Proving that the paper isn’t worthy to line a birdcage, The New York Times ran a disgusting and hateful piece Tuesday night suggesting that because Florida Republicans Governor Ron DeSantis, and Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott won’t go along with the Democrat Party’s radical agenda to fight “climate change”, the state somehow deserved to be ravaged by Hurricane Ian and that the leaders were somehow personally responsible for the destruction and loss of life.
Typing up this propaganda article on behalf of their Democrat Party, “reporters” Christopher Flavelle and Jonathan Weisman ran with the title “Florida Leaders Rejected Major Climate Laws. Now They’re Seeking Storm Aid.”

NYT is a rotten, lying communist propaganda outlet, and they love hating on anyone who thinks different from their leftist lies.

Using NYT logic, supporting liberal green legislation should protect a state from natural disasters. If that were correct, California would never have another drought or wild fire.

The NYT is so stupid. Florida is a state that will always have hurricanes. Hurricanes have shaped fkorida and always will. people who move down there know this and choose to take their chances. Over time, areas that get overbuilt where they shouldn’t be in the first place are cleared off by the next hurricane, and on it goes.
Every area on this continent has its challenges, most of them geographical rather than atmospheric but people have to have a place to live. Besides, challenges make us tough.

We have a democrat governor in Louisiana who believes in climate change, and we suffered greatly from hurricane Ida. Explain that, NYT.

The lackeys of the NY Times equate weather ( over which no one has control ) with the greenie agenda , making a straw man agurment.

All that this does is prove that the climate change fantasy has absolutely nothing to do with Hurricane Ian. If Florida had contributed tens of millions of dollars to these lunatics and taken every fire-breathing, carbon-spewing car off the road, the hurricane would still have entered southwest Florida and pounded the homes of thousands of people. NYT snowflake morons live in a bubble and are fully financed by democrats just like NPR is. How do you fake reporters like your city now?

GUILTY as charged.
Conservatives CAN control the weather - we have the power to alter hurricanes and tornado's paths, we command lightning like Thor and we will ravage DemoRAT strongholds like CA, NY and IL with devastating earthquakes.

As part of the Green agenda, I think they need to restrict air conditioning. If they do that, they will see a significant decrease in New Yorkers, et. al., moving to Florida, and probably a decrease in population.
A lot of Yankees are discovering how much fun living in Florida in the summer with no a/c is, right about now.
BTW, how's the mosquito population doing? -- All that standing water... there is this stuff called DDT...
(For transparency, I lived the first 19 years of my life in Florida, and 15 years of it in South Florida, with no air conditioning and one of the highlights of the summer being the DDT trucks slowly driving street by street through our neighborhoods, while us kids ran out to play in the "fog."
