Biden asks seven oil companies for 'any
concrete ideas' to turn around the $1.70

if they don't increase their supply while
they've 'tripled' profits

Joe Biden is calling on seven of the top oil companies to do something to help quell surging gas prices after accusing them of intentionally exacerbating the strain on Americans' pocketbooks after the average price per gallon surpassed $5.00.
The president is sending letters Wednesday to Marathon Petroleum Corp., Valero Energy Corp., ExxonMobil, Phillips 66, Chevron, BP, and Shell to demand action on lowering gas prices at the corporate level and account for the surge.
In a letter to Exxon obtained by Axios, Biden wrote that the difference 'of more than 15% at the pump is the result of the historically high profit margins

What's next? Government confiscation of the oil companies, ala Venezuela?
This moron closed pipelines, cancelled oil leases, and now complains that oil companies are making money because their product is becoming more precious on the world market!
Trump won in 2020, and FJB!!

I would love to see the letters of reply from these oil company CEOs. Will they tell him the truth and let him know that it is Brandon's war on fossil fuels that has led to this diaster? And BTW, Mr. President in name only, what about Pfizer and Moderna profits after you foisted their "vaccines" upon the world?? I don't see you sending letters to them. Oh yeah, I forgot, you already got your 10% from them.

Where did these clowns come up with this $1.70 rise in gas prices? They need to add an additional dollar to that number where I live, and perhaps even an additional two dollars. Before the election, I remember paying under two bucks a gallon for 93 octane for my son's car. It's now $5.75.

This is so irrational and irresponsible as to inspire a disbelief erupting into verbal mockery of the man. I just watched video of bidet saying in a debate with burnee sander that he, bidet, would put an end to all drilling, employing his too familiar elocutionary devices of repetition and emphasis.
He does not know or care about the process of investigating for, buying leases for, doing geology for and drilling for and transporting oil to markets. He says the price hikes are putin’s fault but blames the oil companies for charging higher prices and making higher profits. Yet he also rages against “oil subsidies” so I presume he would not fund oil companies in the lean times.
The man is criminally out of touch criminally stupid criminally venal. He promises a painful “transition” of unknown length and unknown cost to an unknown energy source.
Solar and wind aren’t reliable except that solar can be counted on not to work at night on cloudy days or much in winter in many locations. Wind power reliably does not work on calm days and nights. It has not been calculated how many square miles of land would be needed to support these methods- 100,000 square miles?
Fortunately schmoe is fast becoming like the filthy guy on the subway who is alone and talking loudly and everyone is pretending they’re not there and hoping he doesn’t come over and touch them. The recent video of bidet pawing at obumbum’s shoulder trying to get his attention while obumbum avoids him shows obumbum’s utter contempt for the man.

They aren't magical gnomes Dimbulb. The Dems have shut down refinery after refinery and pipeline after pipeline and now oilfield after oilfield. BUT the oil companies are the problem. Right....

Would not be surprised to learn that Biden and his leftists are plotting with FBI and the DoJ to create the lie that our petroleum companies are conspiring with Russia’s Putin to limit US production of oil products. If the Dems who control our law enforcement bureaucracies could to this to President Trump without consequence, why not the oil companies?

That 'difference of more than 15% at the pump' of which you speak, Pres. Dumbass, is just since last week. Try a difference that, in most places, exceeds 100% since you were installed.

The best thing would be to remove ALL Dems from ALL positions of power in the government and replace them with sane, free market conservatives. Note that I DID NOT say "Republicans" since huge swaths of those folks are NOT "sane, free-market conservatives".
Unleash the free market, open up ALL Federal lands for oil exploration and production. STOP artificially shutting down ALL the normal petroleum, coal, natural gas and other normal fuels industries.
Then things will go right back to where they were three years ago before these Destroyer-Dems took over and started intentionally wrecking everything.

Why do I have a feeling that Biden may want to cancel the Election. What would he (puppet masters, Soros etc) need to do to make it so serious that an election be halted. Then they step in and just take over.
