Turley: Highly Inappropriate For FBI To
Call Critics "Conspiracy Theorists Spreading Disinformation"

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley told FOX News on Monday evening that it is a "menacing thing" for the FBI to declare that "combatting disinformation" is one of its top priorities, and explained how Elon Musk revealed potential first amendment violations in the bureau's relationship with social media companies like Twitter. (snip)JONATHAN TURLEY, GWU: What’s interesting is that there is really a loss of space in the last few weeks for many of the censorship apologists that are in Congress and the media. For years, they denied there was any censorship, that there was any shadowbanning, there was any blacklist. All of that was just formally denied. Because of Musk, we now know that all of that were lies. That, in fact, there was an extensive censorship system that was being directed in part by the FBI.

I tell ya, Conservatives crack me up. In the depths of all the illegal, immoral, unethical, historically unprecedented, banana republic, and frankly crazy s*** that the Biden kleptocracy has been pulling, some fearless twit has the courage to stand up and say the FBI did something “highly inappropriate.” Oh, give me a break!

Jonathan Turley is no conservative, not even a Republican and he is speaking out, rightly so. This really is not a partisan issue. It is a Constitutional issue and yet the legal intelligentsia are silent. Where are the Constitutional legal experts heading our academic institutions while all this proof of censorship is being released? Is this not a teaching moment? There is something very sinister going on in our universities, law schools, and courts. Academics so full of themselves will not stand and defend our basic rights. They know our rights are under assault and yet, they remain silent. The folks in flyover country understand what is going on. It doesn’t take a legal scholar to recognize censorship and the many ways this reprehensible administration defies the Constitution daily. The ruling class says nothing because they have made a choice to stand with the democrats who are presently running the show. It is easier for these go along to get along fools to remain silent than it is for them to stand for the truths that has made us the envy of the world. Cowardice in the face of the daily assault of our founding principles is the very thing that got us where we are today. Men and women doing nothing for fear of being ostracized is exactly what the left counted on and the silent cowards have given it to them. Evil never quits. It always moves forward and if there is no challenge or confrontation, it gains strength until any opposition is quickly quashed. This is what happens when you fear confrontation more than you love your country.

Jonathan Turley's characterization of the FBI's censorship as "highly inappropriate" is a gross understatement. How about illegal and evil? The FBI is the Fascist Bureau of Illegality. Fascism - "centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition." (Merriam-Webster)

The Feebs don't catch on very quickly. The general public has known about the device of projection for a long time. The Obama administration used it so often that you would swear Barry was looking in the mirror when he spoke about us deplorable white supremacists, now turned insurrectionists. The FBI needs a new playbook if they want to continue to fool "some of the people all of the time" like they did with the Steele Dossier Circus. If anybody fights for us when we are abused by our own government, it will be us, not the GOP, not the DOJ. To butcher a famous Obama boast, "when they attack with 24 people you bring 48.
