Longmont, Colo.—Longmont Public Safety (LPS) is investigating a fire at an abortion alternatives ministry as arson. LPS said officers responded to a reported fire at Life Choices on Mountain View Avenue at 3:17 a.m. Saturday. Police said the building sustained fire and heavy smoke damage, and that the front of the building was vandalized with black paint. The vandalism includes pro-abortion rights messages including "if abortions aren't safe neither are you" and "bans off our bodies." The fire is being investigated as arson, according to LPS.(Snip)Life Choices describes itself on its website as "a Christ-centered ministry providing education, support, healing, and limited medical services

The same slogans, the same anarchy symbols, the same types of vandalism done as they said they'd do. To Merrick the Rat's gestapo, this is not an organized action but merely an idea (and a good one at that since they probably had a hand in it).

Arson? Ya think? I’m actually surprised that they aren’t treating these attacks the way they treat Muslim mass shootings like the one at the California Christmas party or the one at the Pulse Nightclub a few years ago - “We cannot find a motive for the attack”.

At its early developmental stages, the Los Angeles beach town of Malibu has always been reserved for the rich and famous. But in the last few years alone, even millionaires have now been shut out—and the community has become a staple for the ultra-rich only. Larry Ellison, the tech titan who has invested significantly in the town since nearly three decades ago, started the Malibu trend of sending area property value through the roof. Combined with a raging coronavirus pandemic, the uncrowded beaches and the relaxed surf-town vibe have sent Malibu home prices soaring—luring in the wealthiest of wealthiest.

Several restaurants and shops share the parking lot, which is situated behind a row of businesses and off the busy street. Police Lt. Germain Dearlove told Channel 2 Action News the shooting was the “result of a dispute in the parking lot,” but he did not say if the three victims had visited any of the businesses before the gunfire rang out

CNN’s Daniel Dale knocked down on Monday false claims made by a Democratic super PAC about Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO). American Muckrakers PAC has accused the congresswoman of being a former escort, having a profile on a so-called sugar daddy website, having two abortions and being introduced to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) by an alleged escort client. Appearing on New Day, Dale said the super PAC’s co-founder David Wheeler “acknowledged to me that all five of these were indeed inaccurate, but that his group still stands by what he calls the main points of the allegations, all of which Boebert vehemently denies.”

Sailors on board a fleet of Navy warships sailing off the Southern California coast in July 2019 witnessed several of the ships being swarmed by a host of unidentified flying objects. The incident went on for hours, and then happened again and again throughout the month, with craft hovering and zipping around near the fleet with flashing multicolored lights. Navy chiefs have tried to explain away the incident, with the Deputy Director for Naval Intelligence saying he was 'reasonably confident' the objects were drones.(Snip)Last week the Navy also released briefing slides suggesting the craft were 'Quadcopter style UAS [unmanned aerial systems]' and likely came from a nearby Hong Kong

Multiple people are feared to have been killed after an Amtrak train carrying 243 people derailed close to Kansas City in Missouri. The Southwest Chief train, which was traveling from LA to Chicago, came off the tracks at Mendon in Missouri on Monday afternoon. It's still unclear what caused the smash—but one imaged shared by a survivor showed what appeared to be a broken truck axle lying to one side of the tracks. Shocking photos taken in the immediate aftermath show a female passenger being helped out of a broken window, while others were seen atop overturned cars.

The head of a Portland family and pregnancy support center said Monday on "Fox & Friends First" the nonprofit was mistakenly targeted and damaged by protesters angry over the Supreme Court decision to reverse Roe v. Wade. Mother and Child Education Center executive director Maura White told hosts Carley Shimkus and Joey Jones that the organization is not "anti-abortion," as protesters believed. "My organization, we are nonprofit, and we help moms, families, kids in need, babies from zero to 5 years old. We're just there to help people. And so they mistakenly thought that we were out here doing anti-abortion and everything, the violence was horrible," said White.

The number of American troops in Europe has risen sharply in the four months since Russia invaded Ukraine, from about 65,000 in mid-February to 100,000 today. That increase, one of the most rapid U.S. military buildups on the continent in the post-Cold War era, has no clear end date or any obvious metrics to determine when troops could come home or be repositioned to other theaters such as the Indo-Pacific. Instead, their mission is to deter further Russian aggression and prevent any attack on NATO territory. That goal will prove difficult to measure and could justify a years-long mission as Russia and Ukraine settle into a slow

Last week, we learned that Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) was sending out campaign mailers to Democrats in her district in the hopes of saving her reelection. Clearly, she assumed that her lack of viability as a Republican because she assisted in the Democrats’ witchhunt would translate into genuine support from Democrats. She certainly had reason to believe it was possible. Think about it: how many on the left pretended to “respect” Liz Cheney for her “bravery” for standing up to Trump, and yada, yada, yada? Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot (D-IL), incensed by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ concurring opinion in the case which overturned Roe v. Wade, screamed to a crowd over the weekend, “F*** Clarence Thomas!” In his concurrence, Thomas went farther than the other conservative justices, calling for the concept of substantive due process to be thrown out and reconsidering “all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.” Griswold v. Connecticut enshrined the “right to privacy,” Lawrence v. Texas ruled that people had the right to “seek autonomy” in their private relationships, and Obergefell v. Hodges enshrined the right to same-sex marriage.

It is about much more than that.” “Any American who says, ‘Look, I’m not a woman, this doesn’t affect me.
