According to Just The News, some voters in Baltimore received their mail-in ballots earlier this month. The bad news is that those ballots were for the 2020 election. On Aug. 5, 2022, a tray of undelivered ballots was discovered. To the post office’s credit, they were delivered to the homes in Southeast Baltimore on Aug. 6. Better late than… never? Local TV station WMAR reached out to the Postal Service and got a response from a spokesperson acknowledging the SNAFU and stating in part: We deeply regret the late delivery of these mailpieces. The Postal Service takes these issues very seriously and is working to help avoid issues like this

Comments:

Yeah, mail in voting is completely secure!! [/extreme sarcasm]

2020, 2022, what difference does it make just fill in the blocks next to the demcommie and mail it back, it'll get counted because that's how they do things in Baltimore population, x number of thousands with voting ballots returned for 10 times the x number of thousands just compensating for the future birth rate

Joe Biden unilaterally announced a massive forgiveness of student loans Wednesday afternoon. Biden canceled up to $10,000 in student debt for borrowers who earn $125,000 a year or less and up to $20,000 for recipients of Pell Grants, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.” NBC News reported. Biden claimed ‘canceling’ student loan debt (AKA transferring the debt to the middle class) won’t have any “meaningful effect on inflation.” Then he dropped this gem… Biden said blacks and Hispanics don’t own homes. “The burden is especially heavy on black and Hispanic borrowers who on average have less family wealth to pay for it,” said Biden.

Over 40% of blacks ages 12 to 17 are not vaccinated for Covid, the Daily Signal reported. A reporter for The Daily Signal asked Bowser if unvaccinated students would have to learn remotely, she replied, “We’re not offering remote learning for children, and families will need to comply with what is necessary to come to school.” Students will have 20 days to prove they are up-to-date on their Covid vaccination or they will be removed from school.

President Joe Biden caved to radical leftists on Wednesday and decided to move ahead with "forgiving" billions of dollars in federal student loan debt at a cost of more than $300 billion to American taxpayers — whether or not they attended college, had student loans, or had already paid back their own loans. Despite House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's April declaration that the president did not have such authority to do anything but "postpone" federal loan repayment, Biden plunged ahead in something of a last-ditch attempt to motivate Democrat voters ahead of the midterms with some action from the Oval Office.

Wisconsin Senate Democrat candidate Mandela Barnes claimed last July that national parks “weren’t made for the enjoyment of people who weren’t white.” Speaking on the “Black Oxygen” podcast, Barnes suggested national parks are a part of the systemically racist fabric of America because the “parks are on land that was indigenous.” “It’s important to create more welcoming spaces because things haven’t always felt welcome,” he said. “And that’s historical, just that perspective, given the fact that national parks weren’t made for the enjoyment of people who weren’t white. National parks are on land that was indigenous.” Barnes, who serves as the Democratic Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin,

Israel Prime Minister Yair Lapid’s request to hold an emergency telephone conversation with U.S. President Joe Biden to discuss the nascent nuclear deal with Iran has been rebuffed with the excuse that the American president “is on vacation,” Israeli media reported on Wednesday. According to Israel’s Channel 13, Lapid sought to speak with Biden in an attempt to prevent a return to the 2015 JCPOA nuclear pact but U.S. officials denied the request, informing Lapid Biden “is on vacation.” The two will eventually hold the call, the report said. In another instance of American rejection, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz was set to meet with U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Thursday

The next time Republicans control all three branches of government they may wish to visit an old idea - the flat tax. When magazine publisher and Republican Steve Forbes ran for president in 1996, the flat tax was at the heart of his campaign. Forbes lost the nomination to Bob Dole, who lost the election to Bill Clinton. Coupled with a serious reduction in wasteful and unnecessary spending, a flat tax could revive the economy for decades to come. Forbes proposed a 17 percent flat tax with generous exemptions of $13,000 for each adult and $5,000 for each child. He proposed eliminating "unfair double taxation of personal savings, Social Security, pensions,

But even when he was a Republican, Charlie Crist — the character who just won the Democratic primary in Florida for the gubernatorial race — was one of a kind. Once in a while, we hear a story in the news about an asteroid that’s going to fly close to the Earth. It’s always no threat to the planet, but with all the objects flying around in space, something is bound to find its way onto a collision course with Earth at some point. Since we don’t want a scenario like that in the films Deep Impact and Armageddon, NASA has been working on technology that will allow it to neutralize the threat without sending Bruce Willis or Robert Duvall into space. NASA is conducting a test of its planetary defense system on Sept. 26.
