Another one. Kamala Harris’ chief speechwriter quit after less than four months on the job. Politico reported: Vice President Kamala Harris’ director of speechwriting, Meghan Groob, is leaving the office less than four months into the job, two people familiar with the matter told POLITICO. Groob was hired in April after Harris’ first chief speechwriter, Kate Childs Graham, left at the end of February. She had previously worked as a speechwriter for Bill Gates and as an editorial director at Gates Ventures. (Tweet)

Now Ms. Groob has to come up with a way to hide those four months of servitude. I doubt she would ever get a job writing anything after Kamala Sutra garbled and murdered Groob's words. Therefore, some really creative writing has to go into Groob's resume.

Gaffe-prone President Biden evoked winces from his entourage Saturday as he spoke of the “selfishness” of American troops on the final day of his trip to the Middle East. “For the first time since 9/11, an American President is visiting this region without American troops being engaged in combat — in a combat mission in the region,” Biden said during a speech to the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. “We’ll always honor the bravery and selfishness — selflessness of the — and sacrifices of the Americans who served, including my son, Major Beau Biden, who was stationed in Iraq for a year,” he said.

James Webb captured an unprecedented look at a 'stellar nursery', a dying star cloaked by dust and a 'cosmic dance' between a group of galaxies, along with hints of water vapor in the atmosphere of a remote exoplanet. What is even more exciting, however, is that astronomers say this is just 'the tip of the iceberg'. This accelerating trend is especially pronounced among young adults. We found that scientific theories about the unguided evolution of life have, in particular, led more people to reject belief in God than worries about suffering, disease, or death.
