The Ukrainian battlefield of Putin’s War is incredibly lethal. In the sixty days since Putin’s three-to-four day invasion of Ukraine started, Russia has had 1,700 vehicles or major pieces of equipment destroyed and another 1,200 captured. Tanks losses numbered 560 destroyed and 214 captured, while losses of infantry fighting vehicles/armored personnel carriers come to 930 destroyed and 330 captured. These are not estimates; these are floor numbers that have been counted and geocoded. By the same methodology, Ukraine has lost at least 200 tanks destroyed and 70 captured, along with 790 infantry fighting vehicles/armored personnel carriers destroyed and 90 captured. I think I see tactical nukes in the near future. I don't know who's going to get the deliveries, but Vlad is determined not to lose this even tho he painted himself into this corner. Oh the irony. Before he got this brilliant idea, NATI was a paper tiger and Sweden and Finland were decidedly neutral. Vlad himself has turned this all the way around. He is desperate to not lose, he is predictable in his desperation, he will compound his ego into hyperdrive and we all better have iodine pills. By the way, thank you President Dementia, this is all your and your election stealing party's doing. You were NEVER supposed to be president and this proves it. Now we all may die.

Fighting to protect your home makes you fight harder than a regular soldier. I know of two American men who went to Ukraine to fight a couple of years ago. I heard that one had been wounded a years ago, but not seriously. We'll see how it plays out.

#1 is right. Exactly Right! Putin is not a happy camper. Things will get worse for both Russia and Ukraine. And as the NATO Club becomes more excited and invites more countries to join, Putin moves closer to his Nuclear options. This is not going to end well. And we have two idiots and woke military generals planning the US counter offensive. How scary is that. We are moving toward an unimaginable consequence. I recall the tensions of the Cuban missile crisis and the blockade, and the Hugh threat of nuclear bombs. Lord, don’t abandon us now!

I don't want to be a party pooper but the number of tanks Ukraine has is likely not nearly as important as the number of trained crews, and their smaller number of tanl loses probably represents a high percentage of their best tank crews. The Russians have a long history of overcoming military incompetence with sheer numbers and a near infinite capacity to suffer casualties. This war will probably bog down into a stalemate for a while, but eventually Russian numbers will probably simply exhaust the Ukrainians. It will be a pyrrhic victory for Putin, one that leaves Russia isolated and economically ruined.

RE #7. A good point 25 or 30 years ago, but today, the army uses what is basically a good quality video game to train tank crews. The controls and visual aiming equipment is replicated on the video screen and the trainee can spend all day doing various scenarios without leaving the chair, or expending anything except time and electricity. I suspect that it is a whole lot easier to make a good tank gunner and tank commander team today with these video game training systems than it was years ago. I've been surprised to put an 11 year old kid in the back seat of my aircraft and let him handle the controls....and do an amazingly decent job. Find out later that he plays flight sim games on his computer. It can teach a good bit.

When / if this conflict ends Russia will still be Russia Ukraine, however will likely be a neutral country or radioactive Why are we not hearing of intense negotiations to end this war instead of pouring arms into the conflict resulting in more death and destruction? In the meantime, why does this administration have Russians mediating negotiations with Iran? Insanity reigns and the longer it persists the more it appears to be part of a nefarious plan.

Quit the propaganda. Russia is going to win this conflict. Biden and Blinken are willing to start and continue a war with Russia, but that will end with them. And there will be another withdrawal just like Afghanistan and Viet Nam.

Let Putin weaken Russia right down to the last tank and gun. I hope Ukraine surprises the world and pulls off the old turnaround defense of the alligator attempting to eat the big snake and in return gets eaten himself. I don't care if Ukraine is corrupt, everybody seems to be these days, including the US.

A Delaware court ruled in favor of defendant Elon Musk on Wednesday in a shareholder lawsuit over Tesla's $2.6 billion acquisition of SolarCity. Tesla shareholders alleged the company's acquisition of the solar installer amounted to a bailout, pushed through by Musk who sat on both company boards at the time. The shareholders also alleged that Musk controlled the board of Tesla, even though he appeared to recuse himself from some deal negotiations concerning SolarCity. Had he lost, Musk could have had to pay upwards of $2 billion. The matter could be appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court.

Desantis’s recent comments about San Francisco provide a perfect example. As reported by The Washington Examiner, DeSantis assured the gathering that Florida has actually seen a greater surge in Republican voters than Democrat voters.
