In April President Trump requested the Clinton-appointed judge overseeing his Russiagate case against Hillary Clinton and others be removed from the case due to obvious conflicts of interest.
President Trump earlier had sued a number of individuals and former officials for their actions related to the Russiagate hoax and attempted coup of his administration.
Somehow this case was assigned to Clinton-appointed Judge Donald Middlebrooks and Judge Ryon McCabe. Judge Donald Middlebrooks was appointed by Bill Clinton to the Southern District of Florida in May 1997.

Yawn. As soon as the Judge was announced, it was already bound for appeal. This was just a small puddle to jump over.

Ever notice that it’s illegal to: behave as though the court is beneath consideration, worthless, or deserving scorn? (Contempt of Court)
But perfectly legal for the court to behave in a manner that is: beneath consideration, worthless, and deserving scorn?

Well, as Howie Carr is often quoted, "In the Halls of Justice, the only place there is justice is in the halls."

This is brazen, shameless lawlessness. An immediate writ of Certiorari from the SCOTUS is needed here.

That the application of THE LAW would be subject to the political whims of the court, in an of itself, is abhorrent to the Constitution and to OUR premise of EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW. Judges like these should be impeached. How sad for our country.

More of the two-tiered justice system. Can we fix it without revolution? Seriously? I hate the thought of what such violence and confusion can do to a country. It is far to easy for a tyrant or despot to slip in and rule at the end of such matters. We were lucky - no blessed - to have a man like George Washington to step into the role of President. But things like this make me feel hopeless. We must have justice for all, not merely who is in power.
I think its starts with education. We must bring back Civics classes and have them taught by trusted teachers. And we must examine each and every judge for decisions that rejected the Constitution and at the very least impeach and disbar them. We must have a Nation with Liberty and Justice for All, and if that means war... then so be it. I pray to God we don't come to that.

You can't beat them in court if the Judge doesn't allow it to get to court.

This doesn't show the judge dismissing the suit against Clinton et al...only him dismissing the recusal request.

#13, it says the judge dismissed the suit:
'On Friday, Judge Donald Middlebrooks DISMISSED President Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and several FBI-DOJ crooks who manufactured the Russia Collusion hoax to influence the 2016 election and then to bring down his presidency in a government coup.'

Clinton appointed gonna protect the Clintons. No big surprise here. I am guessing Trump knew the outcome but he plays by the Law, unlike the Swamp.

The Gateway article is missing some information that was in an Associated Press article (by Eric Tucker) in my local paper today.
"U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrookds said in a sharply worded ruling on Thursday that Trump's lawsuit, filed in March, contained 'glaring structural deficiencies' and that many of the 'characterizations of events are implausible'.
He dismissed the idea that Trump had sued to correct an actual legal harm, saying that 'instead, he is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this court is not the appropriate forum.'"
This shows the bias of the Courts against President Trump, as they don't see things as anything but political which enables them to issue such comments in their dismissal.
I do wonder if many times these filings are too broad, and add too much, to get through the courts. That he may find better results with more narrowly focused lawsuits, particularly if this is the new standard the Courts will use to reject future lawsuits.

It appears ‘the Left’ in our country has such a tight grip on our FBI, DOJ and various others who can be launched at any given moment to target political opponents. That humorous old saying about Denmark does not apply to that country, but to change it around a bit - “Something’s rotten in America.” And that may be an understatement.

Correction, #6. No, the Supreme Court is not the next stop. The next stop is the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit has jurisdiction over federal cases originating in the states of Alabama, Florida and Georgia. After that comes the Supreme Court.
The crazy thing to me is why this Middlebrooks judge wouldn't quickly dismiss himself from this case, so he didn't have to be involved in it. Most judges are happy to pass the buck to another judge, because their dockets are so jammed. And this case is bound to be so high-profile, only an activist judge would want to preside over it.
It always makes me wonder whether these district court judges are activists, or whether someone got to them, suggesting that President Biden may look favorably on appointing them to the Circuit Court the next time a slot opens up--if they're willing to "play ball" that is.

Extremely political people nominated extremely political Judges, trained in the Leftist way, determined to undo the framework of the Founders, and exercise distributive justice, harm their enemies and help their friends. This is, of course, not justice at all.
They are chewing like rats on the foundations of our Republic.
