Hochul's Compelled Speech Bill is Just
the Beginning

Original Article

Governor Kathy Hochul signed a bill last year that will compel certain speech be used when addressing or referring to LGBTQ or trans people. It is not constitutional and will be overturned. Legislation S.5325/A.6193 is very strange because it mandates that utility companies "allow customers to use what preferred name and pronoun they want." I was not aware that utility companies ever forbade customers their silly pronouns and preferred names, but apparently Kathy believes this has been the case.

How do these loons even come up with these ideas??? "This is what we just call common sense legislation that is long overdue. For a transgender individual, being misgendered, it’s traumatic. These are people with feelings and individuals who just deserve more than that. And to know that this is going on and causing them anguish, therefore, it causes me anguish. This is how I feel so deeply and passionately about the people of this state. We have an opportunity to bring back New York City, New York State. We value individuals, we value people, and we show love, respect, and dignity to all. It’s that simple, and I know that we can do this.”

How does New York find all of these brain-damaged politicians? They must have a training camp somewhere.

Ha, indeed #1. "....traumatic..." I'll tell you what's traumatic - seeing the gay pride flag hoisted outside your place of employment, and receiving emails stating the company will cover abortion travel expenses. Who cares about MY feelings?

Unfortunately these people are not foolish or brain damaged. They are evil, mean, calculating and bent on destroying traditional civilizational values because they see political gain in it.

This is so insane. I have been wondering what these nuts who insist that everyone bow to their own gender affirming pronoun propose to do about languages such as Spanish and French which attach female and male identities to so many words…….ban those languages and insist on English Only?

Its not about LGBTQ+ particularly. Its about getting people to accept absurdities and parrot them. Solzhenitsyn describes the technique in "The Gulag Archipelago". Every day, all day, they would make the prisoners repeat some blatant lie; the grass is blue, the sky is green. It was meant to break down the sense of truth, the sense of reality, the sense of personhood. It is brainwashing. It is evil.

God is in control but we must act 7 replies

My friends have been telling me to stop worrying, that God is in control. I know that, but I cannot help but worry and wonder what to do if Democrats win in 2024. Or even this November, despite signs that things are turning around for the better. Democrats love taxes and have said that if they win, taxes on businesses and individuals will skyrocket. They promised it and they are delivering. Deluded, vindictive people in Congress voted to deliberately raise your taxes while saying they are not doing so.

When President Trump re-takes the White House in 2024, we conservatives will be in charge of the House of Representatives and possibly the Senate. That is the time to fix what has gone so horribly wrong ever since COVID and the 2020 election. Having read Trump’s book, “The Art of the Deal,” I am going to attempt a death-defying feat here by offering him advice. His book reveals him to be infinitely patient and a strategic thinker, making few mistakes. He’s a winner, a fighter, and I take a great risk by daring to give him advice. Nevertheless, here is a list of priorities I’d like to see implemented.

It has become a more common occurrence as DeSantis has increased his national profile, some think with an eye toward running for the presidency in 2024.

A new poll reveals that an overwhelming majority of registered voters in California approve Proposition 1, a constitutional amendment that would guarantee the right to abortion until birth if passed by a referendum in November. The text of Proposition 1 is as follows: The state shall not deny or interfere with an individual’s reproductive freedom in their most intimate decisions, which includes their fundamental right to choose to have an abortion and their fundawental right to choose or refuse contraceptives.

Gov. Kathy Hochul, who hasn’t proven shy about issuing orders, had one for the state’s Republicans this week — all 5.4 million of them: “Just jump on a bus and head down to Florida where you belong, OK?” she said. “You are not New Yorkers.” If you can move beyond the frankly disgusting political partisanship and intolerance, her message is fiscally irresponsible, even dangerous. The governor probably already knows this, but the state’s extensive public sector is heavily reliant on personal income taxes paid by residents, and with nearly $14 billion in projected budget gaps over the next five years, it can’t afford to lose any taxpayers,

California has officially become the first in the world to enforce a ban on the sale of new gasoline cars by 2035, following a public hearing on Thursday that ended with California Air Resources Board voting to approve the policy. Automakers are now required to reduce the number of gas guzzlers they sell in order to reach the first quota of the plan that mandates 35 percent of new cars, SUVs and small pickups sold in California by 2026 be zero-emission vehicles. The quota increases every two years, with 51 percent by 2028, 68 percent by 2030 and then 100 percent of all new vehicles sold should be

Over 40% of blacks ages 12 to 17 are not vaccinated for Covid, the Daily Signal reported. A reporter for The Daily Signal asked Bowser if unvaccinated students would have to learn remotely, she replied, “We’re not offering remote learning for children, and families will need to comply with what is necessary to come to school.” Students will have 20 days to prove they are up-to-date on their Covid vaccination or they will be removed from school.

Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom fired shots at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis revealing he will give $100,000 to the Republican governor's midterm opponent in an effort to flip the red seat blue in the November election. In a tweet posted by Newsom Thursday, the governor pledged the large donation to Rep. Newsom, who is also running for re-election this fall, made his objective with the donation clear. "Time to make Ron DeSantis a one-term governor," Newsom said.

Biden canceled up to $10,000 in student debt for borrowers who earn $125,000 a year or less and up to $20,000 for recipients of Pell Grants, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.” NBC News reported. Biden claimed ‘canceling’ student loan debt (AKA transferring the debt to the middle class) won’t have any “meaningful effect on inflation.” Then he dropped this gem… Biden said blacks and Hispanics don’t own homes. “The burden is especially heavy on black and Hispanic borrowers who on average have less family wealth to pay for it,” said Biden.
