A Jewish woman charged with spray-painting two swastikas on a Brooklyn bus stop took to Facebook after the hate crime and posted “maybe the anti-semites have a point,” the Daily News has learned. Farnoush Hakakian, 45, was arrested Wednesday and charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime for the May 5 broad-daylight incident in Borough Park. “I am Jewish. This is my art, this is how I express myself. I don’t agree with Judaism and how the Jewish people are,” Hakakian told investigators when she was arrested, according to a law enforcement source. She also admitted to drawing the swastikas, the source said.

A hate crime with a twist.

At least she didn't try to pawn off her crime on someone else. But she is only modestly more bold than the average American Jew in her anti-Israel stance.

Criminal mischief! Should be out already. Probably wouldn't have even been detained if she'd have included some 'BLM' next to her swastikas!

When there is a massive shortage of something, those that may benefit from it, will often manufacture that which is to their benefit. Almost all the 'black hate' and 'white supremacist' attacks are found to be done by black people seeking sympathy or power. Now we find a Jew doing that same thing? Amazing. Anyone remember the Ed Sullivan show and the guy with "The Man in the Box"? He said, "People are no damned good." There are times when I think he may be right.

So long as they run the gamut between leftwing "Squad" type radicals, neck-beard, creepy Unabomber type shut-ins, and false flag St. Petersburg Russian troll bots tasked with souring us on ties to Israel, I can safely say I will entirely miss their point.

A group of millionaires have joined protests against the World Economic Forum gathering of the business and political elite in Davos, Switzerland, demanding that governments “tax us now” to tackle the burgeoning gulf between rich and poor. The unlikely protesters, who describe themselves as “patriotic millionaires”, called on world leaders attending the annual conference on Sunday to immediately introduce fresh taxes on the wealthy in order to tackle the “cost of living scandal playing out in multiple nations around the world”. The charity Oxfam recently said rising inequality could push as many as 263 million more people into extreme poverty in 2022, reversing decades of progress.

Climate change and rising costs are causing supermarkets in France to run out of dijon mustard, raising questions over whether the shortage could spread to other countries. French mustard producers said seed production in 2021 was down 50% after poor harvests, which they said had been brought on by the changing climate in France’s Burgundy region and Canada, the second largest mustard seed producer in the world. It has caused French supermarket shelves to run empty of the condiment, including in several stores visited by the Guardian. One of France’s largest mustard producers, Reine de Dijon, said the shortages were being driven by climate breakdown.

The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) has released its latest reliability assessment for the summer of 2022 and, to put it mildly, the news is not good. In far too many states, the power grid is already nearly at full capacity, and in the next few months, that capacity will be exceeded. This isn’t a question of “if” or really even “when.” It’s just a fact. Industry experts know this and have been trying to sound the alarm for several years.

The Biden administration privately acknowledged late last month that a mathematical error is delaying the federal government’s offshore oil and gas program. In an April 29 letter to industry leaders obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, the head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says that a subagency “discovered a miscalculation” that has caused a massive backlog in permitting. Richard Spinrad acknowledged in his letter that the National Marine Fisheries Service—the subagency tasked with analyzing the impact of offshore drilling projects on wildlife—has used faulty computer modeling on such impacts. As a result, Spinrad wrote, the subagency overestimated wildlife effects, delaying permitting on existing leases.
