A gutless Arizona judge on Saturday dismissed Kari Lake’s election lawsuit against Democrat Katie Hobbs in the stolen 2022 midterm election. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson found Kari Lake’s lawyers had not proven Maricopa officials committed any kind of misconduct. Kari Lake will appeal the ruling.(Tweet) Judge Peter Thompson ruled that when 60% of election centers have broken machines and hundreds of thousands of ballots are counted without chain of custody, this constitutes a free and fair election. It is crooked officials like Judge Thompson who will bring down this great nation.

Is this still America? On Christmas Day, 2022, I have to ask - can this be appealed? And if not,why not? For Christmas, we have been without power for several days, but were making the very best of it - cooking on a wood stove and using candles and lanterns to light up the house, but at seven p.m. the power came back on and I called it a Christmas miracle. We did not complain, we just kept soldering on, but enough is enough. We do not need a miracle; we need justice.

In 2008 in Minnesota, Al Franken ran against Republican incumbent Senator Norm Coleman. When the votes were counted, Coleman had won. Then Franken's team kept coming up with boxes of ballots in car trunks and here and there, and lo and behold! Franken won! If the Republican party on a national level had come down hard on this nonsense -- gone to court, gone after individual Dems who had committed these election crimes, and conducted a media campaign -- the Dems might have thought twice about ramping up this tactic. But if I remember rightly, they did nothing substantial.

How many of these cases have failed now? Dozens? Hundreds? Way pass time that they change how they prove voter fraud. Perhaps they need to change what they go after. Stop going after the process and go after the ballots themselves. Or is that impossible? Have always thought a basic premise for our elections are that the people involved are intelligent and honest. Don't think that is happening anymore, and that's the root cause for our voter fraud, and it is incurable. Beginning to think these people know their cases will fail, and it's all for show.

Folks, this was not going to be allowed to go forward, period. Need to work on how to prevent issues like these from happening again, and this squarely lands at the feet of the RNC. Who, in Arizona, seems to have been in on whatever was to take place since they didn't have any lawyers present, didn't ensure the machines were working properly, the printers had enough ink available, etc... In other words just allowed things to happen in Arizona, particularly if it was to one of those who were challenging the elections of past. Again she tapped for Romney, and it registered, 0bama. The monitor handed her a paper ballot and pen and showed her to a table. SO Kari Lake's lawsuit proved that the ballot tabulator machines were not working correctly. The lawsuit proved that a percentage of the ballots themselves were printed incorrectly so as to not be readable. The lawsuit also proved that there was no chain of custody, as required by Arizona law, for many of the ballots taken to and from the third party ballot counting centers. The lawsuit proved that the number of voters and number of ballots counted could not be reconciled. This was all testified to and admitted to under oath. Yet, somehow, the judge found that there was nothing wrong with the election? Maybe I am missing something here. Was the judge ruling on some wording in the lawsuit which gave him an out and the ability to dismiss the lawsuit with a straight face? Or, is the judge just another political coward who would just rather have his ruling overturned on appeal and escaped any political blowback from his Democrat political friends?

Sure, the Republicans will pop off every now and then, but when they held power in all three branches and did nothing, the die was cast. Very few in Washington want secure borders. Democrats want voters pouring across and Republicans need their slave labor. The American people just want our sovereignty protected.

According to an executive order that will take effect on January 1, federal employees will receive an overall pay raise of 4.1%, as well as an average locality-based pay raise of 0.5%, indicating that some 2.1 million federal employees will receive average raises of 4.6%. As we reported earlier, the Supreme Court dealt a blow to Joe Biden’s effort to get rid of Title 42. The Court ruled in favor of 19 Republican attorneys general and against the Biden administration, to keep Title 42 temporarily to be able to expel asylum seekers based on the COVID health emergency. It also set oral arguments in the case for February and they anticipate making a final decision on the matter in June. Many people on the right were relieved that that would put on hold an even greater influx of illegal aliens into the country, although they thought that the Biden administration should be dealing with the problem

Maricopa County Election Director Scott Jarrett likely perjured himself in a court of law by lying about the ballot printer settings that caused tabulation failures and disenfranchised thousands of election day voters. Jarrett testified under oath during Kari Lake’s historic election contest trial against Democrat Katie Hobbs and the Maricopa County election officials. On Election Day in Maricopa County, over 50% of tabulators and printers failed the moment that polls opened, causing voters to be turned away from the polls and creating long wait times of four hours or more.

The Supreme Court ruled by a 5-4 vote to keep Title 42 in place just hours ahead of its planned midnight Wednesday end.  The Covid-era public health policy that allows border agents to immediately expel migrants will now remain in place until legal battles involving its end play out in court.  Agents will now be able to use the policy to expel border crossers for at least the next several months, leaving an onslaught of migrants who were expected to rush the U.S.-Mexico border after Title 42 was lifted in limbo.

WASHINGTON, DC – The Supreme Court will hear arguments on whether states can ask courts to preserve Title 42 border safeguards when the Biden administration tries to let the policy die, voting on Tuesday to leave the Trump-era policy in place until it hands down a decision in the case by early summer 2023. Title 42 allows federal agents to turn away illegal aliens immediately without taking them into custody if the agent believes the alien might have Covid-19. Even though the number of illegal crossings is at an all-time high, the numbers at the border would be up to double their current levels without that policy in place.

On a stretch of the border fence just four miles from downtown El Paso, Texas, traffickers cut the large opening close to a row of abandoned buildings. The makeshift crossing point, beside the US-85 highway, was discovered by DailyMail.com just one hour after the Supreme Court ruled Title 42 will remain in effect. The 4ft-by-4ft hole appeared freshly cut - suggesting it had been used by migrants to cross illegally on Tuesday.

Ron DeSantis (R) or Minority Leader-elect Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), nor retreads such as Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) or Mitt Romney (R-UT). Instead, the pol to keep an eye on is Republican Sen. Tim Scott (SC). The question of what he decides to do in 2023, and how, is the wild card with the most significantly wide-ranging ramifications for the rest of this decade’s national politics. This is, of course, a prediction, not a guarantee. Still, it’s a pretty solid bet.

Establishment Republicans -- led throughout the ’22 elections and in their aftermath by the notorious Kentucky senator-for-life Mitch McConnell -- betrayed their party’s base, which is staunchly conservative, increasingly in an America First sorta way.  Yes, lest one is confused because of all the serial betrayals, we’re referring to the gross obscenity called the “$1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill.” For true-blue conservatives, the brazen middle-finger thrust rudely into their faces by McConnell and seventeen other Senate go-alongs should be an act of war. Political war, that is.

Another Russian tycoon who may have criticized the invasion of Ukraine has died under mysterious circumstances. Sausage magnate and politician Pavel Antov, who last summer denied being critical of the Kremlin, was found dead Sunday at a hotel in Rayagada, in India’s eastern state of Odisha, after apparently falling from a window. Antov, who was worth an estimated $140 million and was celebrating his 65th birthday, died just two days after a friend who had accompanied him died.

The FBI on Wednesday finally broke its silence and responded to the revelations on Twitter of close ties between the bureau and the social media giant—ties that included efforts to suppress information and censor political speech. “The correspondence between the FBI and Twitter show nothing more than examples of our traditional, longstanding and ongoing federal government and private sector engagements, which involve numerous companies over multiple sectors and industries,” the bureau said in a statement. “As evidenced in the correspondence, the FBI provides critical information to the private sector in an effort to allow them to protect themselves and their customers. The men and women of the FBI work

Democrat Rep. Jaime Raskin on Sunday called the Electoral College a ‘danger to the American people’ during an appearance on CBS’s “Face the Nation.” “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan asked Raskin about the January 6 Committee and the Electoral Count Reform Act that just passed both chambers of Congress as part of the $1.7 trillion Omnibus bill. Raskin called the Electoral College a danger to the American people and said the Electoral Count Reform Act didn’t go far enough.

Donald Trump's tax returns will be made public at midday after a nearly four-year-long fight that saw the former president fight tooth-and-nail to shield his financial statements from public view.  The Democrat-controlled House Ways and Means Committee voted last Tuesday evening to release the returns, in a debate that lasted more than three hours behind closed doors.  The final vote was 24 to 16. All Democrats voted in favor of the action while all Republicans on the panel voted against. Six years' worth of Trump's most recent tax returns will be covered, as well as documents from eight of his businesses. They will be partially-redacted.

The corporate media still pushes the narrative that global depopulation agenda is a “conspiracy theory.” If, by “conspiracy theory,” it’s meant that the global depopulation agenda is a theory describing a conspiracy of elites to depopulate the world, that’s a technically accurate label. But, if they mean by the term “conspiracy theory” that global depopulation is not true and anyone who subscribes to it is crazy (which is what they really mean), it’s just gaslighting. The truth’s right there in the public record for anyone to see. For instance, the chimpanzee lady Jane Goodall appeared at the World Economic Forum in 2020 to lobby for a global reduction in population

When fall comes around, everyone starts thinking about Christmas. People are getting their shopping lists ready and picking up items for their parties. For kids, this is the perfect opportunity to show off how good they’ve been during the year. Unfortunately, Christmas can also bring some very sad and tragic episodes. We’re not talking about getting the wrong size of clothes or the wrong video game system, either. Many times, people encounter terrible family situations, illness, or death. Anyone who watches the news will hear about something horrific happening during the holiday. Having to deal with a terrible scenario is something no one expects during such a joyous season.

MSNBC host Ari Melber said Monday on his show “The Beat” that House Republican’s plans to investigate Hunter Biden was a “reach” and “not classy.” Melber said, “When you look ahead and talk about Biden and the paradox that the midterms revealed late in the year is that Joe Biden is not super popular in any particularly measurable way, but he is a steady, trusted alternative to what you both have outlined here, which is the MAGA-fied Republican Party.”

Deadly blizzard conditions in upstate New York gave cover to local looters over the weekend as they robbed businesses while police were stuck elsewhere. “I don’t know how these people can even live with themselves, how they can look at themselves in the mirror,” Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown raged to reporters Monday. “They are the ‘lowest of the low,” Brown said of the opportunistic crooks. Some businesses had their windows smashed and merchandise damaged and stolen as snow and ice pummeled the region, local TV station WRGZ reported.

For Hollywood, 2022 was truly an annus horribilis. Major studios, streamers, cable providers, and other media giants lost a combined $542 billion in market value in 2022, with left-wing studios the Walt Disney Co., Netflix, and Comcast accounting for the bulk of the bloodshed. The Dow Jones Media Titans index, which tracks the performance of 30 of the world’s biggest media companies, shed 40 percent this year, with its total market value declining from $1.35 trillion to $808 billion, according to a Financial Times report. The losses outpaced indices for other sectors, including banking, which saw a 14.5 percent drop for the year, and telecommunications, which fell by 11.2 percent.

As if any further evidence is needed that diversity-obsessed activists will never be satisfied, an MSNBC host and her two guests found reason to be unhappy about the historic firsts of two black women who were elevated to the pinnacle of their professions, suggesting that new Harvard University President Claudine Gay and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson have already been undermined by a system of oppression that has set them up for failure. On Saturday’s edition of the “The Mehdi Hasan Show,” a segment was devoted to the so-called “glass cliff,” a theory that women who achieve leadership roles often are allowed to do so during times of crisis

President Joe Biden will travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands on Tuesday for vacation, after telling reporters he has “more important” things to do than visit the southern border. “The President and the First Lady will travel to St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands where they will celebrate the New Year with their family,” the White House readout read. Biden has spent more than a quarter of his presidency away from the White House vacationing in Delaware, CNN reported in October. The president also told reporters on Dec. 6 that he would not be visiting the border while in Arizona “because there are more important things going on.”
