Jonathan Turley Ruins Biden's Snarky 'Lots

Among the politically-related opinions that I most respect are those from liberal-leaning professionals who rise above their personal political views and tell it like it is, regardless of party. Legal scholar and Fox News contributor Jonathan Turley is on that list. We’ll get to Professor Turley in a minute but first, Joe Biden. During Biden’s midterm elections post-mortem on Wednesday, he was asked about the possibility of Republicans conducting congressional investigations — if the GOP wins the majority in either chamber or both, that is — into the Biden Family Business, notably Hunter Biden‘s shady business dealings. Biden smugly shot back: “Good luck with that,”

Biden should be treated the same way by the Republicans the same way the Democrats treated Trump. Only then when we have MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) will things change.

Although the systemic corruption that runs through the Washington DC political class is a not so well kept secret, I doubt that anything meaningful will come from this or any other investigation. There are far too many involved in the practice of influence peddling. The Biden’s are definitely the overachievers in this regard but there are many more I believe who are guilty of the same. Therefore, I doubt that any serious investigation with any teeth will be forthcoming. My skepticism lies in the fact that there has not been one investigation that has resulted in a referral to the DOJ that produced an indictment and arrest. This will be no different. No one expects anything to come out of these investigations except face time on TV for politicians and a whomping bill for the taxpayers. This is the one issue that both sides can agree upon. Political corruption greases the wheels of this government. The Biden crime family are just sloppy players who believe they are above the law. The only way this gains any traction is if democrats want Biden out, but they know it would damage the democrat brand. Therefore, expect nothing and you will not be disappointed.

Turley says Garland and the FBI are involved with this influence peddling. If that is the case, and it is, House investigations will go nowhere because most of the media will not report it, FBI will not investigate it and Judiciary will not prosecute it.

I would also mention that the Epstein debacle is at the center of all of this. If the names of the Politicians, Business leaders, and other Influential people caught up and later participating in this scandal were ever revealed it would rock the World. I don't think Trump was, and I also think he's got the names and the video tapes from Lolita Island. If he let's them go it will be Armageddon.

The new Congress should immediately impeach Mayorkis for non enforcemment of immigration and border laws, Austin for the Afghanistan withdrawal fiasco, Buttigieg for incompetence, Garland for not investigating any overt malfeasance and, of course, the WH jester for "just because" as the dims did with Trump twice. I know the split Senate will not convict but the "process is the punishment" and will keep them all busy with their defense and "lawyering up" will drain their bank accounts. Sauce for the goose and , as #1 opined, MAD.

Jonathan Turley is right. Washington is teeming with corrupt politicians making shady deals to line their pockets. But they aren’t all in a position to negotiate and manage foreign policy on behalf of Americans with countries that are in a strong position to blackmail, threaten, and control him. This borders on treason. Will he be punished? Doubtful. But the political stink from this exposure will be powerful.

The democrats have poisoned that well unless upon impeachment Biden is tossed out of office a slap on the wrist is insulting if Biden would remain. Forget about impeachment. Hunter Biden investigation would bring misery to Fraud president Biden and his handlers that would be more productive to quell the snarky vegetable fraud president. That's where I want this to go.

Sorry but I just don’t see any of this happening under Republican control. When have the Republicans ever shown anything close to a spine? They’re gutless and right now they’re terrified that with a majority they might actually have to make some people mad. “Oh Heaven forbid, whatever should we do?”

"Biden smugly shot back: “Good luck with that.” Note to Joe Biden: If you would read your bible it says pride comes before the fall. Proverbs 16. Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall. This isn't the first time, this attitude has been shown publicly. In Florida where he went to show he cared about people after the hurricane, Old Joe said to an Official, "No one F's with a Biden."

And why shouldn't Joe give this arrogant, flippant answer? The Biden clan has been stealing, blackmailing, lying, plagiarizing, molesting children and even committing treason for fifty years, with not just impunity, but rewarded with constantly increasing power. This wouldn't have happened without the Republicans in D.C. aiding and abetting his schemes., and I don't expect them to stop that now. The only way that the Bidens will get any earthly punishment is if the 0bama Cartel decides to sacrifice him for someone less blatant about their corruption, or if the peasantry decides to give them the Ceausescu Treatment.

When Obama was president I always said that if I ever met him, despite the vast differences in our political philosophies, I would say, "good morning Mr. President" and shake his hand and treat him politely. But I can't say the same about Biden. The man is rude, crude and corrupt down to his toenails. I can only hope that one day when he meets the Just Judge, he will be confronted with the Truth and will not be able to bluster or bribe his way out.

It suffices to say that Election Day didn't go as planned for some polling places that experienced and are still experiencing ballot-counting issues. Despite the varying election-related difficulties, multiple jurisdictions share one foreseen commonality. There's a common thread connecting five counties spread across several states that were in disarray on Election Day: federal "monitors." On the eve of the elections, the Biden administration's Department of Justice announced Monday it would be dispatching such monitors to as many as 64 jurisdictions in almost half of U.S. states on Election Day to oversee federal election law "compliance."
