Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) is the latest lawmaker to test positive for coronavirus. Waters announced her test results in a Wednesday statement, saying that she is not experiencing any symptoms. The California Democrat said she is now in insolation. “Today, I have received a positive test result for COVID. I am currently isolating and have no symptoms,” she said. “I am following all protocols as recommended by the Office of the Attending Physician and CDC guidance. I am grateful to be fully vaccinated and to have received two booster shots. Thankfully, I am feeling fine and recommend everyone to get vaccinated if you have not done so already.”

President Joe Biden has reignited the fire among already outraged parents after claiming their children don't belong to them 'when they’re in the classroom.''They’re all our children,' he said Wednesday, addressing educators at the 2022 Teacher of the Year ceremony hosted by the White House. 'They are not somebody's else children. They're like yours when they're in the classroom.'Biden also took aim at parents and Republican legislators who have spearheaded efforts to ban books and bar sexually explicit or overly politically correct curriculum. 'Today, there are too many politicians trying to score political points banning books, even math books,' the president said.

Tony Cardenas, a California Democrat, that he had plans that would please the group. The president previously supported canceling up to $10,000 of debt per student, but is now said to be open to forgiving a larger - if unspecified amount. It also remains unclear exactly how many students could be affected,

Following Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter last week, which was a triumphant victory in the ongoing war over free speech, the Biden Regime announced the creation of a “Disinformation Governance Board” that will be tasked with silencing anything deemed to be misinformation that’s related to homeland security. And, yes. It’s just as dystopian and creepy as it sounds. The new board will operate under the authority of the Department of Homeland security with a special focus on Russia and “irregular migration,” according to the Post Millennial.

President Joe Biden is banning traditional incandescent lightbulbs in a push to be more energy efficient, but critics claim the switch to LED alternatives will prove costly for poorer Americans.
The Department of Energy (DOE) adopted two new rules Tuesday that strengthen energy efficiency standards for lightbulbs and will effectively phase out the sale of traditional bulbs by next year.
However, consumer analysts allege that not only are LED bulbs more expensive, costing nearly $4 each as opposed to $1 for an incandescent bulb, but are often not stocked in stores in lower-income communities. Around 30 percent of the two billion bulbs sold in the US every year are incandescent.

Joe Biden is in trouble. His Democrats are collapsing at the polls based on his disastrous first term and now midterms are around the corner.
What's a failed president to do? Dole out the goodies, of course, some big ones in a desperate bid to win back younger leftist voters.
According to CBS News:
President Biden is looking at different options to forgive an unspecified but substantial amount of federal student loan debt — a move that would thrill some of his most loyal supporters and financially strapped students nationwide, but is a departure from campaign pledges to provide limited relief.
The president shared his plans during a 90-minute White House meeting Monday

Kamala has COVID and it is, allegedly, a light, asymptomatic case. However, she’s being treated with heavy-duty medicine. The disconnect between these two facts makes it easy to come up with some cool conspiracy theories that will last as long as it takes Kamala to return to her office. On Tuesday, Kamala Harris put out a tweet announcing that she was COVID positive, along with the ritual thanks for the vaccine and booster, neither of which protected her from getting COVID:CORRECTION*

A 74-year-old golfer lost his mind on Sunday when he saw a man walking his dog on Delray Beach, Florida, golf course, but he didn’t just yell at the guy. Instead, he reportedly broke out a gun and started shooting at him. Then he attacked with a club when he ran out of ammo.
Certainly, it is against the rules to walk a dog on the golf course. That goes without saying. But the golfer’s reaction is extreme, to be sure.
According to a report at WPBF TV, witnesses alleged that 74-year-old golfer Robert Levine went ballistic when he saw 64-year-old Herbert Merritt

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said Wednesday on MSNBC’s “The Beat” that Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter shows America needed “rules of the road for big tech.”Melber asked, “You have warned about the growing power of big tech. What do you see in Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter?”Warren said, “I see that we need to make two big changes. The first one is we need a wealth tax in America. Let’s talk about how Elon’s purchase here was subsidized by tens of millions of people who have paid their taxes every year. The second part is we need rules of the road for big tech.
