The Eleventh Circuit’s unconstitutional

The Eleventh Circuit issued an unconstitutional ruling against President Donald Trump in the Mar-a-Lago matter. The US Supreme Court has made clear that the president himself, not any other part of the U.S. government, has the final say over what constitutes a classified document. No one can second-guess the president, yet that’s what the Eleventh Circuit did by issuing an order ceding control over classification decisions to the Department of Justice. A District Court judge granted Trump’s motion for a special master to review the documents the FBI seized from his property, many of which Trump argued were privileged. The DOJ appealed, seeking a stay of the order as it related

When you can no longer rely on the Judiciary to follow the law, where does that leave us?

No question the President has final authority over the classification of documents, and nobody can override those decisions. I just wonder whether the President needs to communicate a classification change. Is there a deadline for making that communication? And does that authority expire after he leaves office? (Does former-President Trump's declaration that the Mar-a-Lago documents were declassified count, if there's no record of their declassification before the raid was conducted?) Who would be the proper authority for tracking the classification status of the documents in question?

As long as Democrats have control and influence, there will be NO RULE OF LAW. Look at the burning cities and the crime wave if you have any doubts about this. And look at open borders and the airlift of illegals all over America. This is nothing less than the planned and intentional subversion of the U.S.A. November is your last chance. Vote wisely or practice bowing to your “betters.”

Time to elevate this to the United States Supreme Court for resolution. These circuit courts are flush with ignorant unconstitutional half wits. Take a look at the ninth circuit in San Fran..

The Eleventh Circuit DID NOT issue an order ceding control over classification decisions to the Department of Justice. Nothing in its order appears to come close to be unconstitutional. It does not even remotely suggest or imply that it is intended to affect any President's authority to classify or declassify anything. There is only one U.S. President at a time. It's illogical to assume that any ex-President has any authority to affect the classification or declassification of anything after leaving office. To assume otherwise would assume the possibility of dueling Presidents regarding classification and/or declassification. Whatever President Trump may have regarding his classification or declassification of any, all, or some of these items would have to occurred while his was President.

Arizona Judge Vacates 1973 Injunction,

An Arizona judge on Friday lifted a 1973 injunction placed on the state’s abortion statute, restoring a law that effectively bans the practice outright. Pima County Superior Court Judge Kellie Johnson ruled that a judgment and injunction signed nearly 50 years ago against statute ARS 13-3603 “no longer has any prospective application” in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. Under the restored statute, it is now only legal to perform an abortion in Arizona if “it is necessary to save” the woman’s life.

President Joe Biden said Tuesday that it’s “not rational” to send illegal immigrants at the southern border who fled Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua, back to their own nations. “There are three countries,” (snip) “there are fewer and fewer immigrants coming from Central America than from Mexico. It’s a totally different circumstance,” he said, referring to the administration of his predecessor, former President Donald Trump. “What’s on my watch now is Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua, and the ability to send them back to those states is not rational,” the president continued, adding that he is “working with Mexico and other countries” to stop the flow from those nations.

The government has a very strong obligation, as all of us, to see it to that that information doesn’t get in the wrong hands,” U.S. District Judge Raymond Dearie, a Reagan appointee, said during a hearing in federal court in New York City.

President Joe Biden sat down for a rare, one-on-one interview on CBS’s “60 Minutes” this past weekend, and it went about as well as you’d expect. In addition to dismissing public concerns about skyrocketing inflation and his family’s foreign business dealings, America’s commander in chief decided to lay out his administration’s supposed policy with respect to the ongoing China-Taiwan issue. “We agree with what we signed onto a long time ago,” Biden said in an apparent reference to the 1979 Taiwan Relations Act. “There’s a ‘One China Policy,’ and Taiwan makes their own judgments about their independence. Igor Danchenko, who provided information to the dossier’s author, Christopher Steele, “was a vital source of information to the U.S. government during the course of his cooperation and was relied upon to build other cases and open other investigations,” lawyers for Danchenko said in a filing lodged in federal court in Virginia. Special counsel John Durham recently disclosed that Danchenko was a confidential human informant for the FBI from March 2017 to October 2020.

Is Joe Biden President? That’s the question to ask after staffers walked back Biden’s latest remarks on Taiwan. During his rather uneven “60 Minutes” interview with Scott Pelley last weekend, Biden firmly and clearly announced that the United States would defend Taiwan in the event of a Chinese invasion. This was a dramatic statement, and a substantial shift from America’s traditional policy of “strategic ambiguity” on Taiwan, in which our response to Chinese saber-rattling over the island nation was essentially “fool around and find out.” Biden was not at all ambiguous: If China went to war with Taiwan, it would be war with the United States and its allies. That departure made some sense.
