Who or what is Chief Justice John Roberts protecting?

The old news of the leak of Justice Alito’s draft opinion last May overruling Roe v. Wade has now been swamped by the new news of the Supreme Court’s final opinion a month later. That final opinion, almost identical to Alito’s draft and joined by five of the nine Justices, held that Roe was wrong. Interesting that the Chief Justice may be sacrificing justice in order preserve the ultimate court of justice.

The Justices could make 10 times their salary? Really? Kagan never practiced law. Never. The wise latina didn't practice very much. Katanjixki was a public defender, and couldn't make it through a normal job interview, since she cannot define something as simple as a woman. Hint to her - nothing dangling between the legs.

FTA: " Ivy League law school graduates are a mercantile bunch. I doubt they would jeopardize a hard-earned and lucrative career for this political Hail Mary." It appears that Glenn Beaton, unlike his predecessor, the more intelligent and better seasoned Frank Miele, underestimates the power of ideology; otherwise Marxists would become Supply-Siders, if feathering their nests was their only concern. His suspicions regarding Roberts, unless he in possession of evidence he has to hold close, are about as worthless as finding the leaker by having the nine justices have a hopscotch contest and tagging the winner as the leaker.

Justice Roberts knows people have a short memory and given a few months will forget about the leak especially in the destructive climate we find ourselves in at the present. Americans are struggling to put food on the table, gas in their cars, and are concerned with making it from one paycheck to the next. Therefore, this leak is not a high priority. The legal community should care but it is made up of mostly democrats and they are content to ignore this. Many, if not all of our institutions are compromised and have become de facto democrat hotbeds which means they are lawless entities that believe the end justifies the means. I expect this issue will fade away like any other matter that has the power to tarnish democrats. Had the leak been done by one of the right leaning Justices or one of their clerks, this would be discussed constantly by the media with calls of impeachment or disbarment. I doubt we will ever know simply because it came from someone on the left.

Interesting that Roberts stopped the investigation after all of the clerks were supposedly cleared. Assuming they in fact have been cleared, that narrows the list of suspects to three. Of the three, Kagan, Breyer, and the wise Latina, my guess is {fill in the blank} was the leaker. {Fill in the blank} has now left his/her/its future as a jurist in the hands of a liberal news outlet organization, Politico. Breyer, who is leaving the bench soon? Or Roberts himself, who was blackmailed again? Regardless, who is the leaker, this leak seriously damaged the integrity of the SCOTUS. But like usual, most Americans have forgotten all about the leak by now. Even the msm.

We now know that the FBI blocks investigations into the First Son's criminal adventures, so we can easily posit that Jose Bidet has told the FBI to "slow walk" this investigation and basically "find nothing" in order to save "their boy" Johnny's image. Johnny might have to get 'real tough' with the leaker, and that might put a bead of sweat upon his oft-coiffed brow... one that's not seen a drop of sweat since he was unfairly tasked with cleaning out the family garage one teenage summer. The Leaker was no doubt an activist Clerk who will be protected by the Democrat run FBI for his/her "service to women."

First Lady Jill Biden asked to be called “Doctor” after her husband was elected president. She’s not actually a doctor. She’s also not nearly as smart as one and so she thought the title made her look like she was, at least to stupid people who don’t know better. The justification for “Doctor” Jill’s request to be called a doctor was she has an EdD. That’s a doctoral degree in education. It’s a little like a PhD but much easier to obtain. No EdD in the entire universe could pass an introductory college chemistry or physics course.

“My body, my choice” is a favorite slogan of abortion advocates. It’s thin gruel. To the extent this slogan is an analysis and not just a chant, it assumes the conclusion. It assumes that a fetus anywhere from hours old to nearly born is simply owned in a legal property sense by the mother in whom it resides. But that’s the whole question, right? That question is not answered by just determining the location of the fetus. If it were, then a mother wrapping her arms around her baby or toddler or husband could make the same argument; “My body, my choice.”

The Aspen Times months ago published a thinly supported story suggesting that one of the local billionaires was in league with Vladimir Putin. The billionaire filed suit against the newspaper for defamation. The newspaper wanted to settle the case. Meanwhile, the newspaper was recently bought by a family-owned group of several dozen small newspapers. Much of the family are Republicans, which may be the determinative fact in this story. The new owners asked that the newspaper staff refrain from commenting on the pending litigation while settlement talks were ongoing. That’s standard and prudent in legal proceedings.

It’s a biological fact that, generally speaking, males in relation to females are naturally larger, more physical, more ambitious, stronger, faster, cruder, stinkier, more competitive and hornier. Those traits are wired into them as tightly as the DNA in their Y chromosome, and are all awash in the testosterone hormone produced in their testicles. At times, those traits can be problematic. At other times, they can save the day, save the world, or save a child. But men are out of fashion these days. Boys, too. Mind you,

According to Alyssa Rosenberg, the aim of school athletics is not to teach children the art of achieving excellence but rather to build character, and what better way to build character in a teenage girl than having her experience the frustration of losing that championship title to a biological male? Her argument largely hinges on the unicorn of “sports-crazed parents” who will theoretically use transgender athletes in women’s sports as an excuse in the event their daughter loses.
