MSNBC’s Joy Reid said Wednesday on her show “The ReidOut” that she believed Republicans want to portray Thanksgiving as a “simplistic fairytale” to cover up for America being founded on “violence” and “genocide.” Reid said, “We begin tonight with Thanksgiving, the day we gather with friends and family to enjoy turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie. We throw on the game and catch up on our lives and discuss or quite possibly argue about religion and politics. For millions of Americans, it’s a day of cherished tradition. As Americans, we value those traditions.” She continued, “But it is also to unpack the myth of Thanksgiving.

Jamestown VS. Plymouth Rock. America was based on Plymouth Rock, idealogically, respecting others and seeking freedom. But Jamestown keeps spoiling the party, as they were established to conquer and enslave. Democrats align with Jamestown.

Perhaps if your ancestors had been a little quicker they wouldn’t have been caught by black slavers and sold to white democrats and brought to America. In that case we would not know of you and you’d be rotting away in some 3rd world African Hell hole. Seems to me you ought to be thankful this thanksgiving for the democrats who got your people to America where you can display your bigoted ignorance on a daily basis.

Joy, my country - Poland - was overrun bt filthy islamofascist barbarian pigs, the Tatars - hordes of Asians, raping and looting and pillagin across Eastern Europe. History is not pretty. Stick to your whining about slavery, where your black ancestors were sold by their fellow blacks, to British slave dealers. And teach that history to your NFL blck players, who went to England to play a gme rwo years ago, knelt during our national anthem, but honored the British by respectfully stnding during God Save The Queen. Ridiculous. The first slave ship came to Jamestown, Virginia in August 1619. The first Thanksgiving was celebrated in Plymouth, Massachusetts, in the autumn of 1621--that's roughly two years later. There were no African slaves among the Pilgrims. Joyless tries, year after year, to conflate the two, and year after year she fails.

Thanksgiving is not a ‘GOP’ holiday lol but I don’t expect Joy Reid to be actually aware of that. Most Democrats celebrate it too. Due to a total lack of education in history or civics it has mostly lost its true meaning and become mostly a food fest, but people can celebrate however they want - with or without Ms, Reid’s approval. The hatred and misery oozing out of her is just sad. Her ignorance is inexcusable.

Stupid people continue to spout stupid platitudes on history of which they know nothing. American Indians were already very good at killing and wiping out their adversaries long before the first Europeans landed in about 1000 A.D. In fact, historians and archeologist still do not know what happened to the colony at Roanoke. There was no trace of them, and still no information about what happened to Sir Walter Raleigh’s effort to colonize North America.

Sorry, you evil, hateful witch, but the story is true. And those people in that time got along well. IMO, there are many times when we did horrible evil in our dealings with the Indians. My personal view is that our breaking of treaty after treaty that we, as a nation, had solemnly sworn to uphold is a great stain. We should have stuck to our treaties. I have no problem with fighting the Indians. There were frictions and they started killing us, and we fought back. Plenty of blame and evil to go around. But - Thanksgiving was a real thing, and, IMO, is a shining example of what we should strive for.

On Thanksgiving Day, families come together around the dinner table to give thanks and repeat the yearly tradition of debating which sides and staples are the best. Union concerns centered around sick time and scheduling, and Walsh’s work appeared to have avoided a strike that had the potential for far-reaching consequences on the American economy. Thursday, if you eat a nice meal, thank the Pilgrims. They made Thanksgiving possible. They left the Old World to escape religious persecution. They imagined a new society where everyone worked together and shared everything. In other words, they dreamed of socialism. Socialism then almost killed them. As I explain in my weekly video, the Pilgrims attempted collective farming. The whole community decided when and how much to plant, when to harvest and who would do the work. Gov. William Bradford wrote in his diary that he thought that taking away property and bringing it into a commonwealth would make the Pilgrims "happy and flourishing." It didn't. Soon, there wasn't enough food.

Don’t be fooled by the governor’s margin of victory this year (59-41) and in 2018 (62-38). He has done nothing in his public life that recommends him for the presidency. Popular, yes, competent, no.

More than 70 per cent of children aged 7-12 are now afraid of climate change according to the results of a survey. More than seven in ten children aged 7-12 are now worried about climate change, research conducted by a UK-based start-up has reportedly found. It comes amid reports from various experts that children and teenagers of various demographics are experiencing high rates of mental health difficulties, with one school councillor earlier this year saying that anxiety rates have hit an all-time high post-lockdown. According to a report by Euronews, the survey — which polled 1,000 children born between 2010 and 2015 on their views regarding the environment — found

Trump-backed Kelly Tshibaka isn’t holding back following her senate loss to GOP incumbent Sen. Lisa Murkowski, showering blame on establishment Republicans whom she said prefer an easily controlled Senate minority rather than a majority with varied opinions. “It is regrettable that Sen. Mitch McConnell spent millions of dollars in this race on deceptive ads to secure what he wanted – a Senate minority that he can control, as opposed to a majority that he could not,” Tshibaka said. “Donors’ money would have been better spent in other states to elect more Republicans that would have secured a majority in the Senate.”

For many Republicans, the final midterm election results were surprising— especially in the states of Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. Based on polling, it looked likely that Kari Lake, Adam Laxalt, and Mehmet Oz would win their contests. I believe that there are only three likely explanations for the unexpected results: late campaign surges, polling error, or aggressive ballot-harvesting. A late surge? Some Republicans are falling for an illogical narrative put forth by Democrats and the mainstream media.

The Taliban this week conducted its first public flogging in a soccer stadium since the 1990s. It happened in Afghanistan's east, after the Taliban Supreme Court sentence 11 men and three women "for different sins, including adultery, robbery and other forms of corruption" - including gay sex. The group of 14 were whipped in front of a crowd on Wednesday in Logar province. A Taliban statement proudly boasted that in attendance at the stadium to witness the punishment was a crowd of "scholars, authorities, and people."

Seventeen days since voters went to the polls to cast their ballots in the midterm elections, two U.S. House races remain undeclared.  Republican John Duarte leads by fewer than 600 votes in California’s 13th district against Democrat Adam Gray with 99% of the votes in, according to the Associated Press. In Colorado, incumbent Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert declared victory after her Democratic opponent Adam Frisch conceded last week, but only 550 votes sit between them, triggering a recount and more delayed results.

Chesapeake, Virginia police on Friday released the content of a “manifesto” found on the cellphone of Andre Bing, the accused killer of six at a local Walmart where he worked. Bing, who also killed himself, blamed the massacre on “torment” by coworkers and demonic influences. “Sorry God, I’ve failed you, this was not your fault but my own. I failed to listen to the groans of the holy spirit which made me a poor representation of You,” Bing wrote in a note released Friday by Chesapeake police: Sorry God, I’ve failed you, this was not your fault but my own. I failed to listen to

The Biden administration has worked overtime to gaslight Americans into believing everything is totally fine when, in fact, everything is not fine. As a matter of fact, it’s getting worse by the day. And by “it’s,” I mean everything is going south. The latest indication of yet another looming economic crisis — and no, I’m not talking about the developing housing crisis, the diesel fuel crisis, the home heating oil crisis, the inflation crisis, or the illegal immigration crisis — was revealed in a startling report this week regarding total household credit card debt, which has now increased by the most in 20 years, rising a staggering 15% from last year.
