A new poll reveals that an overwhelming majority of registered voters in California approve Proposition 1, a constitutional amendment that would guarantee the right to abortion until birth if passed by a referendum in November.
The text of Proposition 1 is as follows:
The state shall not deny or interfere with an individual’s reproductive freedom in their most intimate decisions, which includes their fundamental right to choose to have an abortion and their fundawental right to choose or refuse contraceptives.

I am so glad we left that state. Our only regret is that we didn't leave sooner. It just keeps spiraling down the toilet drain faster and faster as times go by.

Again, it's registered voters, not likely voters. I can't believe that conservative Hispanic voters would go along with this, but then, do they vote?

That pretty much explains why California has turned out to be a Less sought after place to live. With folks like that, who believe it's okay to kill a Full Term Baby, well, there is no explaining that Mindset!

Think how much better off we'd be if that 71% had been aborted.

But why stop at the day of birth? Why not 3 months after the birth? Or, like auto warranties, 1 year or 1,000 diapers, whichever comes first. Hey, it’s not human until the parent decides the gender. Then, puberty blockers, mastectomies and castration make life far less worth living anyway.
Proposition is a glaring example of the decline in religions in this sad state.

It sure is hard to believe that California was once a conservative pro-life stronghold. What a difference 50 years makes.

Just don't drive a gasoline powered vehicle to get an abortion in California. They will throw you in jail for doing that.

Not really a surprise but sadly, that is up to them if they want to kill their children. Just as long as they don't infect the rest of the country with their insanity. This is very helpful to reveal the end goals of the Leftists. They start with "safe, legal, and rare" abortions in the first trimester and after they get us desensitized to that, the date creeps out until it is abortion until birth. It's the classic, once a camel's nose is under the tent, it's not too long before the whole camel is inside. California can keep their camels.
Be ready for a bunch of films from Hollyweird that celebrate killing children and the "heroic" women that kill their kids.

So who decided to give this the prestigious "Proposition 1" name? CA has, since the 1970s, numbered ballot proposiions sequentially, remember Proposition 13? This year CA's ballot has Proposition 1, followed by Propositions 26 through 31.

Abortion for convenience ought to be recognized as a crime against humanity. In a country where many suffered under a holocaust, the laws for eliminating human life are actually very lenient. Being an unwed mother is enough to convince a "termination committee" to approve the death of the nascent child. What's that about "Never Again!"?

For these morally-bankrupt voters/killers, actions NEVER have consequences … convenience calls the shots.
Why not just vote to become part of CHINA so you can kill people for their organs or because their beliefs are not in lock-step with yours? Baby-killers should be made to kill these babies THEMSELVES.

They have lost any sort of moral compass. That is why CA is going down the rabbit hole - the citizens are crazy. A republican will never be elected there again - as they have that primary scheme that elects only the 2 most popular people. The legislature there is 90% nutz - they think farming should be banned etc.

Propositions in CA are written to confuse, perplex, and otherwise bumfuzzle ordinary people. The plan is to fool the voters into passing a loosely-worded prop with no mention of "abortion until birth" in the text, then litigate it until abortion at nine months is allowed. That's the plan. No way 71% of voters in CA agree to abortion until the moment of birth. No way. (Also: Polls are BS.)

Leave California to the demons. It’s a hopeless case until the people of CA become less concerned with their kale salads and bowel cleanses and more concerned with doing what is right by getting rid of the comms in their midst.

The provision reads "The state shall not deny or interfere with an individual’s reproductive freedom in their most intimate decisions, which includes their fundamental right to choose to have an abortion and their fundamental right to choose or refuse contraceptives."
It can include much more than abortions and contraceptives. Imagine the future assertions of how this provision is going to be expanded by the LGBTQIA+ crowd.

Which is why Senate and congressional candidates should articulate that given the vast differences on this issue, it should be determined at state levels by elected offiicials, not a one morality fits all approach of big state congressional oligarchs

There are huge numbers of Mexicans and Central Americans sojourning in California and they are not known to be in favor of killing their babies, especially babies being born in the USA who are considered to be US citizens, who serve as “equities” keeping the baby’s parents from ever being deported. There are bad polls and this appears to be one of them.
