Breaking: Clinton-Appointed Judge DISMISSES
Trump Lawsuit Against Hillary Clinton

In April President Trump requested the Clinton-appointed judge overseeing his Russiagate case against Hillary Clinton and others be removed from the case due to obvious conflicts of interest. President Trump earlier had sued a number of individuals and former officials for their actions related to the Russiagate hoax and attempted coup of his administration. Somehow this case was assigned to Clinton-appointed Judge Donald Middlebrooks and Judge Ryon McCabe. Judge Donald Middlebrooks was appointed by Bill Clinton to the Southern District of Florida in May 1997.

Ever notice that it’s illegal to: behave as though the court is beneath consideration, worthless, or deserving scorn? (Contempt of Court) But perfectly legal for the court to behave in a manner that is: beneath consideration, worthless, and deserving scorn?

That the application of THE LAW would be subject to the political whims of the court, in an of itself, is abhorrent to the Constitution and to OUR premise of EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW. Judges like these should be impeached. How sad for our country.

More of the two-tiered justice system. Can we fix it without revolution? Seriously? I hate the thought of what such violence and confusion can do to a country. It is far to easy for a tyrant or despot to slip in and rule at the end of such matters. We were lucky - no blessed - to have a man like George Washington to step into the role of President. But things like this make me feel hopeless. We must have justice for all, not merely who is in power. I think its starts with education. We must bring back Civics classes and have them taught by trusted teachers. And we must examine each and every judge for decisions that rejected the Constitution and at the very least impeach and disbar them. We must have a Nation with Liberty and Justice for All, and if that means war... then so be it. I pray to God we don't come to that.

The Gateway article is missing some information that was in an Associated Press article (by Eric Tucker) in my local paper today. "U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrookds said in a sharply worded ruling on Thursday that Trump's lawsuit, filed in March, contained 'glaring structural deficiencies' and that many of the 'characterizations of events are implausible'. He dismissed the idea that Trump had sued to correct an actual legal harm, saying that 'instead, he is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this court is not the appropriate forum.'" This shows the bias of the Courts against President Trump, as they don't see things as anything but political which enables them to issue such comments in their dismissal. I do wonder if many times these filings are too broad, and add too much, to get through the courts. That he may find better results with more narrowly focused lawsuits, particularly if this is the new standard the Courts will use to reject future lawsuits.

It appears ‘the Left’ in our country has such a tight grip on our FBI, DOJ and various others who can be launched at any given moment to target political opponents. That humorous old saying about Denmark does not apply to that country, but to change it around a bit - “Something’s rotten in America.” And that may be an understatement.

Correction, #6. No, the Supreme Court is not the next stop. The next stop is the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit has jurisdiction over federal cases originating in the states of Alabama, Florida and Georgia. After that comes the Supreme Court. The crazy thing to me is why this Middlebrooks judge wouldn't quickly dismiss himself from this case, so he didn't have to be involved in it. Most judges are happy to pass the buck to another judge, because their dockets are so jammed. And this case is bound to be so high-profile, only an activist judge would want to preside over it. It always makes me wonder whether these district court judges are activists, or whether someone got to them, suggesting that President Biden may look favorably on appointing them to the Circuit Court the next time a slot opens up--if they're willing to "play ball" that is.

When the federal judge ordered a special master to review the documents seized from Mar-a-Lago to determine whether the FBI possessed documents subject to “attorney-client and/or executive privilege” claims, I considered it a Pyrrhic victory because the DOJ had already reviewed all the documents. I was more interested in whether the DOJ insisted that the appointed special master have security clearance to review for classified or top-secret material. Failing to do so would be a giveaway that the whole “classified information” claim was a scam.

To try and head off a likely loss of the House of Representatives and prepare for the next presidential election, Democrats create situations which raise anxiety in citizens, and this increases the chances their candidate will prevail because voters know discord will then subside. An example is Kathy Griffin’s widely read statement: “If you don’t want a Civil War, vote for Democrats in November. If you do want Civil War, vote Republican.” They make it very clear your life will only be peaceful if you keep Democrats in power, and they think that this is persuasive enough to tip elections.

From that truth, it must also be true that as a society, it is a duty of all Americans to remain vigilant to remove any strand of evil that has invaded our culture’s moral fabric -- such as the corruption of our government institutions -- before it is allowed to weaken and ultimately destroy the nation our founders designed. Although examples of such corruption now presently abound, few put on full display what’s at stake better than our government’s recent handling of the Ghislaine Maxwell matter.

CBS News has a big scoop this afternoon. The industry group that sets international standards for credit card companies has decided to create a new code for the purchase of guns and ammo that, while not identifying the exact purchases, will separate those items from the more generic category they had been lumped in with previously. Merchant category codes are made up of four digits and are used across all sorts of industries as a means to classify retailers, while not revealing individual product purchases. Credit card companies currently lump firearm retailers in with other outlets, classifying them as either “5999: Miscellaneous retail stores” or “5941: Sporting Goods Stores.”

NEW YORK — Payment processor Visa Inc. said Saturday that it plans to start separately categorizing sales at gun shops, a major win for gun control advocates who say it will help better track suspicious surges of gun sales that could be a prelude to a mass shooting. But the decision by Visa, the world’s largest payment processor, will likely provoke the ire of gun rights advocates and gun lobbyists, who have argued that categorizing gun sales would unfairly flag an industry when most sales do not lead to mass shootings. It joins Mastercard and American Express, which also said they plan to move forward with categorizing gun shop sales.
