The mayor of College Park, Maryland, Patrick Wojahn, was arrested Thursday on 56 child pornography possession and distribution charges. The 47-year gay Democrat faces 40 counts of possession of exploitative child material and 16 counts of distribution of exploitative child material, a press release from the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children first alerted the department that a social media account operating within the county was distributing “suspected child pornography” on February 17, according to the PGPD. Through an investigation, authorities determined that the account belonged to the sitting mayor. On February 28, the PGPD

There is an article on the CNN site about Wojahn‘s arrest. CNN’s version does not include the parts about Wojahn’s homosexual preference, his regular WH visits, nor his democrat affiliation. Does CNN ever engage in honest reporting? Rhetorical question.

So many democrat mayors and other democrat workers are perverts. No wonder they want to get to everybody's children at early ages. They want to be able to get to them with as little coercion as possible. They deserve hanging or at least castration. Stinkin' perverts. What's happening to all those unaccompanied children coming across the border? Oh my God!

Florida’s Republican leaders, who have restricted how race and gender are taught in schools and colleges, are poised to go even further in the next few months as they prepare to hand Gov. The sizable agenda ranges from targeting school unions to greatly expanding the use of state dollars to send children to private schools. I did not attend CPAC 2023 this year for various reasons, mostly time and cost. Compared to Florida, Washington D.C. is prohibitively expensive, with fewer food and lodging options. Also, after two years of a popular, and well-received (not to mention warmer) event, I wasn’t interested in wasting energy, money, and time dealing with the cold, crime-ridden, and freedom-restricted swamp that is D.C. From attendee and news reports, my instincts were right, and apparently, others felt the same. The Washington Examiner unpacks the bad news for the Conservative Political Action Conference. Former Republican governor Larry Hogan announced Sunday that he won’t run for president in 2024. Hogan framed his choice as as a self-sacrificial strategy to prevent former president Trump from securing the nomination. Urging the party to break-up with MAGA, Hogan said he was removing himself from the potential competition so as to avoid vote splitting among various GOP rivals and handing Trump the plurality. “To once again be a successful governing party, we must move on from Donald Trump. There are several competent Republican leaders who have the potential to step up and lead,” Hogan wrote in a statement. “But the stakes are too high

After winning the straw poll, the former president took the stage to deliver a speech that can only be described as vintage Trump. How much of an appeal that still has will be a point of contention among Republicans, but no one can deny his ability to work a room. Besides, I think we can all agree that this stuff is hilarious. Joe Biden will almost certainly not attend the coronation of King Charles III. The official reason is that he is making a trip to Ireland that simply can’t be canceled. The media have focused on two reasons he won’t be there: (1) Eisenhower didn’t attend so there’s no tradition for presidents to attend, and (2) Biden hates the British. I think there are two more likely reasons: (1) Charles III’s coronation is an event without cachet, and (2) it’s impossible for Biden to withstand the rigors of the long coronation ceremony and any pre- and post-ceremony events. Indeed, my money is on the last reason being the real reason.
