A gutless Arizona judge on Saturday dismissed Kari Lake’s election lawsuit against Democrat Katie Hobbs in the stolen 2022 midterm election.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson found Kari Lake’s lawyers had not proven Maricopa officials committed any kind of misconduct.
Kari Lake will appeal the ruling.(Tweet) Judge Peter Thompson ruled that when 60% of election centers have broken machines and hundreds of thousands of ballots are counted without chain of custody, this constitutes a free and fair election.
It is crooked officials like Judge Thompson who will bring down this great nation.

Is this still America? On Christmas Day, 2022, I have to ask - can this be appealed? And if not,why not? For Christmas, we have been without power for several days, but were making the very best of it - cooking on a wood stove and using candles and lanterns to light up the house, but at seven p.m. the power came back on and I called it a Christmas miracle. We did not complain, we just kept soldering on, but enough is enough. We do not need a miracle; we need justice.

SO, did ya REALLY think that Lake had much of a chance against the Deep State, WE hid Hunter’s Laptop, open-borders, subversion-by-perversion crowd? “Democracy” is in danger and YOU are the cause, insurrectionist.
And don’t think that the Ministry of Truth is GONE. Lake put up a great fight but the cheaters win in the end.
Just ask the Big Guy. One more chance in 2 years for voters to get it right…if not, that’s it. NOt sure? Look at the $1.7 TRILLION just passed with the help of 18 “Republicans,” comrade. More money to Ukraine while US borders are like a leaky sieve.

Also disappointed, but Lake's team accused Hobbs of fraud, not incompetence.
That being said, a sloppy election still yields results you cannot trust. Judge should have ordered a redo, not based upon fraud, but based upon incompetence.

In 2008 in Minnesota, Al Franken ran against Republican incumbent Senator Norm Coleman. When the votes were counted, Coleman had won. Then Franken's team kept coming up with boxes of ballots in car trunks and here and there, and lo and behold! Franken won! If the Republican party on a national level had come down hard on this nonsense -- gone to court, gone after individual Dems who had committed these election crimes, and conducted a media campaign -- the Dems might have thought twice about ramping up this tactic. But if I remember rightly, they did nothing substantial.

Reply #27...not to mention Coleman won the original election night count, two more recounts, and the came up short on the fourth official statewide tally! Then, and only then, did Franken finally come out ahead in the vote count. Minnesota then, and only then said, "Okay, we can stop recounting now." Can't make this stuff up!

How many of these cases have failed now? Dozens? Hundreds? Way pass time that they change how they prove voter fraud.
Perhaps they need to change what they go after. Stop going after the process and go after the ballots themselves. Or is that impossible? Have always thought a basic premise for our elections are that the people involved are intelligent and honest. Don't think that is happening anymore, and that's the root cause for our voter fraud, and it is incurable.
Beginning to think these people know their cases will fail, and it's all for show.

If you want further in-depth analysis of this corrupt Judge's decision in Arizona, check out Behizy on Rumble, Locals or Truth. He and his partner are terrific.
Kari Lake has already said she will go to the AZ State Supreme Court and finally to the U.S. Supreme Court to get justice if she doesn't get justice locally. This woman is a fighter, a Christian, and she knows who she's fighting against, the old John McCain machine in AZ with the help of the national DNC and Marc Elias.

Folks, this was not going to be allowed to go forward, period.
Need to work on how to prevent issues like these from happening again, and this squarely lands at the feet of the RNC. Who, in Arizona, seems to have been in on whatever was to take place since they didn't have any lawyers present, didn't ensure the machines were working properly, the printers had enough ink available, etc...
In other words just allowed things to happen in Arizona, particularly if it was to one of those who were challenging the elections of past.
Can't worry about yesterday, just how can you impact tomorrow.

The Erkel defense works again. Instead of viewing the evidence in its entirety, recognizing the pattern, and holding that it was all part of an intentional plan to steal the election, the judge listened to them as they stood there with stupid looks on their faces and said "did I do that?"

My nephew's wife went to vote for the 0bama/Romney election in the Toledo, OH area. She touched the screen for Romney and it checked 0bama. She called over the Monitor and they tried again. Again she tapped for Romney, and it registered, 0bama. The monitor handed her a paper ballot and pen and showed her to a table. As she watched from that table, the Monitor waived the next voters in line to the 'broken' voting machine.

SO Kari Lake's lawsuit proved that the ballot tabulator machines were not working correctly. The lawsuit proved that a percentage of the ballots themselves were printed incorrectly so as to not be readable. The lawsuit also proved that there was no chain of custody, as required by Arizona law, for many of the ballots taken to and from the third party ballot counting centers. The lawsuit proved that the number of voters and number of ballots counted could not be reconciled. This was all testified to and admitted to under oath. Yet, somehow, the judge found that there was nothing wrong with the election? Maybe I am missing something here. Was the judge ruling on some wording in the lawsuit which gave him an out and the ability to dismiss the lawsuit with a straight face? Or, is the judge just another political coward who would just rather have his ruling overturned on appeal and escaped any political blowback from his Democrat political friends?

I agree the Republicans in Arizona should rise up and demand this Judge be thrown off the bench, #20. However, the Arizona GOP Chair and team should lead the way on this and they are quiet because they are not for Kari Lake. The McCain, Bush-Rove influence is strong there and they are glad pro-Trump Kari Lake is not Governor.

#13, Respectfully, I believe leaking like a sieve should be “like running water through a funnel”. It astounds me that no one in any branch of government is outraged by this. Sure, the Republicans will pop off every now and then, but when they held power in all three branches and did nothing, the die was cast. Very few in Washington want secure borders. Democrats want voters pouring across and Republicans need their slave labor. The American people just want our sovereignty protected.
