San Fran's reparations committee proposes
$5 million to each Black longtime resident,
total debt forgiveness

Original Article

San Francisco’s reparations committee has proposed paying each Black longtime resident $5 million and granting total debt forgiveness due to the decades of "systematic repression" faced by the local Black community. The San Francisco African American Reparations Advisory Committee, which advises the city on developing a plan for reparations for Black residents, released its draft report last month to address reparations – not for slavery, since California was not technically a slave state, but "to address the public policies explicitly created to subjugate Black people in San Francisco by upholding and expanding the intent and legacy of chattel slavery."

$5 million lump sum and any unpaid loans and credit card debt also wiped out. Where do I get in line?

Go for it SF. Bankrupt the city. If this word gets out, you will see even more deadbeats and homeless moving in and claiming long time residency. SF is already a ****hole. Might as well go even further down.

Sure, go ahead and do it. San Francisco will become a Black only city as White flight increases so that the only ones left are the Blacks who got their $5 million and no debt and the homeless. The city will fall into further disrepair and become an even bigger garbage dump than it already is. The people who got their reparations will buy cars, TV's, Colt 45 Malt liquor, drugs, weaves, fingernails, and other non-necessities. Also, if they do get their $5million, all public benefits should be cut off. They will now magically be made whole and have the ability to pay for their own housing, medication, daycare, and everything else (just like the rest of us).

There is more going on here than vote buying, since the Dems already own the black vote. This is more In line with the continuing effort to destroy the USA. These various reparations committees and various self-appointed leaders keep ratcheting up the number and expectations, now we’re at $5 million. So anything less is guaranteed to ignite a race war. This won’t stop in California and will make 2020 look like a summer picnic.

SF already has the largest budget spending per capita of any US City, eclipsing even DC now...budgets twice the size or more than similar sized cities, budgets larger than cities twice it's size. SF is ranked #17 in size, but number 2 in spending(Behind only NYC) DC is ranked #25 in size but is number three in spending, both well ahead of even Los Angeles.

Naturally, this idea of racially based reparations is absolutely, positively unconstitutional. Only thieves would suggest it. And besides, with the likes of lily-white Liz Warren claiming (and benefiting hugely from) American Indian tribal heritage and Rachel Dolezal claiming to be black, and millions upon millions of citizens of mixed race, one is never sure about anyone.

Blacks weren't the only slaves. They were just the people Democrats assumed were slaves, even if they'd been freed. Native Americans, Irish, Chinese... Along with everyone living on the Earth, today - all have ancestors who were slaves - because it was better than being slaughtered by your conqueror.

Ridiculous idea based on nothing. They quickly figured out that most Blacks have no idea if any of their ancestors were slaves and couldn’t prove it if they did. And what does ‘Black’ mean in this context? African? Jamaican? European? What about mixed race? What does ‘long time resident’ mean? This has been thrown out as a racist pipe dream that has no thought behind it. Just greed and entitlement.

What is the definition of a "black long time resident". 100% black, 1/8th black, came in 2010, overstayed their visa, what? How did you arrive at $5 million, and what is the compensation for, specifically? Will there be any offset credits for other benefits paid, welfare, affirmative action, black privilege, etc? I think I read California was never a slave state. Please include an explanation. Why were the Chinese excluded? Don't you feel guilty for the oversight? When will you be weighing compensation for whites, who have paid trillions in welfare and aid to educate and pull people out of poverty, only for those poor to be replaced with more poor people from open borders, and making the percentage of poor now even greater? When is SF going to get housing for all those homeless, and clean up their streets from the bathroom waste and needles? Please respond by 1/20/23, due to the importance of this matter.

The military did not detect previous flights of Chinese spy balloons over the U.S. that took place during the Trump administration, a top general said Monday, due to a "gap" in the Defense Department's ability to track certain airborne objects. Gen. Glen VanHerck, head of North American Aerospace Defense Command, cited the issue as the reason that at least three spy balloon flights were not briefed to senior Trump officials at the time. The art dealer representing Hunter Biden said the president's son had the potential to be one of the most influential painters of the modern era, but declined to say whether he'd cooperate with a congressional investigation into sales of the art. Georges Bergès, who has been overseeing the sale of Biden's paintings, said the 53-year-old would 'become one of the most consequential artists in this century.' His comments came as the New York Post pressed him on whether he would comply with requests from the House Oversight Committee, which asked to see the names of individuals who purchased Biden's artwork and the price they paid for it.

The U.S.' biggest cinema circuit on Monday said its new pricing initiative, called "Sightline," will be expanded to all its domestic locations by year end, including dine-in cinemas, after having already rolled out at some AMC theaters. (Snip) Those who want the best seats will have to pay a premium. "Preferred" seats — typically in the middle of the auditorium — will cost more than the standard
