Eight people were arrested in Oklahoma City for allegedly trafficking a 15-year-old Texas girl at a Dallas Mavericks game last month and now the girl’s family is questioning why more wasn’t done to get their daughter home quicker. The teen went to the bathroom at the Dallas’ American Airlines Center on April 8 while attending the game with her father and never returned, her family’s attorney Zeke Fortenberry of the Fortenberry Firm, PLLC said in a release, obtained by Fox News. She was missing for 10 days until she was located by law enforcement at an Extended Stay America hotel in Oklahoma City—roughly 200 miles away

Nightmare for her & parents - waiting to hear the deets. Could she have pre-arranged a meeting thru internet chats? Sicko predators are after young'uns all the time. Some think they'll meet Prince Charming & it turns out to be Ted Bundy. Convict & throw away the keys!

I support the death penalty for this heinous act of human trafficking, preferably carried out today in the public square.

Lock the perps up forever so they can't do this ever again - or execute them. Either one works for me.

I see Millions for the Parents from the American Airlines Center and the Extended Stay Hotel. That said, it will not make what happened to their daughter ever go away. If she was Raped by any of those who kidnapped her, they should go to jail for life. No early out on good behavior. Some of the money the parents get should go to the Organization that FOUND her! Seems to me there would be Cameras all over that Stadium. None of them caught the young girl being dragged away? So sad. Parents! NEVER let your children go to a Bathroom alone! Even traveling and stopping at a Rest Area. Those Perverts are everywhere!

This is another thing that should get a good, fair trial, then a good, quick execution for all involved.

One thing FJB has certainly done- made women’s restrooms less safe for our daughters. But then maybe a trans man would have stopped this. Certainly the cops screwed up and Texas needs to change its runaways law.

Yes there were cameras that recorded her being led from the area.

Execution, period. No life sentences or any other sentences because I
don't want to PAY FOR FEEDING, CLOTHING and SHELTERING their miserable carcasses
for the rest of their unnatural lives !!
If you want a group of people to stop doing something, anything, one simply makes the
activity, whatever it may be, too dangerous to be involved with.
This method will work for almost ANYTHING but it takes resolve in the face of the
wailing and gnashing of teeth from the 'nurturers' who want to 'rehabilitate' the perps.

There is more to this story than what has been released. Looking at the mugshots of persons arrested, I'm sure of that.

She didn't consent, because a 15-year-old girl can not consent... They can be easily manipulated and coerced, but there is a reason they don't have the legal ability to consent.

Have you ever seen a group of more uglier people?
What are the techniques that they use to get these poor girls to go with them?
Stadiums and sports events are so crazy. Everyone is drinking and thinking that nothing wrong can go wrong because of the security present. Well guess what, some of these security folks are just temps or regular folks needed to fill a spot that the security company desperately needs filled in order to keep the contract with the venue.
Folks this trafficking issue is huge. Stop letting your teens, and little girls, dress like ho's, especially at concerts. Don't let these young'ns run around the stadium/venues getting food or going to the bathroom alone. Sports venues are not as safe as you may like to think they are. They're packed with people. Both good people and bad people.

Methinks she was either wasted on drugs or willing...early story said she had been "rented out" by more than 30 people in those first days. IF it all had been Forcible Rape, ALL would be listed and a wide net/all hands manhunt would be in play.
Perhaps she has mental issues?

Dallas police did only a cursory investigation because missing teenagers are assumed to be runaways unless there's compelling evidence that they were kidnapped. That law should be revisited to recognize the realities of Our Changing Culture. The daughter was located thanks to a nonprofit center for missing and exploited children, which found the girl being trafficked online.
