The stock market has lost all the gains it made since President Joe Biden was sworn into office, according to recent data reported by Fortune on Monday.
The S&P 500 took a sharp downturn, closing on Monday 151 points below where it was in January of 2021. The other two major indexes, the Dow Jones Industrial Average and Nasdaq Composite fell by 876 points and 530 points respectively, both below where they were when Biden took office.
Cryptocurrency has also taken a hit. Bitcoin lost 15% of its value, and Ethereum lost 16%, according to Fortune.

I'm 67 and still working. I thought I had planned well enough for a decent retirement, given the limitations I was under. It now appears I will work until I die. I see these 80+ y/o men sacking groceries at our local supermarket. I anticipate I may be one of them some day. Thanks, dems.

You will own nothing and you'll like it. We'll own everything and we'll like that even more, especially when we reduce you peasants to eating bugs and freezing in the dark. People are OK with this because it's necessary to Save the Planet.

My deferred comp is now worth less than the contributions I put in. Yes, FJB/LGB, take your pick.

Once Global Communism took over the Democrat party, this was inevitable. Joey's a mere puppet, Balack Osama is the executioner, and POSoros is the financier. We're seeing the culmination of a decades-long march through the institutions.

Kruschev told us in the '60s - "we will bury you" he knew the West would eventually succumb to the decadence freedom allows.

All it takes to keep both freedom and prosperity is a little common sense and a concern for the American people. The dimwits chose a president who has neither and is also lacking a brain.

As of yesterday my financial accounts have dropped to less than half of what they were under Trump. They are worth less than what I put in. It was a fairly substantial amount of money earned over 40 years of working. Now the question is do I sell and take losses to save what I still have, or sit it out hoping the Democrats & Biden will be removed from power and financial sanity restored and the markets flourish again?

#1...I'm in the same position you are, still working but my job is not too difficult. Got out of the market
a few months ago and went all cash....I'm thinking after the midterms, if we get a super-majority, the market
may rally back up and I'll get back in....could use a couple more years of good gains before retiring, but not
betting on it....good luck!

People forget that the financial market declines are having devastating effects on anyone with a 401k retirement fund, pension, investment accounts, savings, or anything else having to do with saving for the future. Whether you are rich or poor, the Biden economy has had devastating effects on your personal wealth and savings. They have basically stolen your future.

The loss of market gains since biden the cheater took office is just the beginning. America's and the world's debt-based governments and financial systems are hemorrhaging money lots of money - rapidly. As you can see, inflation has reared its ugly head and will be here for a long time. The central banks will try to keep fiat currencies like the dollar alive for a while longer. Meanwhile, the stock markets losses seen over the past year and a half is just the beginning of the market bubble bursting. While I really don't want it to be true, much more serious market losses are in store in the near future.
All eyes should be on your 401k plans and retirement investments. Protect these at all cost. And get out of debt asap.
Sorry for the pessimism, just being realistic. I weep for our people who won't be able own anything and will be conditioned to think they are happy.

When a person who is in their late forties, fifties or sixties there are cycles that you can recover from not later than seventy and eighty unless you live to be over a hundred. I cleared everything out including my wife's 401-K when Obama was elected. Went to Bank of the stuffed mattress keeping a low balance in our joint accounts for SS direct deposits with barely a thousand in a savings account. I always thought the government with the IRS would get big eyes one day looking in peoples savings accounts and here we are. The future is not certain for anyone except the extremely rich right now. With medical problems getting a job to earn extra cash now is out of the question no doubt gas and food prices can sink us even living like a stone age cave couple. FJB along with this fraud cabal of nitwits running this pathetic government.

President Trump had real job and wage growth ahead of inflation for the first time in decades. The population across all demographics were moving up from food service and hospitality to careers in manufacturing. Then China and maybe the NIH released the virus and there was a wealth redistribution, I saw an article that $34 billion went to the oligarchs but more troubling was the constant diet of government subsidy as people were locked down, except Amazon workers and other wealthy campaign contributing companies. Now we have a complete reversal where the lower and middle class have less and less. And the oligarchs, and foreign enemies that do not want self sufficiency, will continue their stranglehold on the political elites the public educated ignorant population keep allowing, through votes and vote manipulation, to serve their elite lifestyles.

I'm not surprised at anything that this moronic administration has done to the markets in this country. I believe that it is intentional. Xiden, Pelosi, Upchuck Schumer are the problem. We the People are the cure.

Never forget what the Globalist Elite meeting in Davos have said that the U.S. will cease to be the world superpower by the year 2030. Go here and skip to about 32:00 into the show: https://youtu.be/4Q1vPnf_r2g
Here's some tripe from one of Klaus Schwab's minions published in the once great, capitalist, Forbes magazine:

Easy does it folks...soon the republicans will be in charge again...and then it's "happy times are here again"...falling stock prices and schumer threatening Supreme Court judges will be a thing of the past...and nervous Nancy can go to her mansion in California to wait for for her trial before God...

For many years we saw and felt spiritually what was happening in CA, but little did we know that would happen nationally...illegal aliens swamping the CA system, Commies in control politically, freedoms limited, high taxes, hostile to Christianity, high cost of living...So we sold our house in Santa Rosa, CA and bought a house, mortgage free in Idaho. Problem is that tens of thousands of escapee Californians did the same and came here to SW Idaho. Farm lands have been turned into many subdivisions.
So based on what we've experienced, we recommend if possible, pay off all credit debt (mortgage too), stock up on (food, etc.)essentials, so when this comes crashing down, you will be in a position to survive.

Their goal is to erase all stock market gains since TRUMP took office. They are well on their way. They have already started the remedial Peasant re-education operation. In time we will all understand how inflation, soaring gas prices, and a stock market crash is good for us... like kale, tofu, and public transportation.

#4 Me too. My 401k isn't doing all that bad. I had loaded up with stocks at the bottom on 3/15/2020 but then sold a lot of the stock funds in the days after the election and then more a few months later after stocks had continued hitting all time highs. Soon maybe around November I hope to see a buying opportunity, but before that the markets may go down another 20-30%.

What took years to accumulate, Diaper Joe wiped out in two days. All I can say is my retirement is still better to day then it was when I was born but not as good as it was the first day I got a paycheck (age 12).
