Police say the massacre was motivated by the 18 year-old's hatred for black people. And awaaay we go. Odd that the Mail pixelated his brothers in the first two family photos but not the third.

The kid is obviously a few kilohertz off frequency but I don't recall seeing the words, "black supremacy" being used during the past few years in the hundreds of racially motivated murders committed by that faction.

So, about the same number of victims as a typical Chicago weekend, the ones who never make the news because they're not suitable "victims" for The Narrative. The perp's own online presence describes himself as "authoritarian left" and expresses disdain for Fox News, but, of course the MSM will describe him as a right-winger.

In context, a pretty average weekend in Chicago, or approximately .0055% of the number of babies aborted and killed every day across the USA, about 2,000, without comment. Mostly black babies, but hey, that's cool.

Of all the mass murderers in the news since Columbine (1999), I don’t recall a single one of the perpetrators being identified as Christian, conservative, and voting Republican. Where, do we find “white supremacists?” Not in that category.

So many of these type of killers seem to have a known history of action that would indicate that they are a danger to society. We need laws to incarcerate them so the general public is protected. Most importantly, we need more prisons and more prisoners to fill them up.

The FBI was fully aware of this homicidal psycho but they were more interested in arresting the parents who were against the public school board committee.

I believe some kid went nuts and murdered people for no reason. After that, if the Kneepad media reported motive, I don't believe it. Any shooting is always blamed on white supremeist first. Then the facts come in and it isn't quite that clear.

He had to be on police radar. He received psychiatric treatment. The warning signs were there. People will ask why didn't the police do something? Answer: He hadn't done anything yet. Police have to wait for the perp to do something. Unfortunately, that something was murder ten people.

A mass shooting by any person of any race is a tragedy the problem I have is how it's presented to the public. I have no feelings because much of this hateful revenge on races is spawned by media like the Daily Mail (UK). Why is this killing of innocents more detailed than an overnight drive by in a Chicago neighborhood. I'm not moved and not surprised, the perp was a mental case we do not need a tag on him as a qualifier, shut up liberal media.

A jealous ex-boyfriend wanted to kill her, and left numerous messages on her phone answering machine. She reported the threats to the police, but they couldn't do anything until he attacked her. Her father offered her a pistol for protection, but she was resolutely anti-gun and refused the Roscoe. Then one Sunday morning, the source of the threats broke into her house through the bathroom window, chased her outside and murdered on the lawn her before committing suicide one minute too late. As others have said, this appalling administration is likely glad this atrocity happened; it adds fuel to their anti-2A fire. I'm sorry someone at the store didn't have a firearm handy to eliminate this murderer with a head shot (which would have been required, as the shooter was wearing body armor). Some states don't want their citizens to be able to defend themselves with legal firearms. I wouldn't live in such a place. Concerning the body armor, in January 2018 I had to deal with two kidnappers who had snatched my closest friend right out of bed over a drug debt. When they got to my home town with my friend in pajamas and barefoot, I noticed that the two kidnappers were wearing 3A body armor. (Nowadays, many criminals wear body armor.) At the time I was wearing a Glock 27 (.40 S&W, 9+1 capacity)), but both of them were armed, were on either side of the car twelve feet apart, and I wanted my friend back safely. So I paid the money and kept my gun hidden. After the incident I did some research on types of ammo that might defeat a criminal's armor, and settled on Underwood's loading of solid copper, fluted, non-expanding Lehigh Xtreme Defender bullets, very light for caliber (65 or 68 grains), but very fast. I used to opt for heavier bullets (147 gr 9mm); now I go the opposite way. In .357 Sig, the light Lehigh bullet will travel at about 2100 fps. That's near rifle velocity. The 9mm will fly at 1700-1800 fps. That's what I want. Same as some others here, I don't leave home without a pistol. It has nothing to do with paranoia; it's being able to defend your own life in an instant if necessary. The criminals always get to make the first move. Are you ready?

I believe that the psychiatric record of mass killers should be released to the public. We deserve to know what his diagnosis was before the killings. I suspect that he is a schizophrenic, possibly having delusions of grandeur and hearing “voices” telling him what to do. It is very bizarre behavior to drive so far and pick out a random grocery store to shoot people. That’s crazy.

Civilian gun violence of any type (including law enforcement) is despicable. One young man went berserk but there are tens of millions out there who to some degree, share the feeling of unfair marginalization by authority expressed by him. That is the big wake up call that will be either ignored or misrepresented. CRT is more responsible for this than Tucker Carlson.

A festering sore that burst. It was inevitable that sooner or later this was going to happen. When you have government and media stirring the pot sooner or later it will boil over.

He was given psychiatric help. How’s that workin out? Psychiatry is and always has been a cruel joke on mentally unstable people and a cash cow for the charlatans who support it. It’s nothing but crap. There are and always have been people who for whatever reason, fall by the wayside. We used to isolate these people from the rest of civilized society in institutions but then Liberalism happened and now they walk among us and prey upon us.

One more violent nutcase proves exactly nothing except that people should keep an eye and an ear out for violent nuts who say they are going to kill people. Some of them actually mean it, and it shouldn't be ignored.

There has been no mention of prescribed medications in any articles I have read. That is likely to be a factor. Politically, the kid is a greenie and favors communism.

I've had a couple of run-ins with paranoid schizophrenics. There's no way to logically explain their unpredictable behavior. All you can say is, "Stay away from him/her." The leftist media will try to blame the maniac's attack on some right-wing philosophy or organization, as they did the Gabby Giffords shooting. When that explanation is blown up as having been a knee-jerk lie, the media just walks away.
