Joe Biden’s America.
People in the Northeast are turning off their heat because they cannot afford the skyrocketing energy prices.
One resident is trying to stretch her oil ration by keeping the heat down in her home.
“It’s miserable,” the woman told CNN. “It’s like living in an igloo.”Other residents in the Northeast say they have to choose between food and heating their homes.
One elder, retired Philly resident said he will keep his house at 50 to 55 and won’t turn the heat on until his “teeth chatter” in an effort to ration his oil because filling his tank costs $1,500.

Wasn’t the Northeast region one of the Democrats strongest parts of the country in the last election? Just asking.

To democrats in the NE, you are about to receive what is called Karma for your stubborn uninformed voting habits. Buy an axe, unless that’s too scary for you, because you’ll need it to chop up your furniture to burn snd keep warm.

Welcome to the world without petroleum products. Will people make the connection between Biden’s war on fossil fuels and the high cost of heating oil? Probably not. I fully expect him to blame the oil companies.

Dominion “counts” the votes here in Upstate NY and Long Island so no, we didn’t vote for this.

#1, I am not convinced that people who are hard core democrat voters are able to connect Biden's war on traditional energy sources as the reason why they have to live like they are in a third world country.
Blue = cold. Red = hot. It is with politics as it is with plumbing.

I had my tank filled last week at a cost of $5.98 a gallon, cost me $1250 dollars . I am sitting here on the computer with the thermostat set at 70 with a sweat shirt on trying to get comfortable as the temp goes down to 29 tonight..
And the thing that angers me more than anything else is the people who voted for this clown and voted for illegals, high gas, crime. Watching Kari Lake get cheated in Arizona and Pennsylvania vote for Fetterman just stunned me.

And yet they voted for the clowns who support this ignorant WH imposter. And the imposter says he is not going to change anything because Americans see the good his policies are producing. This idiot thinks he is doing a good job. Do you realize that you are part of the problem?/

It’s climate change not global warming. Climate change causes cold fronts, ice, snow and all storms as well as excess heat. Burning any fossil fuel causes climate change and thus burning your furnace is causing the climate to be cold in what we call winter. So stop burning your furnace and driving your car and pay more tax to help poor countries stop climate change.

Because it's two years to the next election don't expect a demoncrap to give a rat's rump about the plight of the common folk. I live in Georgia and Tennessee--far enough south so that I don't have to worry about my brass monkey and far enough north that I don't have to worry about pythons and iguanas. The solution to the Bidet maladministration is to get solar panels on your roof to generate electricity for your EV and electric heat for your house. I've been in some all electric homes. Electricity just doesn't do as good a job of cooking or heating a house. I like natural gas and hope it will be available until I cross the Rainbow Bridge.

As you sow, so you reap!! Who ever thought this clown would be a great President after 47 years of nothingness in the senate needs to get their head examined. Vote with your brains not emotions

Insanity for a country that was energy independent just 3 years ago.
In a just world the architects of this evil would be hanged in the town square!

New Hampshire, you could have given the Republicans the Senate.
New York, you could have reduced crime by getting rid of Hochul.
PA, you elected a Senator who is opposed to energy independence.
You reap what you sow.

This is the price you pay for repeatedly and stupidly vote for the dumbasses who are really to blame for the situation. They will bob and weave and deflect to escape responsibility but it is Biden and his party of jackasses that have caused this, NOT the oil companies, this is Joe all the way and the fool even told you he was going to put the oil companies out of business, yet you voted for him, and committed voter fraud for him anyway, now suffer the consequences, I just pray God helps those who had common sense enough to not vote for him because we have to suffer along with the fools that did.

If you don’t have a fireplace to huddle around, you might want to build yourself one. It ain’t gonna get any better and unfortunately that is the plan.

we have a gas log fireplace with remote control. Having heated with wood when I was younger, and healthier (pre-Fauci, I call it) I really like the convenience of the gas logs.
Once a year, the system is serviced, at a cost of 160 dollars. And a few weeks ago, while the service guy was wonking on the system, he remarked that he has customers who are puttting up drapes or barriers at the entrance to the room with the fireplace, and turning the thermostta way down on the rest of their house.
We may go that route, what with the Biden economy, next year.

Keeping the home temperature at 55 is not bad once you get used to it. Sweatshirts and heavy pajamas beat not having any heating fuel at all, which is where we are headed in Joe's "transition." Solar and wind power on a cloudy twenty-degree day will not even melt the frost off your nose. That's when the Bastille will fall.
