Nancy Pelosi was in DC according to her office. The assailant reportedly was trying to tie up Paul Pelosi “until Nancy got home.” The man who beat Paul Pelosi with a hammer was targeting the Speaker, demanding to know “Where’s Nancy?” He broke in through a sliding glass door. Law enforcement sources say the attack was politically motivated.”

Disturbing new details emerge on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi’s attacker.
Oxane Taub, David DePape’s reported life partner, was allegedly “mentally ill.”
Taub, who is now in jail, was once a nudist activist in California who goes by the name of Gypsy.
According to ABC7, Taub was arrested in 2021 on abduction charges and is currently being held in the Californian Institution for Women.
“Hello this is Gypsy Taub. I am the ex-life partner of David DePape and the mother of his children… he is mentally ill. He has been mentally ill for a long time," Taub said.
Chris Wallace left Fox News in a huff and signed a contract with CNN to be the point man on the cable network’s streaming service, CNN+. Democratic candidate John Fetterman debated Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz in the only debate that will be held before Pennsylvania voters decide who will fill the U.S. Senate vacancy left by outgoing Republican Pat Toomey. The event was only an hour, with closed captioning being utilized to help Fetterman survive without coming off like someone recovering from a severe stroke.

There is "crazy," and there is "bat-s--- crazy." And then there is "off-the-charts, beyond delusional, holy-bleeping-cow insanity." The last was recently on display when MSNBC host Joy Reid and guest Matthew Dowd spoke about Republicans and the economy.
First, Reid accused Donald Trump of "fascism in the open" for saying he may challenge the 2022 midterm elections, starting in Philadelphia. (Why would he do that? The Democrats, though they rabidly challenged the results of the 2000, 2004, and 2016 elections, claimed that the 2008 and 2012 elections were spot on, and that the 2020 election was the single most secure and uncorrupted in all of recorded history.

For our form of self-governance to work, we need a robust news industry. Its role is to hold authority accountable and allow an informed public to make well-reasoned decisions. That’s why a free and independent press is protected by the Constitution. But our MSM has run wildly off the rails.
The MSM is no longer a purveyor of truth, but rather a developer of narratives -- and they’re shameless about it, calling such narratives “fake but accurate.” The facts may be wrong, but the story supports the chosen narrative. They no longer inform the public.

If you’ve been lucky enough not to have witnessed this, you will. It’s one of those things in life that is inescapable, unfortunately. While you can’t avoid it, you don’t have to elect it. And that exactly what Democrats did with Joe Biden.

I am writing this column in Burlington, Vermont. It is my seventh city in eight days. From my hometown of Los Angeles, I flew to Orlando, followed by Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago and now Burlington.
My Salem radio talk-show host colleagues and I went from city to city in "battleground" states to speak on the forthcoming elections -- specifically about how vital it is for the survival of America that the Left and its political party be defeated. Pramila Jayapal (Washington), chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, sent a letter to Joe Biden requesting him to pursue a diplomatic solution to the war in Ukraine. The letter was signed by the likes of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.), Cori Bush (Mo.), Ro Khanna (Calif.), Ilhan Omar (Minn.), and Reps. Jamie Raskin (Md.)
They called for economic and military support to Ukraine to be coupled with a diplomatic push and a direct engagement with Russia to find a solution "that is acceptable to the people of Ukraine”
I was disowned by three close members of my family — two without explanation — and the pain of unbearable loss prompted my research. Hopefully, I can provide some understanding to many who are also experiencing this unusual attack on family and friends.(Snip) For at least 2,600 years, the family unit was intact until the woke rewrote the meaning of family and true friendship. We received some links to the audio calls that were made to police regarding the incident. The suspect supposedly said he was waiting for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in the home. “RP” references Paul Pelosi.
Emergency dispatch officials provided the police officers with an address on the 2600 block of Broadway street in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood, according to a dispatch call that took place around 2:28 a.m. on Friday.
An assailant identified as David Depape reportedly attacked Paul Pelosi, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, with a hammer at the couple’s home in San Francisco early Friday morning.
Depape, 42, is a prominent nudist activist and hemp jewelry maker from Berkeley, and a member of the Green Party, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. (snip)

DePape had a “Black Lives Matter” sign in the window and an LGBTQ rainbow flag, emblazoned with a marijuana symbol, hanging from a tree outside his house.
