Four U.S. citizens who were kidnapped in Mexico by the notorious criminal and drug syndicate Gulf Cartel have lengthy criminal rap sheets.
Latavia McGee, Eric Williams, Zindell Brown and Shaeed Woodard traveled to the U.S.-Mexico border town Matamoros on Friday when they were caught in crossfire and abducted. Brown and Woodard didn't survive.
DailyMail.com can reveal that Williams was previously busted for 'distributing crack near a school,' while McGee has been slapped with 'unlawful conduct towards a child,' when her daughter tested positive for amphetamines.
So, they weren't rival Hatian drug dealers - they were American drug dealers. /s Monica Showalter has an interesting piece today that makes the case that this had nothing to do with drugs but was instead an orchestrated stalking/kidnapping of American tourists.

Somehow this sounds to me like a business deal gone bad.
Were the Americans gong down to get more supplies for their drug business and got nailed by the cartels?

So the narrative I’ve heard is they were volunteering at a Mexican church and were there so she could get a medical procedure and that they were just innocent victims. Sure….

Once the word came out that the Mexican cartel paramilitaries “mistook” four Americans as being Haitian drug dealers, you had to know that before this caper ended, that there would be a “long story”! There has to have been some cash involved that somehow passed from the custody of the Americans into the pockets of the Mexicans.

She went there for a tummy tuck. Right. One woman and 3 men as her escorts. Right. Well, that story got quickly debunked because it would be 'raciss'. Right. BTW, where is rectum Sharpton??

So, the hell, WHAT! As if this justifies or mitigates the murder of two US citizens or supports Biden's border policies.

I figured they were dindus up to no good. The tummy tuck story was too silly to be believed.
It seems unlikely that Mexican drug cartels lose much sleep over being called "rayciss". Thats for American pantywaists.

We need the drug cartels gone. Getting rid of them is going to be beyond difficult, will cost a fortune in dollars, more important will cost a fortune in American lives. And it's going to take years and we'll probably go through many different presidents. We are not prepared, we are no way ready, and the cartels are not going to take their income disappearing easily.
And we are jumping on this now because of THESE four Americans. Somebody should have stopped to think first.

The news always sensationalize cases like this. At first, I envisioned ordinary citizens like those from Mayberry, USA, being kidnapped. Now, we see they are people we wouldn’t miss anyway.

My comment the other day was something along the line "To go into Mexico these days you have to be exceptionally stupid, or looking to set up some sort of a drug smuggling deal".....yep, why am I not surprised?

Getting rid of the drug cartels is simple. Several in depth news reviews have declared that cutting demand in America is what's needed to choke off the cartels. But then the expert panels all concede that it really can't be done. Okay, how about the other side of the economic equation--SUPPLY? Have the government offer cocaine and heroin at a tremendous discount and bankrupt them.

There are people ready to send the US Military to Mexico to avenge these lowlife specimens of humanity. Not that it's a bad idea but not in the name of drug dealers. You play with snakes sometimes you get bitten.
