Somebody better get canned. Someone has to pay. Somebody important. Our culture is a disaster in large part because we have failed to hold leaders accountable when they screw up, because we have given losers a free pass and accepted excuses and therefore, accepted sub-par performance. Look at the wars since 2001 – what generals got relieved for the failure to win them promptly? And look at our military now. It’s a disaster. This goes for the GOP in the wake of last week’s fiasco.

Maybe a start in the right direction.

While the GOP cooperates with the DNC in ejecting GOP leaders who are on-message and effective, we will never win again.

Oh, so the guy who blatantly stabbed several of our candidates in the back gets to keep his position because there’s no one to replace him? Really? Then we should just roll over and let the commies win. Kurt, I don’t like your reasoning, no one is irreplaceable and that most definitely includes McConnell and McCarthy. I’ve watched so many of our leaders throw away any advantages we won over the years and I’m just so sick of it.

There's My Guy! I love Kurt! He always hits the Nail on the Head and does it in a manner many haven't figured out yet! He's right, Rona needs to be fired! Today! I love the idea of Mercy taking that Job. She did announce on FOX she in interested in taking over the RNC! Give it to her! There are a lot of other Heads that should roll, but like Kurt says, it won't happen! Mitch should NOT have been re-elected again, but he was! Kevin should not be Speaker, but he will be! So it goes.....

Agree. Ronna McDaniel must go and in a big public way. She cannot be allowed to slink out the door to “spend more time with her family”. I also like Kurt’s suggestions for her replacement especially Matt and Mercedes Schlapp. I even like the idea of them both as a duo. It’s a big party and we need people with big ideas and winning strategies. I also believe Lee Zeldin is a good guy who deserves to be part of a winning Republican strategy. Maybe these three could have a come to Jesus meeting with the perpetually flaccid McConnell and McCarthy. Regardless, Ronna must go. We must have accountability. She wanted the big job then she gets everything that goes along with it. Praise when we win and a pink slip when we lose. Politics is a tough game.

The back seat drivers of the uniparty are still there and noting on the Washington chess board has changed it's the same ole same ole and I'm done. Don't fear RINO losers Trump will never see the inside of the White House again. Not to fear, elections are over let the 'selections' begin. It was a nice country I grew up and old in but it's over. Screw the government, let Washington die on the vine. If Trump would somehow prevail make the US capital Mar-A- Largo stay out of the stink hole of the District of Columbia. FJB. MAGA (maybe).

Senator-Elect John Fetterman and his wife, Gisele, are celebrating their recent hard-fought victory for a key senate seat in Pennsylvania. On Tuesday, Gisele Fetterman uploaded a photo of her and her husband in front of the politician’s office, with a freshly minted sign that read “Senator-Elect John Fetterman.” Gisele captioned the triumphant photo with “First day ---.” The photo offers a possible glimpse at how the political power couple may be dressing from January 3 onwards. Gisele, who has co-founded multiple non-profit organizations, appears to have already adapted her funky and individualistic sense of style to the office. In the

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday named former federal prosecutor Jack Smith as special counsel for two ongoing criminal investigations by the Department of Justice of former President Donald Trump.   Smith’s appointment came three days after Trump, a Republican, announced plans to run for president in 2024.   Trump’s move directly led to Garland’s decison to appoint a special counsel, who will recommend whether criminal charges should be lodged against the ex-president. The attorney general was appointed by Biden, a Democrat who defeated Trump in his 2020 re-election bid. Biden could again face Trump again in the 2024 election. CORRECTION*

Newly revealed body-cam footage reportedly contradicts the Department of Justice’s account of the sequence of events that led up to the attack on Paul Pelosi, the husband of outgoing Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, confirming that Pelosi opened the door for the police officers who responded to the 911 call he placed from his residence. While the DOJ claimed in an indictment filed on November 9 that the officers opened the door themselves, body-cam footage viewed by the San Francisco district attorney’s office confirms that it was Pelosi who let them into the home, a source who personally viewed the footage told the NBC Bay Area Investigative Unit.

Hundreds of Twitter employees apparently quit Thursday after new CEO Elon Musk gave workers an ultimatum: commit to a “hardcore” work environment, or be fired. The reported exodus threw Twitter into more turmoil and came as staffers at the social media giant were given a 5 p.m. Thursday deadline to sign onto Musk’s workplace pledge. The resignations were gleaned from internal Twitter communications, including a poll where 42% of 180 workers surveyed Thursday said they were “Taking the exit option, I’m free,” Reuters reported.

Remember when the FBI raided Trump’s home supposedly looking for “nuclear secrets” a few months back? Guess how that turned out? I’ll let the quislings at the Washinton Post spell it out: Federal agents and prosecutors have come to believe former president Donald Trump’s motive for allegedly taking and keeping classified documents was largely his ego and a desire to hold on to the materials as trophies or mementos, according to people familiar with the matter. This revelation occurred during a recent company meeting where CNN chief Chris Licht confirmed that layoffs are coming in early December. “There is widespread concern over the global economic outlook, and we must factor that risk into our long-term planning,” Licht reportedly said. “All this together will mean a noticeable change to this organization. That, by definition, is unsettling. These changes will not be easy because they will affect people, budgets, and projects.
