The unadulterated havoc created, and almost blissfully sustained, by the Biden administration has put a spotlight on attributes of this president that many Americans find reprehensible.
Two years have passed since Joe Biden dubiously ascended to the White House on the promise of ushering in a new era of moderation, transparency, and globalism. Instead, his ham-handed policies, whether conjured up from what remains of his feeble mind or from his cynical cast of puppet masters, are blazing a nationwide path of destruction on the American economy and psyche. Why not, then, spare ourselves the collective misery of the present and ponder what might rectify our national embarrassment in a hypothetical

I can’t find any argument with the writer’s arguments.
(I would be interested in his list of “trustworthies” Trump should select to surround himself with. I wonder if it matches mine.)

I believe if one thing is certain, it is that Donald Trump has been red-pilled regarding the people in both parties who inhabit Washington DC. Basically, President Trump is an honest man. If that was not the case any problems or errors on his tax returns would have been the talk of cable tv and social media. Democrats cannot believe anyone with that kind of money could possibly be honest. They fail to understand that many Americans have integrity and conduct themselves in an honest manner personally and in business which is a foreign concept for them. The left has no idea who we are. They also believed they could bully President Trump out of office and did their best to destroy him. Not too many democrats or Republicans for that matter have the character and determination to stay the course when it gets tough. They only operate behind the scenes in secret where they can manipulate people through bribes and/or threats whichever works for them. They have zero concept of sitting down with the opposition to discuss differences or even hammer out a deal. They prefer to turn the hounds of Hades on any opposition to force them to submit. As much as our own left leaning Republicans want us to believe, democrats are not honest brokers. They have an agenda and fight tooth and nail, legally or illegally to push it forward. They cannot be trusted. That’s just reality. At this point, only a fool would trust anyone in the democrat party and few in the Republican party.
The most critical trait a Republican candidate for President must have is an unyielding determination to do what is right for this country. We have to put this country first. The guy who created the MAGA movement was committed to it. He knows it is not just a piece of political rhetoric. It is a political ideology that the vast majority of Americans want. Trump is no Johnny come lately to it either. He has been saying it for decades. While he may not have had a politician’s experience, he knew deep in his soul what was wrong in this country. He blew up presidential politics. He went full bore on the incompetence, waste, fraud and corruption that is holding back the prosperity that he knew was there if we just put this country first. He definitely opened up Pandora’s Box and all manner of evil came flying out. It didn’t phase him because he was on a mission and was determined to complete it and I am confident he would have done it had it not been for the leftist forces who cheated, lied and stole what they could not win.
I’ll give it to you, Trump has a super ego but he does not use it to benefit himself the way Obama has always done. Obama never sacrificed a thing for this country. He was a taker supported by other takers. He has never created a job. He’s too busy creating havoc and division in this country which benefits himself. He has been groomed for every position he has ever held. He doesn’t know what it means to earn anything. His life has been a gift and his hubris shows it. Obama is as ego driven as Trump. The vast difference is that Obama is all about Obama wherein Trump is first and foremost all about the success of this country which he knows is there just waiting. He wants to be the guy to unleash it and make this country what he knows it can be. Personally, I’ll take President Trump, flaws and all, because I TRUST him to do right for this country. He can do it and he will do it if he gets the chance.

In Trump 1.0, we (and Trump himself to a certain degree) had little idea of who the real enemy was and how he will act. Now that is not the case. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

In my opinion President Trump's greatest weakness has been his choice of high ranking Cabinet Officials.
Back stabbers, spineless, unable to make decisions, woke, liars (continue on with various descriptions) all. It seems to me that he will do better this time around especially since the worst of the worst or even the un-enlightened have already outed themselves.
I truly hope he finds better advise for his personnel decisions or just makes his own decisions; he has been led astray too many times.

This undermines, no destroys, the argument Trump supporters made in 2016: He is a shrewd businessman and surrounds himself with none but the very best, smartest, most efficient people. We heard it constantly. Then he ran off so many people that he himself had selected, beginning with Jeff Sessions, undermining the argument himself.
This is another reason why, while being thankful for what he accomplished in his term and acknowledging he was way better than Biden, we can acknowledge that we need someone else in '24. No rational, competent person will want to work for him. So if you think the first group was bad, imagine what his second administration would look like.

I agree that Trump needs to have people working for him who are in no way a leftover from Biden or Obama. He needs to get rid of Wray and Some of the Top Brass in the Military. He needs to listen to HIS people, the ones who have been on TV singing Trump's Praises since he lost in 2020. He needs to SHUT UP about the Stolen Election. WE all know it was stolen, but quit talking about and be sure to DO something so that the next election will be Fair. Look at the Fraud in the Arizona Election this past election, and yet, the One who Stole the Election is still Governor! That means there are a lot of JUDGES who need to be thrown off the Bench because they're taking money to look the other way!!
I have always thought a Trump/DeSantis Ticket would run away with the Election. Both of them are Hard Hitters and Both of them follow through! Then after Trump's Term, DeSantis will be front and center to be elected for Four more Years. The fact that it looks like DeSantis might run for President could just throw a Wrench into the Fix! I will vote for Either of them for President!

Trump trusted DC swampers to recommend the correct back up people for his leadership...they failed. Trump did a great job considering he was under some type of fake investigation before he was elected, when he was elected & Now!!! If Trump had selected Rudy for AG the world would be different. The fake republicans & one sided media will never accept Trump...ever...so get used to it ! He was new to DC & probably never believed it was so evil. He learned. Hopefully he will be different ...next time.
