Colorado Democrat Governor Jared Polis signed a bill into law on Monday that legalizes the murder of babies in the womb until birth, citing that “a fertilized egg, embryo, or fetus does not have independent or derivative rights under the laws of the state.”Governor Polis signed the Reproductive Health Equity Act (HB22-1279) as preparation for the possibility that the U.S. Supreme Court could overturn the Roe v. Wade precedent in the coming weeks, Colorado Sun reported.

The new minister of Baal Moloch the gods of Child Sacrifice and supplier of raw materials for aborted human fetal cells as a major ingredient in Covid vaccinations. Satan is very happy right now. Jesus himself is making a great millstone for the governors neck to be cast into the deep sea for harming a child. Satanic demonic powers are in total control of that states elected government. You happy Colorado? Any Christian’s out there that feel good about all this?

Just my own theory but I've wondered for a long time if the lowered partial pressure of oxygen in Denver prevents clear thinking, especially coupled with the Coloradans' legendary capacity for cannabis consumption, the latter whichs give the the town's title "Mile-HIGH City" a whole new meaning.

fta: “And what we’re seeing in states like Texas and Arizona and Kentucky is an enormous government overreach, an enormous government infringement of the individual liberties that we hold sacred in this country.”
Except when it comes to Covid vaccines... right? Then forcing people to be vaccinated, that is introducing a foriegn substance into their bodies that may harm or even kill them, no problem.

A state statute such as this is one of the reasons why Roe v. Wade is not going to be overruled by the U.S. Supreme Court. Another such reason is the new Oklahoma statute that makes almost all abortions punishable by up to 10 years in prison. This Colorado statute legalizes murder by exempting the killing of unborn babies from Colorado's murder statutes. The SC is not going to allow this.

My governor disgusts. But, Polis, aren't you grateful that your mother didn't abort you so that you could sign such evil into law?

So this means a thug can stab a woman directly in the bulge with a thin knife, merely injuring her but murdering the "fetus" (convenient word, that) and walk away with a simple assault charge. Interesting how slippery this slope becomes so quickly...

Prayer is our greatest weapon and it is, right this minute, being waged against the baby murderers in hundreds of cities across America and the world.
"40 Days for Life" is conducting their annual Lenten prayer vigils in front of Planned Parenthood and other abortuaries (rhymes with mortuaries). Check out their website for a vigil near you. Some groups support 24-hour schedules for the entirety of Lent. They especially need men to cover the wee hours of the morning. If you can't commit to a scheduled hour, just stop by and join in the prayer. These vigils are grace-filled, prayerful and non-confrontational. Help save lives!

Many of you fine people here have suggested that abortion law belongs with the State, not the federal government.
This decision by Colorado represents worse case law, but follows your wishes.
So does Oklahoma's decision, also following your wishes.

#24, that doesn't mean that we "fine people" can't express our outrage and disgust towards this law, nor that the "fine people" on Lucianne who live in Colorado can't do whatever they can to protest or change it.
