Migrants are being handed CELL PHONES

Republicans want Texas to declare an 'invasion' at the southern border to give permissions for state troopers and National Guard members to turn back migrants as the country braces for Title 42 to end next month.Immigration enforcement is giving migrants who are released into the U.S. smartphones with tracking apps installed so they can keep track of released illegal immigrants.Parole release migrants are being released into the country and are asked to turn themselves into Immigration and Customs Enforcement in a city of their choice and are being given government phones to track them. There is, however, no way to stop these migrants from getting rid of the phones.

Every elected official, and every appointed official and officer, swore an oath. Vitrually none seem willing to do more than make the obvious noises, from President Biden and "Border Czarina" Harris down to the governor, the AG, and further to the local sheriff and constabulary. Why shouldn't they all be indicted as part of a criminal conspiracy? This continued dereliction is clearly coordinated.

June 1, 2021. "Governor Greg Abbott today issued a disaster declaration along Texas' southern border in response to the border crisis, providing more resources and strategies to combat the ongoing influx of unlawful immigrants. The Governor is authorizing the use of all necessary and available state and local resources to protect landowners in these counties from trespassers and the damage they cause to private property. The Governor has also directed the Texas Department of Public Safety to enforce all federal and state criminal laws, including criminal trespassing, smuggling, and human trafficking." Sounded good at the time, didn't it? https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-issues-disaster-declaration-in-response-to-border-crisis-in-texas

Heard on the Joe Pags radio show late this afternoon that the Governor of Texas plans on putting the invading illegals on buses and bus them to D.C. (The thing about Trump is that he'd say he was going to do something and then he'd do it! That's why people like the guy. He keeps his word. It is so refreshing, and we are so desperate for someone to protect our sovereign nation.) There are single mothers and blue-color workers with families who are American citizens who could not possibly come up with ten thousand dollars to pay someone to get them across our southern border. I cannot remember the last time I had ten thousand dollars to give to anyone. Someone should put this whole invasion in perspective, and I might add that I have worked and paid taxes all my life. I pray that the Texas Governor would follow thru on his promise and bus these illegals to D. C, "Let your life square with your word." Let the politicians in Washington open their hearts and their homes to the homeless illegals. I am sure the residents of D.C. would be very welcoming to the invading hoards. Their policies enable what's happening, so it's only fair that they be part of the solution. "Let their lives square with their words."

Unfortunately, #3, Abbott has already broken his word several times. I am glad #2 wrote out for us the Governor’s disaster declaration ten months ago. It sounded tough but Texas border Mayors and border patrol not given the support, equipment or guidance to implement much of what he promised. The charter buses now sounds great IF the nearly 900 buses actually are seen doing it, and the Governor has the actual resolve to lead this and continue on doing it for as long as it takes!

The “smart” cell phones that the immigration officials have been ordered to give to all the released illegal aliens by Biden and his crew at taxpayers expense, are more likely to be used to contact the human traffickers in Mexico then illegal aliens using them to keep in contact with US immigration authorities. I would say follow the money on this big Biden giveaway. Since the illegal aliens know that there are tracking devices built into the phones, when they no longer want to be tracked while they are in the interior of the USA they will either break their phones or will simply throw them away!

Abbott's detractors should read the US public laws regarding immigration, like the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which contains both criminal and civil enforcement measures, and then spell out precisely what, under our system of federalism, a creation of the states where the central government has primacy in collective matters among the various states, legal authority the various state governors have to supplant the federal government's role regarding immigration. Perhaps the state legislatures should put identical laws on the books making illegal border crossing a criminal offense against the state and work hard to defend it in federal court. Either way, the people have to be out front and center of the issue, like the school moms have done. Federalism also means we get what we tolerate.

Pope Francis, a leading advocate of Doormat Christianity, is at it again, trying to reverse nearly two millennia of Christian doctrine, by preaching total passivity—even against violent aggression. On March 18, 2022, Francis declared before an audience that “A war is always—always!—the defeat of humanity, always. We, the educated, who work in education, are defeated by this war, because on another side we are responsible.” So far, all well and good, if only because such lofty but impotent words are expected. But then Francis went so far as to say, “There is no such thing as a just war: they do not exist!” That is a remarkably dangerous claim, of similar naïve thinkers—
