The Justice Department has to respond to motions to unseal a warrant that triggered the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, according to a magistrate judge who reportedly approved the search.
Judicial Watch and the Albany Times Union newspaper filed a motion to unseal the document earlier this week, which was granted by a judge in the case.
“On or before 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on August 15, 2022, the Government shall file a Response to the Motion to Unseal,” wrote U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart on Wednesday afternoon, referring to the Department of Justice.

We are here because we discuss uncomfortable truths. We accept things as they are, and not as we would wish them to be.
Since the original innocuous tweet 48 hours ago, from a private account, which did not even use the name “Trump,” Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has been absolutely silent about the illicit FBI raid on the home of Florida citizen and former President Donald J Trump. DeSantis is showing us all who he really is; but are you willing to accept it?

The Food and Drug Administration has already licensed two vaccines for monkeypox. Both were licensed a while ago, not in conjunction with this outbreak. .(snip)This isn’t the first time that there there has been an outbreak of Monkey pox in the USA. (Abstract)But it was NOT in the context of this outbreak, that the current smallpox vaccines were tested and licensed against monkeypox. Nope - it took 20 years after this outbreak for the FDA to get around to licensure of the small pox vaccines for monkeypox. These vaccines were licensed in 2019. What a strange coincidence - that this happened two years before the current outbreak!

More details surfacing about the illicit, sketchy and highly political FBI raid on President Trump’s home are coming out. The federal agents sent by the DC political system refused to provide the search warrant and demanded all of the security cameras (snip)be turned off(snip)
Knowing the details of the DOJ and FBI targeting operations against Donald Trump as a candidate and president (2015-2020), I suspect Trump took some of the declassified (by him) evidence of that targeting with him.
(sbip) former Office of the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, has stated on multiple occasions that there were documents he and Trump declassified for the Durham team and to be made

The interesting thing about Sperry’s latest suspension by Twitter is that it may have been caused by a release of information rather than opinion. Here(snip) is the tweet that I suspect was the real reason for the suspension:"DEVELOPING: Investigators reportedly met back in June w Trump & his lawyers in Mar-a-Lago storage rm to survey docs & things seemed copasetic but then FBI raids weeks later. Speculation on Hill FBI had PERSONAL stake & searching for classified docs related to its #Spygate scandal."
To me, that looks like legitimate reporting—(snip) Therefore, I’d say that speculation on this account is quite legitimate.

There’s an interesting angle given the revelation that Judge Bruce Reinhart signed-off on the sketchy FBI search warrant for the residence of President Trump in Florida.
Judge Bruce Reinhart was the former U.S. attorney in West Palm Beach who spent 12 years as a federal prosecutor, before leaving his position in order to defend a network of employees who operated the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking operation. (snip)The client files of Epstein and Maxwell would be currently in the hands of the FBI. If Bruce Reinhart was a client of Epstein it would explain: (a) his original motives to take up a defensive position on behalf of Epstein; and (b) current

There’s reason to suspect that the FBI search of the Florida residence of former President Donald Trump was improperly intrusive, according to several lawyers. (snip)“I’m stunned and dismayed,” commented Marc Ruskin, 27-year FBI veteran and former federal prosecutor.
“The disregard for traditional norms and apparent lack of concern with the appearance of impropriety is indicative of an abandonment of even a veneer of independence and objectivity,” (snip)
Former federal prosecutor Mike Davis went even further, saying the raid may have been illegally invasive. “Under the case law, you can’t do a home raid if you can secure the documents through less intrusive means,”

Barely more than a week ago, on July 31, The Epoch Times published an article of mine—Would the Indictment of Donald Trump Lead to Civil War?(snip) What made 30 (or was it more) FBI agents give a former president the Gestapo treatment in the early hours of the morning, (snip)The Democrats, the Deep State, the Justice Department (DOJ), the FBI, and all the intelligence agencies, globalists, propagandists of mainstream media, all the adherents of that one-party rule and enemies of republican government, will do anything … anything … to stop Trump from winning the 2024 election.

In an ugly and remarkably authoritarian speech almost a year ago, Joe Biden declared that his “patience” was “wearing thin” with a “distinct minority” of Americans who refused the COVID vaccine. (snip) the start of a cruel and gratuitous attack on millions of Americans. While Biden has since moved on to other scapegoats, his campaign of hatred against the unvaccinated should not be forgotten.
The “scientific” pretext of Biden’s war on the unvaccinated was like something out of a pre-genocidal radio broadcast. The unvaccinated were likened to filthy plague carriers recklessly and selfishly harming others. Biden and others in his administration declared COVID a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.”

Nice precedent Joe Biden. Way to go Attorney General Merrick Garland. You guys, along with your sychophants, are transforming America from Reagan’s City of Light on a Hill into a Third World autocracy. Murderers, rapists and pedophiles get the kid glove treatment while supporters of Donald Trump, who “trespassed” on to the grounds of the U.S. Capitol (the ironically named People’s house), are denied habeus corpus and left to rot in jail. To hell with the rule of law. The United States now is in the grasp of political partisans who use the law and the police to pursue their own special interests and to punish their political opponents.

Note, first of all, that I didn’t write “disturbing”—just disturbing. It really is. I think McCarthy is right, and someone needs to get to the bottom of it. At this juncture, the only people who could do that would be in the judiciary, if Trump should challenge the warrant—but I’m not sure how that could be done. The question comes down to a simple binary—yes or no:So here’s Andy’s argument—follow the link for the entire article which is totally worth reading:

The nurse accused of killing five people last week when her Mercedes plowed into traffic at a busy Windsor Hills intersection had been involved in 13 previous crashes, Los Angeles County prosecutors alleged Monday in charging her with murder.
Authorities revealed new details about Thursday's crash and about the driver, Nicole Lorraine Linton, 37, whose permanent address is in Texas and who is currently renting a room in Los Angeles while working as a traveling registered nurse.
Prosecutors said they are reviewing multiple previous crashes linked to Linton — both in and out of California — including one in 2020 that involved bodily injury in which two cars were .
