police dogs because more Blacks commit more of the crimes. ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The Minnesota House was moving Thursday toward strengthening the state's protections for children and their families who come for gender-affirming care by making Minnesota a “trans refuge state,” bucking a national backlash against transgender rights. Democratic Gov. Tim Walz signed an executive order two weeks ago to protect the rights of people from Minnesota and other states to receive gender-affirming health care in the state. The bill on which the House was slated to begin debate Thursday night covers much of the same ground, but supporters said a statute would provide stronger, more permanent protections. Passage
