The Senate voted on Monday evening to advance a bill to send $40 billion more aid for Ukraine in its war against Russia, setting up a final vote possibly on Wednesday. The tally was 81 to 11 on the first of a potential three procedural votes paving the way for final Senate passage of the funding, requested by President Joe Biden's administration to keep aid flowing and boost the government in Kyiv nearly three months after the start of the Russian invasion. All 11 anti votes were Republicans showing how an isolationist Donald Trump-allied wing of the party has split off from the mainstream.

If you don’t continue to vote to bankrupt the US and push for a nuclear war for us all (not the ones who will be picked up and taken to safety by the military, of course) without so much as an explanation of why we need weapons in Ukraine, then you’re an isolationist racist transphobe putin-o-phile! Why can’t bidet make a speech and explain why all this is worth it ? Other than “putin’s a war criminal” of course; we already heard that line of “reasoning.”

GREAT point, #13! We could REALLY build a secure a border wall with about 1/4th of the $40 billion dollars rather than to keep paying $120 billion dollars PER YEAR for illegals which goes up higher and higher each year as more invade the country because for some reason the laws already on the books are completely IGNORED with an "in your face" impunity. $40 billion dollars is nothing to these people, but printing more money will only ruin OUR future as a nation. What kind of mess will our children have to live in and what kind of future will they have because we allow this to go on??
