Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov pounced on Sen. Lindsey Graham's comment calling for someone to take out Russian Vladimir Putin—questioning his sanity and suggesting he was drunk. The slap from Putin's mouthpiece came after Graham Tweeted Thursday night that it was time for a 'Brutus' to emerge amid Putin throwing Russia's forces into a bloody invasion of Ukraine—a comment that U.S. commentators immediately warned could fuel Russian propaganda.
'Unfortunately, in such an extremely tense atmosphere, there is a hysterical escalation of Russophobia,' Peskov responded. 'These days, not everyone manages to maintain sobriety, I would even say sanity, and many lose their mind,' he added.

Frankly I think Graham’s comment sounds sober and reasonable

I despise Putin because he is an evil, vicious murderer. But Graham is just a horse's hind end.

Things must be really heating up ( and not in a good way ) for the payoff and kickback class of which Graham belongs to, for him to speak murder .

Hmm. Would it have been a bad thing for a senator to have said that of Hitler?

This comment by Lindsey Graham sounds just as irrational as Ann Coulter saying that Putin should have invaded Mexico. The border problem rests with the President of the USA and his administration. All foreign policy rests with this administration and it is weak and there is nothing sober and reasonable about any of this immaturity.
How is it, that we find out during the Barack Obama years, Joe Biden and company/family are doing deceptive things in Ukraine and it is tolerated? When there is no accountability, it makes for a very weak administration.

Don't know about the degree of his alcohol consumption but what is definite is that Miss Lindsey talks with his head firmly entrenched within his rectum. You don't trust Miss Lindsey. Just ask 45. His favorite spot to stand with any conviction is where the political winds blow. He is Pierre Dilecto without being Pierre Dilecto.

How about we get rid of the evil in our country first? There are plenty of people here that care nothing about human lives if it moves their agenda.

Wonder why Putin doesn't point out that murder is contrary to the Ten Commandments. Adding that he obeys them except the one about not adoring anything but God when he clearly puts Russia ahead of God, the one about not telling lies, the one about honoring your parents (which covers kindness to relatives which the Ukrainians are), and if he wishes to state he is innocent of adultery I for one would aim to try and believe it though my brain might explode, also except the one about not slandering people (number eight) and the one about no robbery (five I think) and the one about not ... hey wait, do not kill.... wonder if he wonders he can bring back just that one with a footnote about it referring only to Russian Presidents.

I think people on the inside in Russia might already have a plan in mind to take out Putin if the situation in Ukraine starts to get too far out of control.

There is a reason that Putin's conference table is a football field long. He wants to make sure that no one with a handgun can aim straight at that distance.

#4, with Hitler we were in a declared war, and neither nation had nuclear weapons. The differences call for some restraint from members of our "greatest deliberative body."

We are all thinking it, and many of us are wishing it would happen (just because Putin is pretty evil and a thorn in our side most of the time).
But for a sitting member of the US Congress to say it out loud is pretty darn stupid and will have consequences. It sets a precedence that all these enemies of the USA are paying very close attention to. Hey, if a major Congressman in the USA says that killing foreign leaders is a good thing, all US presidents and Congress critters now have a target on their backs. And they won't even try to hide it now.
But as stupid as Graham has proven himself over the years, I can't say I am shocked in the least!!!

That's all around bizarre. Almost borders on a declaration of war. I know that's how I'd take it if a leader of Iran were to call on assassinating our president. It seems that that would be Grahams end goal here.

Lindsey, do you recall what happened the last time a Russian leader was assassinated? It was 1917, as I recall. Idiot.
Besides it can work both ways, and they're better at it than we are.

It is a sad spectacle to sit and watch a semi democratic republic be toppled by a much larger military force in this very mismatched fight. If Trump were still President, he would have sent tens of thousands of advanced weapons to Ukraine where they could have actually had a chance at beating the Russians back. A few A-10 warthogs would have taken that 40 mile convoy out in an hour or so. Not sayin Trump would have given them A-10's, just sayin.

Miss Nancy Graham is sounding exactly like George Soros. Soros wants all countries to protect the corruption in Ukraine. I side with Putin on this deal and Miss Nancy can go kiss up to Soros and both end up in hell.

Nice. The shame of South Carolina is never happy when the US arms dealers aren't kept busy, and boy would it do the world a favor if Russia winds up unearthing and revealing the crimes of the international political class, if indeed that's part of his aim. The Bidens and the Romneys certainly have "business interests" in Ukraine, and probably Graham does too.
