Over six months ago, I made the case here at American Greatness for impeaching Joe Biden. The case has only grown stronger in the interim. Not only has more information come to light about Biden’s illegal conduct, but he also has pushed a number of new policies that are constitutionally suspect at best and deserve intensive congressional scrutiny—assuming the Republicans don’t blow the midterms in November.
I argued that the impeachment effort should be about educating moderate voters, independent voters, and even working-class Democrats about the stunning number of unconstitutional actions undertaken by the Biden Administration.(snip) the GOP should drag out the impeachment hearings for a year

Flint, Michigan’s longtime city clerk is retiring after an election integrity group sent a letter to her office demanding she balance out the number of Democrat and Republican election inspectors.
On Sept. 6, Pure Integrity Michigan Elections (PIME) and attorney Erick Kaardal of the Thomas More Society sent a demand letter to Flint and City Clerk Inez Brown threatening legal action if they do not balance out the number of partisan poll watchers before the November general election. (snip) during Flint’s Aug. 2 primary, the city hired 422 Democrats compared to just 27 Republican election inspectors — in direct violation of a Michigan state statute that requires equal representation of

Since her death in 1997, Lady Diana Spencer, the former princess of Wales has been portrayed in dozens of feature films and TV shows and it took the death of her former mother-in-law, Elizabeth II, 25 years later to displace her as the most beloved deceased member of the British Royal Family.
Or maybe not.
Unlike all other royal consorts, Diana — not by choice or design — eventually became more popular than the blood royal to which she was married. When picked by then Prince Charles (or more likely his family’s advisers) to be his bride, Diana was a shy and reserved elementary school assistant leery of the press who mercilessly

This week, President Joe Biden falsely claimed the Catholic Church is less strict on abortion than Republican members of Congress in an attempt to criticize South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham’s “Protecting Pain-Capable Unborn Children from Late-Term Abortions Act.”
To condemn Graham’s bills and Republicans’ “extreme” position on abortion, Biden asserted that the allegedly less-extreme Roman Catholic Church allows exceptions for abortions in the case of rape and incest. “My generic point — and I happen to be a practicing Roman Catholic — my church doesn’t even make that argument now,” Biden said during a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in New York City.

The executive director of a law firm trying to stop a California bill that he says will enable infanticide has criticized billboards paid for by the campaign of California Gov. Gavin Newsom which promote abortion with Bible quotes.
Newsom, a Democrat, announced on Sept. 16 that he had launched the billboards in Texas, Indiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and three more of what he called “the most restrictive anti-abortion states.”
The billboards encourage women to seek abortions in California, with some including a Bible verse from Mark 12:31, in which Jesus is quoted as saying: “Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no greater commandment than these.”

An Arizona judge on Friday lifted a 1973 injunction placed on the state’s abortion statute, restoring a law that effectively bans the practice outright.
Pima County Superior Court Judge Kellie Johnson ruled that a judgment and injunction signed nearly 50 years ago against statute ARS 13-3603 “no longer has any prospective application” in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade.
Under the restored statute, it is now only legal to perform an abortion in Arizona if “it is necessary to save” the woman’s life.

Palace aides have claimed Meghan moaned she wasn't getting paid for royal tours, agreed to the Oprah interview six months before Megxit and reduced staff to tears with bullying and tantrums in a bombshell new book.
The explosive extracts of the forthcoming book, Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown by Valentine Low, were published by The Times today.
The new book claims that during the royal tour of Australia in October 2018, Meghan did not understand why she had to shake people's hands or do walkabouts.

The Eleventh Circuit issued an unconstitutional ruling against President Donald Trump in the Mar-a-Lago matter. The US Supreme Court has made clear that the president himself, not any other part of the U.S. government, has the final say over what constitutes a classified document. No one can second-guess the president, yet that’s what the Eleventh Circuit did by issuing an order ceding control over classification decisions to the Department of Justice.
A District Court judge granted Trump’s motion for a special master to review the documents the FBI seized from his property, many of which Trump argued were privileged. The DOJ appealed, seeking a stay of the order as it related

President Joe Biden said Tuesday that it’s “not rational” to send illegal immigrants at the southern border who fled Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua, back to their own nations.
“There are three countries,” (snip) “there are fewer and fewer immigrants coming from Central America than from Mexico. It’s a totally different circumstance,” he said, referring to the administration of his predecessor, former President Donald Trump.
“What’s on my watch now is Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua, and the ability to send them back to those states is not rational,” the president continued, adding that he is “working with Mexico and other countries” to stop the flow from those nations.

A U.S. judge appointed as a special master in the legal battle over records held at former President Donald Trump’s home said on Sept. 20 that he prefers not to see the materials marked classified that were seized by FBI agents.
“Let’s not belittle the fact that we are dealing with at least potentially legitimately classified information. The government has a very strong obligation, as all of us, to see it to that that information doesn’t get in the wrong hands,” U.S. District Judge Raymond Dearie, a Reagan appointee, said during a hearing in federal court in New York City.

President Joe Biden sat down for a rare, one-on-one interview on CBS’s “60 Minutes” this past weekend, and it went about as well as you’d expect.
In addition to dismissing public concerns about skyrocketing inflation and his family’s foreign business dealings, America’s commander in chief decided to lay out his administration’s supposed policy with respect to the ongoing China-Taiwan issue.
“We agree with what we signed onto a long time ago,” Biden said in an apparent reference to the 1979 Taiwan Relations Act. “There’s a ‘One China Policy,’ and Taiwan makes their own judgments about their independence. (snio(.” (snip) his next comments almost assuredly left White House staff hopping mad.
