As the trial of Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann approaches, special counsel John Durham and Sussmann’s lawyers are arguing over what evidence can be admitted. As part of those arguments, Durham filed a “routine” response late on April 15, detailing why the evidence he’s seeking to admit is both relevant and admissible. These back-and-forth filings are common in the weeks leading up to federal trials, but the disclosures made by Durham are anything but routine.(snip)Durham has now disclosed that the CIA immediately knew that both data trails were fake, finding that they were not “technically plausible,” that they didn’t “withstand technical scrutiny,” that they “contained gaps,”

Comments:

“user-created”…The CIA notes conflicted with the media reporting. Mueller went ahead with his “investigation”/witch hunt.

Carlson and Mahncke are the best investigative journalists imaginable. Before anyone races to reply that they know all this, etc., etc., etc., better read the article. I know I was following this pretty closely and there is new material here. The evidence is leading toward conspiracy. And yes, they need evidence. Even educated guesses won’t work, as any lawyer will tell us...

FTA: Durham also is now focusing on the fact that Sussmann personally told Steele about the Alfa Bank data trail at their July 2016 meeting. And as we already know, Steele was then tasked with writing a dossier report on the Alfa allegations. Durham also notes that Steele’s report on the Alfa Bank allegations was completed only a few days before Sussmann brought the allegations to the FBI. Even more astonishingly, Durham points out that the FBI was given Steele’s dossier by Fusion GPS on the very same day that Sussmann took the Alfa allegations to the FBI. And finally, Durham has announced that there are at least two individuals who have apparently flipped and have been offered immunity.

It does look like Mr. Durham and his team are moving forward, perhaps at a slower pace than most of us would like, but then again, this CONSPIRACY is far reaching and could reach deep and wide. Of course, my optimism is guarded. The deep state folks aren't going to roll over and play dead. They know that all this game is going to be played on their home field (DC courts) and I'm actually surprised that Durham has anyone who has flipped. I hope he's got them under 24/7 guard, because Arkananacide may be among the least of their worries.

I watched the documentary, The Plot Against The President. Kash Patel found the Fusion GPS associates, the funding source which was the DNC and; citizen Trump and all associated with the organization never traveled to Moscow during the time on the fake Steele Dossier. And Steele f'd up y specifying the hotel, no expense reports ever submitted and by specifying a room number that did not exist. But brain dead Mueller and his puppeteer Weismann pursued the lie for 3 1/2 years and somewhere around $40+ million.

Durham's kabuki theater will have only one player, now or ever. Sussman is making reservations at Club Fed for a short stay at the end of the performance. The taxpayers will pay millions for this sham investigation that that will evaporate like a red popsicle in August...leaving a stain but nothing more.

No more, "We the People," it's all a swamp with government agencies working and lying for themselves and a media that believes they are on the inside instead of for the people. This should blow the lid but unfortunately the coup has already been accomplished and the reality is we are a Banana Republic.

So, the underlying reality is it was all a set-up, and waste of taxpayer dollars, resource and likely abuse of office/power. That there was no reasonable rationale for the Mueller gang, and anything mentioned by Schiff and Nadler, in particular. Then, look no further than the financial support from Rob Reiner and George Soros who helped fund The Democracy Integrity Project(TDIP) which was run by former top staffer to Sen. Diane Feinstein. TDIP employed both Glenn Simpson and Christopher Steele. The whole goal of TDIP was to issue daily "research" briefing to prominent Washington journos and congressional staffers, simply to keep the Russia "collusion" story alive. All was reported by Paul Sperry back on March 22, 2019

A dozen Democrats have urged for a comprehensive plan to address the expected influx of migrants at the southern border before the Biden administration ends Title 42 expulsions. The White House said on April 20 it’s “planning and preparing for the end” of the Trump-era public health order, which was implemented amid the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 and has since been rejecting asylum-seekers at U.S. borders. The ongoing migrant expulsions policy is set to expire on May 23 under the Biden administration, as press secretary Jennifer Psaki said current funding levels will not meet the needs of law enforcement agencies once Title 42 is lifted.

Peter Schweizer, author of the book “Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China,” said the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) entry into the WTO changed the global economic structure in large part because it unleashed the regime’s strategy of gaining control of America’s elite class so they would do Beijing’s bidding. Schweizer calls this strategy “elite capture,” and the CCP’s plan was to target the top levels of big tech, entertainment, education, Wall Street, as well as politics. “It’s going to give [the CCP] leverage over them [the elites] because once [the CCP has] sort of touched them and made them rich, (snip), they will not want to give it up,”

In what seems like a lifetime ago, a friend explained to me his thumbnail distinction between philosophy and ideology. Philosophy requires one to fit one’s mind to the world; ideology compels one to fit the world to one’s mind. The crux was how each viewed human nature: philosophy accepted the imperfectability of human nature; ideology demanded its perfection. Within this admittedly narrow limning, one can see how philosophy and ideology respond when confronted by reality. By accepting the imperfectability of human nature, a philosophic attitude encourages intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and societal growth. By rejecting the imperfectability of human nature and recognizing instead only the capricious whims of untrammeled will,

A little over a decade ago, two researchers at Wharton published a paper showing that, despite women’s increasing work and educational opportunities, their self-reported happiness was in steady decline. Back in 1970, women were on average happier than men; they are now less happy than men. Broadly, since 1970, everyone has gotten more miserable. But the decline in women’s overall happiness has outpaced men’s, and the happiness curve inverted sometime in the early 1990s. The paper also documents increasing anxiety and neuroticism, as well as decreasing social cohesion among women.

Shares of Netflix plunged 37% Wednesday morning after the streamer reported earnings Tuesday evening that showed it lost subscribers for the first time in more than ten years. The results and weak outlook led to a wave of downgrades from Wall Street over fears of the company's long-term growth potential. Netflix said several headwinds are impacting growth, including competition and the easing pandemic restrictions. The company had been significantly boosted by coronavirus stay-at-home orders, as more people sought out digital entertainment. But people spent less time on digital platforms as vaccines rolled out and mandates eased. Slower household broadband growth also played a role in the company's weak forecast.

Crime is surging in many major cities. Employers are struggling with labor shortages. Illegal immigration could top 2 million encounters this year, amid a border crisis that has been spiraling out of control since virtually the moment Biden took office.
