“F*** Clarence Thomas” is a lousy
argument for abortion on demand

After the Supreme Court’s decision saying that abortion is a matter for state legislatures to sort out, and not something addressed by the Constitution, the hard-left mayor of Chicago in a public speech spat “f*** Clarence Thomas!” (Days later, this same Democrat mayor bemoaned the toxicity of current political discussions.) Note that this is not some bomb-throwing, Antifa/Democrat hoodlum, but is the mayor of one of the biggest cities in America. (OK, I’ll admit that she could be both.) The mayor didn’t bother to tell us what part of the Constitution guarantees abortion on demand. But, no matter.

The Dims haven't been this angry about anything since the Republicans took away their slaves. Seriously, we Republicans ended the National moral stain of slavery, and now we need to end the National moral slain of legalized murder of babies -- aka "abortion."

the demcommies feel that if they talk tough and use a lot of deleted expletives that strengthens their argument and the proposition that they know what they're doing, just like diapers does when he yells at us because that's how he must have managed his children and it worked then so why not now. kind of like Cul-De-Sac thinking

They persuade no one. They have bankrupt ideas, and they don't even attempt to convince anyone any more. We are at the Threatening stage. Soon enough they will be done threatening, and will start their Bloodshed stage, unfortunately. No matter how much we want to avoid violence, they just won't let things go. The Left always winds up using violence to "persuade" people because they cannot get people to do their bidding any other way.

That is what qualifies as dialogue to the enraged, particularly on the Left. But I'll admit to being hypocritical about that, since I have used FJB plenty of times.

Fascist officials of Aspen threaten to

The Aspen Times months ago published a thinly supported story suggesting that one of the local billionaires was in league with Vladimir Putin. The billionaire filed suit against the newspaper for defamation. The newspaper wanted to settle the case. Meanwhile, the newspaper was recently bought by a family-owned group of several dozen small newspapers. Much of the family are Republicans, which may be the determinative fact in this story. The new owners asked that the newspaper staff refrain from commenting on the pending litigation while settlement talks were ongoing. That’s standard and prudent in legal proceedings.

For years, a public high school football coach made a practice of saying short prayers after football games. He prayed whether he won or lost. Some of his players typically joined in, and some didn’t. For that, he was fired. This has been a long drive for the left. It started on their own 2-yard line about two centuries ago with Karl Marx scorning the masses he pretended to champion by mocking their “opiate” of religion. Marx and his fellow travelers preferred the opiate of opiate.

Readers will remember the Aspen Times. They’re the little but old – venerable, we’re told – newspaper of Aspen. These days it’s a hard left rag in a hard left town of limousine liberals and the locals who both castigate and soak them to the shameless delight of all concerned. One of the frequent perks for Aspen Times employees, as for many other members of the ruling Aspen establishment, is taxpayer-subsidized housing for dimes on the dollars – often slopeside. I was the token conservative columnist with the Aspen Times for seven years. But I grew a little big for my britches.

It’s a biological fact that, generally speaking, males in relation to females are naturally larger, more physical, more ambitious, stronger, faster, cruder, stinkier, more competitive and hornier. Those traits are wired into them as tightly as the DNA in their Y chromosome, and are all awash in the testosterone hormone produced in their testicles. At times, those traits can be problematic. At other times, they can save the day, save the world, or save a child. But men are out of fashion these days. Boys, too. Mind you,

I figured that Tom Cruise playing “Maverick” in the sequel to Top Gun would be all woke. He’d also be at least bi or gay, and probably trans. Look what Hollywood did to Star Wars. After all, something like 20% of attention starved, navel-gazing, influence-susceptible college students with too much time on their hands – I’m talking about the movie-going crowd – now “identify” (whatever that means) as something other than what used to be called “normal.” And is still called “normal” by statisticians, given that only 2% of the population at large fall outside that category.

Imagine two creatures a few hundred thousand years ago. One is a human that is casually observing the other, a 750-pound Eurasian cave lion. The beast (the lion, that is) lunges at the human (who is not a beast at all – the cranium of humans at that time was about the same as ours, and the cranium of Neanderthals was bigger). The lion shreds our would-be ancestor like so much pulled pork. What happened? Why did this human with as much grey matter as you or I, or more, fail to see this coming? A future ex-lawyer named Michael Sussmann is going to trial next week for his role in feeding the FBI bogus Russian collusion stories. Those stories are scurrilous and vulgar lies which distracted the nation and the Trump administration for years and for which someone should be held accountable. But Sussmann was not the person who manufactured those lies. He was just the bag guy who passed them on to the FBI. And so those lies are not what Sussmann has been charged with. He’s been charged with a more pedestrian lie – the lie of telling the FBI he was not working for a client when in fact he was.

Some 63 million American babies have been aborted since Roe v. Wade. Almost 40% were black even though blacks comprise only about 13% of the population. The black abortion rate is nearly five times the white rate. Justice Clarence Thomas observed in a Supreme Court case a few years ago that in New York City a black baby is more likely to be aborted than to be born. Altogether, that amounts to over 20 million dead black babies since Roe v. Wade. To put that number in perspective, the number of unarmed blacks killed by police in that period is a few dozen – amounting to something like

Ukraine reports that it has killed about 26,000 invading Russian soldiers. Ukraine’s reports of Russian losses – unlike Russia’s own reports – have been fairly reliable, say observers, though NATO estimates a somewhat lower number. As for Ukraine’s own dead, they appear to be significantly fewer than Russia’s even after including the civilians that Russia has murdered. Ukraine’s figures are not inconsistent with a report from the U.K. that over one-fourth of Russia’s 150,000-man army attacking Ukraine, amounting to perhaps 40,000, has been rendered “combat ineffective.” That means they’re dead or wounded badly enough that they can’t fight.

In 2019, the Army advised soldiers not to use TikTok on government-owned phones, citing national security risks from the Chinese app. China-based employees also have access to US user data.

President Joe Biden blamed Republicans for soaring gas prices in a Sunday tweet, moving on from the “Putin-price hike” shtick. Biden attempted to shift blame onto Republicans as a way to drive up support amongst voters for the November midterms. “Republicans are doing nothing but obstructing our efforts to crack down on gas-price gouging, lower food prices, lower healthcare costs, and hopefully, soon, lower your prescription drug costs,” Biden tweeted. “This is not right. And that’s why this election is going to be so darn important.” (Tweet)

Biden is clearly a suicide bomber, owned by the Chinese Communist Party and the Mexican Drug Cartel, and put in place to destroy America, American exceptionalism, capitalism, and most importantly, the great American middle class. I learned this plan at Columbia University, Class of ’83, alongside my classmate Barack Obama (who was never actually seen in any class at Columbia- but that’s a story for another day). Moore’s news amendment erases any talk of a right to “keep and bear arms,” positing, instead, an “inalienable right to be kept safe from gun violence.” The amendment outlines the in-depth background check that would be required for gun purchases:
